The assembly principle of the invention is as follows:

4) the top frame is limited and fixed with the center; the two end covers are respectively attached to two side wall surfaces of the top frame, the fixing stud penetrates through the flange, the flange is attached to the wall surface of the top frame, the limiting section and the embedded part respectively extend into the nesting hole and the nesting groove, and the end covers are fixed to the top frame through nuts, so that the end parts of the end covers to the central shaft are fixed.
The use principle of the invention is as follows:

when the device is loaded, two ends of the top frame are connected with the steel wire rope through the lifting lugs, the bottom end of the bottom frame is connected with the steel wire rope through the lifting rings, after one end of the bottom frame is stressed unevenly, one end of the bottom frame descends, the bottom frame rotates on the outer side of the central shaft to automatically adjust the position of the steel wire rope, the limiting shaft slides in the sliding hole of the central disc, a rotating shaft of the top frame on one side of the top frame rotates, the reset ring abuts against the reset spring to be compressed, and the tilting end of the bottom frame is in a damping; when the rotation angle of the bottom frame is too large, the two sides of the bottom frame are limited by the first abutting block and the second abutting block, so that the bottom frame is prevented from being stressed and deflected too much; when the stress is balanced, the chassis is quickly adjusted to be in a horizontal state under the action of self gravity and the elastic force of the return spring.

the invention designs a balance frame structure aiming at the opening and closing steel wire rope between a gantry crane and a lifting appliance, the balance frame structure realizes the pressure regulation of the steel wire ropes on the two sides of the balance frame through the assembly of a plurality of components including a top frame, a bottom frame and a central disc, the balance frame can rotate in a self-adaptive manner to regulate the stress after the steel wire ropes are stressed unevenly, the opening and closing steel wire ropes are always kept in a stress balanced state, the opening and closing steel wire ropes can be kept to be lifted in a stable state, the opening and closing steel wire ropes are effectively prevented from being wound and knotted, the smooth operation of the lifting process is kept, meanwhile, the repeated falling, opening and closing operations are avoided, the production efficiency is improved, and the device has good stability and process efficiency.
The balance frame is arranged aiming at the structure of the balance frame, the top frame and the bottom frame of the balance frame are designed to be in a flexible structure mode with a return spring in an abutting mode, and the stability of the adjusting process when the bottom frame rotates under stress is guaranteed; meanwhile, the rotation angle of the bottom frame is limited by designing a central disc structure, the phenomenon that the bottom frame is stressed to deflect at an overlarge angle is avoided, and the whole device has good structural strength and usability.

the centers of two side wall surfaces of the top frame (1) are in a through hole shape to form a top frame through hole (1-1), and two sides of each side of the top frame through hole (1-1) are in a notch shape to form a top frame limiting groove (1-2); the outer side wall surface of each side of the top frame through hole (1-1) is provided with a fixing stud (1-3), and the fixing studs (1-3) are welded and vertically fixed with the wall surface of the top frame (1); the top end of the side wall surface of the top frame (1) is provided with a top frame assembly hole (1-4); two sides of the top surface of the top frame (1) are provided with top frame rotating shafts (1-5), and the top frame rotating shafts (1-5) and the top frame (1) are rotatably arranged; the middle end side wall of the top frame rotating shaft (1-5) is provided with a reset rod (1-6), the reset rod (1-6) is vertically fixed with the top frame rotating shaft (1-5), the side wall surface of the reset rod (1-6) is in a convex structure in the circumferential direction to form a reset ring (1-7), and the reset ring (1-7) is fixedly arranged with the reset rod (1-6); lifting lugs (1-8) are arranged on the top surfaces of two ends of the top frame (1), and the lifting lugs (1-8) are vertically fixed with the top frame (1);
the center plate (2) is arranged in the center of the top side of the top frame (1), the center plate (2) comprises a first disc (2-1) and a second disc (2-2), the centers of the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2) are both in a through hole shape to form a center plate through hole (2-3), two sides of the center plate through hole (2-3) on each side are in a notch shape to form a center plate limiting groove (2-4), center plate assembling holes (2-5) are circumferentially arranged on outer rings of the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2), and center plate sliding holes (2-6) are arranged on the bottom sides of the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2); a first abutting block (2-7) is arranged on one side wall surface of the first disc (2-1), the first abutting block (2-7) and the first disc (2-1) are fixedly arranged, a second abutting block (2-8) is further arranged on one side wall surface of the first disc (2-1), the second abutting block (2-8) and the first disc (2-1) are fixedly arranged, and the central disc assembling hole (2-5) penetrates through the first abutting block (2-7) and the second abutting block (2-8) respectively; the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2) are oppositely arranged, the first abutting block (2-7) and the second abutting block (2-8) abut against the side wall surface of the second disc (2-2), the central disc (2) is assembled and fixed by penetrating through central disc assembling holes (2-5) on two sides of the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2) through a first bolt (8), and the central disc (2) is assembled and fixed by penetrating through the top frame assembling holes (1-4) and the top side central disc assembling holes (2-5) through a second bolt (9);
