4) The top frame is fixed with the center in a limiting way; the two end covers are respectively attached to two side wall surfaces of the top frame, the fixing studs penetrate through the flange, the flange is attached to the wall surface of the top frame, the limiting section and the embedded piece extend into the embedded hole and the embedded groove respectively, the end covers are fixed with the top frame through nuts, and end fixing of the end covers to the central shaft is achieved.
The application principle of the invention is as follows:
when the device is not loaded, the underframe rotates with the outer side of the central shaft, and the underframe is in a horizontal state under the gravity action of the underframe;
when the device is loaded, the two ends of the top frame are connected with the steel wire rope through lifting lugs, the bottom end of the bottom frame is connected with the steel wire rope through lifting rings, after one end of the bottom frame is stressed unevenly, one end of the bottom frame descends, the bottom frame rotates outside the central shaft to automatically adjust the position of the steel wire rope, the limiting shaft slides in the sliding hole of the central disc, the top frame rotating shaft on one side of the top frame rotates, the reset ring abuts against the reset spring to compress, and one end of the bottom frame tilted is in a damping state; when the rotation angle of the underframe is overlarge, the two sides of the underframe are limited by the first abutting block and the second abutting block, so that the underframe is prevented from being stressed and deflected too much; after the stress is balanced, the underframe is quickly adjusted to be in a horizontal state under the action of self gravity and the elastic action of a return spring.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the balance frame structure is designed for the opening and closing steel wire ropes between the door machine and the lifting appliance, the balance frame structure realizes the pressure adjustment of the steel wire ropes at two sides of the balance frame through the assembly of a plurality of components including the top frame, the bottom frame and the central disc, the balance frame can adaptively rotate to adjust the stress after the steel wire ropes are stressed unevenly, the opening and closing steel wire ropes are always kept in a stress balanced state, the opening and closing steel wire ropes are kept to be lifted in a stable state, the winding and knotting of the opening and closing steel wire ropes are effectively prevented, the smooth operation of the lifting process is kept, the repeated falling and opening and closing operations are avoided, the production efficiency is improved, and the device is used for enabling the production to have good stability and process efficiency.
The invention is arranged aiming at the structure of the balance frame, the balance frame designs the top frame and the bottom frame into a flexible structure mode of abutting the reset spring, and the stability of the adjusting process when the bottom frame is forced to rotate is ensured; meanwhile, the center plate structure is designed to limit the rotation angle of the underframe, so that the underframe is prevented from being stressed and deflected too much in angle, and the whole device has good structural strength and usability.

the centers of two side wall surfaces of the top frame (1) are in a through hole shape to form a top frame through hole (1-1), and two sides of the top frame through hole (1-1) at each side are in a notch shape to form a top frame limiting groove (1-2); the outer side wall surface of each side of the top frame through hole (1-1) is provided with a fixed stud (1-3), and the fixed studs (1-3) are welded and vertically fixed with the wall surface of the top frame (1); the top end of the side wall surface of the top frame (1) is provided with a top frame assembly hole (1-4); the two sides of the top surface of the top frame (1) are provided with top frame rotating shafts (1-5), and the top frame rotating shafts (1-5) and the top frame (1) are rotatably arranged; the middle end side wall of the top frame rotating shaft (1-5) is provided with a reset rod (1-6), the reset rod (1-6) is vertically fixed with the top frame rotating shaft (1-5), the side wall surface of the reset rod (1-6) is in a convex structure in the circumferential direction to form a reset ring (1-7), and the reset ring (1-7) and the reset rod (1-6) are fixedly arranged; lifting lugs (1-8) are arranged on the top surfaces of two ends of the top frame (1), and the lifting lugs (1-8) are vertically fixed with the top frame (1);
the center plate (2) is arranged at the center of the top side of the top frame (1), the center plate (2) comprises a first disc (2-1) and a second disc (2-2), the centers of the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2) are all in a through hole shape to form a center plate through hole (2-3), two sides of the center plate through hole (2-3) at each side are in a gap shape to form a center plate limiting groove (2-4), center plate assembly holes (2-5) are circumferentially arranged on the outer rings of the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2), and center plate sliding holes (2-6) are formed in the bottom sides of the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2); a first abutting block (2-7) is arranged on one side wall surface of the first disc (2-1), the first abutting block (2-7) is fixedly arranged with the first disc (2-1), a second abutting block (2-8) is also arranged on one side wall surface of the first disc (2-1), the second abutting block (2-8) is fixedly arranged with the first disc (2-1), and the central disc assembly hole (2-5) respectively penetrates through the first abutting block (2-7) and the second abutting block (2-8); the first disc (2-1) and the second disc (2-2) are oppositely arranged, the first abutting block (2-7) and the second abutting block (2-8) are abutted against the side wall surface of the second disc (2-2), the first disc (2-1) and the two side center disc assembly holes (2-5) of the second disc (2-2) are penetrated through by a first bolt (8), so that the center disc (2) is assembled and fixed, and the center disc (2) and the top frame (1) are assembled through a second bolt (9) and the top frame assembly holes (1-4) and the top side center disc assembly holes (2-5);
