When the intelligent control system works, firstly, the differential pressure sensor 3 and the vehicle speed acquisition unit 6 are cooperatively matched to process the signals through the microprocessor 7 according to the current wind power, then the alarm controller 8 is used for alarming and positioning, meanwhile, the brake is used for adjusting, the train body 1 can be ensured to reach the normal running state under the condition of large wind power, the alarm controller 8 is used for transmitting the signals to the analysis module 14 through the GPRS transmission channel 11 and the INTERNET transmission channel 12 for data analysis, then the alarm prompting module 15 is used for alarming, then the pulse laser radar 4 is used for analyzing through the analysis module 14 and then the communication positioning module 16 is used for accurate positioning, the running speed can be well limited, network alarming and accurate position positioning can be generated when a certain speed is exceeded, and the control range of the brake pedal 18 and the accelerator pedal 19 can be limited through the central processing unit 20 by the processing unit 17, then, the central processing unit 20 is used for controlling the brake system 21 and the oil supply system 22, so that the brake in an emergency state is completed, and the intelligent control can be performed on the brake of the train.
