Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of an activated zinc-loaded zeolite facial mask and a facial mask product, which mainly comprise the following steps: processing natural zeolite into zeolite powder; roasting the zeolite powder, dredging zeolite channels and removing organic impurities; mixing the roasted zeolite powder with water to form ore pulp, adding zinc salt into the ore pulp, adjusting the pH value to be 4.5-6.5, heating and controlling the temperature to be 40-90 ℃ for reaction, and preparing the ore pulp after the reaction into a filter cake; drying and crushing the filter cake to obtain zinc-loaded zeolite; activating the zinc-loaded zeolite to obtain activated zinc-loaded zeolite; mixing water with other raw materials, heating, stirring and dissolving uniformly, and sequentially adding the activated zinc-loaded zeolite and the toner color paste pigment; and continuously stirring the mixture evenly when the temperature of the water phase is reduced to obtain the activated zinc-loaded zeolite mask.
