Essentially the same as example 3, but the lyophilization method used in step (5): the freeze-drying temperature is-40 ℃, the vacuum degree is 35Pa, and the time is about 10 hours.
Example 5
An integrated single-layer non-woven fabric is used as membrane cloth, and the mask is prepared according to the following process method:
(1) same as in step (1) of example 1;
(2) same as in step (2) of example 1;
(3) applying a care solution composition with moisturizing effect and solid content of about 10 wt% to a blade coating roller corresponding to the central T-shaped area (area 1); applying a care solution composition with the wrinkle removing effect and the solid content of about 10 wt% to a blade coating roller corresponding to the eye tail area (area 2); applying a nursing liquid composition with moisturizing effect and solid content of about 10 wt% to a blade coating roller corresponding to the lower eyelid area (area 3); applying a care solution composition with tightening effect and solid content of about 10 wt% to a blade coating roller corresponding to the cheek area C (area 4); applying a care solution composition with whitening effect and solid content of about 10 wt% to a blade coating roller corresponding to the double-lip area (area 5);
(4) when the film cloth continuously passes through the coating unit, the corresponding subareas are coated by the blade coating rollers in sequence; the mesh number of the coating roller in the 5 areas is 100 meshes, the speed is 8m/min, and the adopted magnetic induction intensity is controlled to be 6 Tesla in the blade coating process; each blade coating roller is controlled to be immediately separated from contact with the membrane cloth after the coating of the corresponding subarea in one facial mask is finished, and is contacted with the corresponding subarea when the blade coating roller moves to the corresponding subarea of the next facial mask;
(5) drying the film cloth coated with the care solution composition at a low temperature of 70 ℃ to remove moisture in the care solution composition;
(6) blanking, folding, bagging and packaging. The facial mask prepared in the way integrates all the effects on a single facial mask, and can be used for caring the skin of different areas.
Example 6
An integrated single-layer non-woven fabric is used as membrane cloth, and the mask is prepared according to the following process method:
(1) according to the characteristics of different skin areas of the face, the mask cloth of one mask is divided into the following subareas: a central T-shaped region (region 1), the caudal and inferior eyelid regions (region 2), the cheek and labial regions (region 3);
(2) respectively assigning corresponding knife coating rollers for the subareas;
(3) applying a care solution composition with the oil-removing efficacy and the solid content of about 10 wt% to a blade coating roller corresponding to the central T-shaped area (area 1); applying a care solution composition with the wrinkle and eye pouch removing effects and the solid content of about 10 wt% to the blade coating rollers corresponding to the tail and lower eyelid area (area 2); applying a care solution composition with the moisture-keeping and whitening effects and the solid content of about 100 wt% to a blade coating roller corresponding to cheek and double-lip areas (area 3);
(4) when the film cloth continuously passes through the first coating unit, firstly coating the corresponding central T-shaped area (1 area) by a knife coating roller corresponding to the central T-shaped area (1 area); the mesh number of the coating roller in the area is 80 meshes, the speed is 6m/min, and the adopted magnetic induction intensity is controlled to be 6 Tesla in the blade coating process;
(5) drying the membrane cloth coated with the care solution composition in the central T-shaped area (area 1) at a low temperature of 70 ℃ to remove moisture in the care solution composition;
(6) the membrane cloth dried at low temperature enters a second coating unit, so that the corresponding eye tail and lower eyelid area (2 area) is coated by the corresponding blade coating roller of the eye tail and lower eyelid area (2 area), and the corresponding cheek and double lip area (3 area) is coated by the corresponding blade coating roller of the cheek and double lip area (3 area); the mesh number of the coating roller in the area is 80 meshes, the speed is 6m/min, and the adopted magnetic induction intensity is controlled to be 6 Tesla in the blade coating process;
(7) freeze-drying the membrane cloth passing through the second coating unit at-40 ℃ under the vacuum degree of 35Pa for about 10 hours;
(8) and (5) blanking, folding and bagging after freeze-drying. The facial mask prepared in the way integrates all the effects on a single facial mask, and can be used for caring the skin of different areas.

Claims (10)

1. A single-layer integrated type membrane cloth partition care type facial mask is characterized in that the partition care type facial mask adopts an integrated single-layer membrane cloth, two or more partitions are arranged on the membrane cloth of one facial mask, and each partition is coated with a care solution composition with different efficacies.
2. The mask of claim 1, wherein the mask is a dry mask, and the composition of the treatment solution applied to each of the zones is dried at low temperature or lyophilized to remove water therefrom to form a treatment layer.
3. The mask of claim 2, wherein the lotion composition applied to each of the zones has a dry basis weight of 8 to 50g/m2The care layer of (1).
4. The zoned care mask of claim 1, wherein the mask sheet is a nonwoven sheet and the zones comprise a central T-shaped area, an eye-tail area, a lower eyelid area, a cheek C area, and a double lip area.
5. A process method for continuously preparing a partitioned treatment type facial mask of a single-layer integrated mask cloth is disclosed, wherein the mask cloth is a single-layer integrated mask, the partitions at least comprise two or more partitions, and each partition is coated with a corresponding care solution composition aiming at the skin characteristic corresponding to the partition; the process method comprises the following steps:
(1) dividing the mask cloth of a mask into a plurality of subareas according to the characteristics of different skin areas of the face;
(2) each subarea is assigned to a corresponding scraping roller;
(3) applying the care solution composition to the corresponding subarea by each blade coating roller;
(4) when the film cloth continuously passes through the coating unit, the corresponding subareas are coated by the blade coating rollers in sequence;
wherein each blade coating roller is controlled to be immediately separated from contact with the membrane cloth after the coating of the corresponding subarea in one membrane is finished, and is contacted with the corresponding subarea when moving to the corresponding subarea of the next membrane.
6. The process of claim 5, wherein the doctor roll used is a magnetic doctor roll having a mesh size of 60-200 mesh.
7. The process according to claim 6, wherein the magnetic induction used during the knife coating is 0 to 10 Tesla, preferably 0.1 to 8 Tesla.
8. The process of claim 5 further comprising the step of low temperature baking to remove moisture from the treatment composition, wherein the temperature of said low temperature baking does not exceed 85 ℃.
9. A process as claimed in claim 5 or 8, wherein the process further comprises a step of lyophilization at a temperature of from-30 ℃ to-50 ℃ under a vacuum of from 15 Pa to 60 Pa.
10. The process of claim 1 wherein the grammage of each zone is increased to 8-50g/m after drying the draw down of the lotion composition2
