Description

Cleansing Tissure and manufacturing method

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cleansing tissue and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a cleansing tissue obtained by applying a gel or paste-like cleanser to a surface of a substrate in accordance with a predetermined pattern and a method of manufacturing the same.

Among women's cosmetics, mascara, eye shadows, cheek oils, and lip closures are color-added, which can cause allergic problems if the pigments mixed into them are prolonged.

Problems caused by the color cosmetics have not been seriously reported since women usually remove the color makeup before going to bed and finish with a basic makeup or nutritional makeup.

When you remove your face make-up from your face, you usually wash off the cosmetic ingredients that are deposited under your skin with a cleanser and then wipe them off with a cleansing tissue. More specifically, applying the cleanser evenly on the face and rubbing it with a finger massage will remove the cosmetics deposited on the facial skin and then wipe off the cosmetics with cleansing tissue.

Cleansers used to remove facial makeup are available in cream or powder form, but for those who use them, they should take the hassle of carrying both cleansers and cleansing tissues.

It is commercially available to seal and package a cleansing tissue in the form of a water tissue in which a thin nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a liquid cleanser.

This kind of cleanser is provided with a large size liquid cleanser for removing the entire face, mascara removal is provided with a small round pad, and for exfoliation, acrylic resin is placed on the surface of the pad. It is provided with impregnated liquid cleanser for exfoliation on the applied substrate, and they are researched and developed in a direction that has a good effect on erasing and no irritation, such as reducing the content of water or oil and increasing the core material of cleanser according to the use purpose. It is becoming.

As an example of a pad cleansing tissue, Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which a handle is formed by laminating a thick pad and a thin pad, and a thick pad is impregnated with a liquid cleanser.

In addition, as in Patent Document 2, the upper part of the tissue coated with the upper and lower parts of the cotton is impregnated with a cleaning cream, oil, foam cleansing, cleansing gel, etc. The cosmetic cleansing tissue of the structure which apply | coated the adhesive layer preserve | saved with a release paper on the surface of this waterproofing layer is disclosed.

The cleanser core material added in the known water tissue cleanser is glycerin, jinjin mugwort, lecithin, white clay, vitamin E, aloe, which are effective in moisturizing, improving skin trouble, and preventing skin aging when removing makeup. Green tea and the like are added, and mineral salt, brown sugar, milk, walnut shell powder, chocolate, alpha hydroxy acid and the like are added for exfoliation.

Since these cleanser cores are diluted with water and surfactants in cleansing tissues and dispersed throughout the front and back surfaces of the nonwoven fabric, the amount of the core material that comes into contact with the actual user's face is greatly reduced.

For this reason, the content of the content of the cleanser core material impregnated in the cleansing tissue is set to 3.5 times the weight of the base material so that the problem of deterioration of cleaning efficiency due to the half-life of the core material does not occur.

However, even according to the above criteria, the amount of cleanser core material impregnated into 50g of spunlace nonwoven fabric (capable of producing 30 sheets in 150X200mm size) is 157g, and the total amount of water and surfactant contained in the cleanser core material is 80%. The total amount of pure cleanser core is estimated to be 31.4 g.

Since the cleanser core material is relatively expensive, ranging from several thousand won to tens of thousands of Kg depending on the type, the content of 31.4g occupies a large proportion in the cost of the cleansing tissue.

Because of this, commercially available wet tissue cleansing tissues contain only 96% of the cleanser core with water and surfactants, and only a small amount of the required cleanser core is less than 4-5%.

Furthermore, even if the total amount of the cleanser core is increased, the content of the water or oil and the surfactant contained is still low, and the cleansing effect is lower than expected and only the cost is increased.

Cleansing tissue of such water tissue type When used, only the fragrance and foam occur, which only irritates the eyes and skin, and the price is more expensive than the liquid cleanser with little cleansing effect, so some female consumers are returning to the conventional liquid type cleanser.

Korea Utility Model Registration No. 20-0395124 Korea Utility Model Registration No. 20-0354973

The present invention provides a cleansing tissue in which the cleansing effect can be doubled by adding the cleanser core material to the substrate in an aspect in which the core material of the cleanser, which must be added, is essential in view of the problems of the conventional cleansing tissue. At the same time, the object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method suitable for the production of such cleansing tissue.

According to the above object, the cleansing tissue according to the present invention has a structure in which a gel or paste-like cleanser core material is applied to one surface of a nonwoven fabric base to form a predetermined pattern.

The nonwoven fabric substrate coated with the cleanser core material on one side may be folded into two or four portions so that the cleanser core material is captured inside and impregnated with a surfactant including ordinary water from the outside. .

In addition, the manufacturing method of the cleansing tissue according to the present invention is a step of applying a patterned by applying a cleanser core material processed in a gel or paste form on one side of the nonwoven fabric, and a step of drying the nonwoven fabric coated with the cleanser core material, And cutting the nonwoven fabric into a cleansing tissue form and folding the cleanser core material into at least two portions so that the cleanser core material is captured inside, and administering a surfactant including water to the outside of the folded cleansing tissue so that the application form of the cleanser core material is not impaired. The impregnation is carried out so that the impregnation is performed.

In the above-described method of manufacturing the cleansing tissue, the application of the cleanser core material is transferred to the transition roller by passing the nonwoven fabric between the transition roller and the pressure roller, to which the cleanser core material, lifted by the gravure roll, which is engraved on the peripheral surface, is transferred. It can be done in a rotational manner in which the cleanser core material is applied to the nonwoven fabric.

Since the wet tissue type cleansing tissue of the present invention contains a cleanser core material, it does not need to be separately provided with a cleanser in a cream or powder form, and thus it is convenient to use.

The cleanser core material is captured inside the folded cleansing tissue so that its shape does not disperse or dilute even when impregnated with water and surfactant, so that the whole amount can be contacted to the user's face without loss. Thereby, even if it apply | coats a small amount, it will show remarkably favorable cleansing effect.

In addition, the user can recognize the application state of the cleanser core material with the naked eye on the cleansing tissue, thereby directly improving the reliability of the product.

In addition, the present invention does not dilute and impregnate the cleanser core in water and surfactant compared to conventional water tissue-type cleansing tissue, so that it contains a cleanser core that does not cause an increase in manufacturing cost and cleansing. The effect is also shown to be greatly improved.

1 is a perspective view of a cleansing tissue according to the present invention.
Figure 2 is a block diagram for explaining the manufacturing method of the present invention.
Figure 3 is a schematic side view for explaining an application example of the gravure rotation method applied to the manufacturing method of the present invention.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cleansing tissue according to the present invention, showing a configuration in which a gel or paste-like cleanser core material 4 is applied to one side of a nonwoven fabric substrate 2 cut in a square or a circle.

The cleanser core material 4 is partially applied over one surface of the nonwoven substrate 2, and preferably, the cleanser core material 4 is applied to show a predetermined pattern such as a heart, a hexagon, and a dot.

In addition, the total amount of the cleanser core material 4 applied in a predetermined pattern is applied so as to be equivalent to the amount of the cleanser core material added to the conventional impregnation method.

The nonwoven substrate 2 is preferably a spanlace nonwoven fabric or a needle punched nonwoven fabric.

As described above, the user can visually identify the gel- or paste-like cleanser core material 4 coated on one side of the nonwoven fabric substrate 2 in a predetermined pattern, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the product. The cleanser core material (4) can be removed by directly rubbing against the makeup material against the eyes, thereby obtaining an excellent cleansing effect.

The above-described configuration corresponds to a dry cleanser tissue, which is particularly suitable for mascara removal.

The wet cleanser tissue folds the nonwoven fabric substrate 2 coated with the cleanser core material 2 on one side as described above according to the dashed-dotted line in the drawing so that the cleanser core material 4 is captured inward and then outward. It becomes the structure which impregnated water and surfactant. The nonwoven substrate 2 may be made of a wet cleanser tissue even when folded into two or four portions.

In use, the folded nonwoven substrate 2 can be unfolded and rubbed with the cleanser core 4 applied directly to the face (when removing makeup) or to the hands and feet (when exfoliating). In addition, after wiping off, it is also possible to use a two-in-one method of cleaning the skin by massaging the back surface of the nonwoven fabric base material 2 to which the cleanser core material 4 is not applied.

In the cleansing tissue according to the present invention, if necessary, a strip that can be used as a handle can be laterally attached to the nonwoven substrate 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cleansing tissue having the above-described structure is a non-woven fabric 20 made of the nonwoven fabric base material 2, which is processed in a gel or paste form on one side while passing through an application means 6. (4) is applied, and then the cleanser core 4 applied to the nonwoven fabric 20 is passed through the drying means 8 to dry.

Subsequently, the dried nonwoven fabric 20 is cut into the nonwoven substrate 2 by passing through the cutting means 10. When the nonwoven substrate 2 is cut and packaged as it is, it is a dry cleansing tissue. The wet cleansing is then folded into two or four portions in the process, so that the cleanser core material 4 is captured inwardly and passed through the impregnation means 12 while the water and the surfactant are impregnated to the outside of the nonwoven substrate 2. When it is made of tissue and packed, it becomes a wet cleansing tissue.

In the above-described manufacturing process, the coating means 6 is pressurized with the transition roller 62 to which the cleanser core material 4 lifted by the gravure roll 60 has been etched as shown in FIG. 3. The nonwoven fabric 20 may be passed between the rollers 64 so that the cleanser core material 4 transferred to the transition roller 62 may be applied to the nonwoven fabric 20.

The impregnation of the water and the surfactant impregnates the water containing the surfactant in the impregnating means 12 by naturally falling down or spraying a small amount outward of the nonwoven substrate 2.

In the present invention, since the cleanser core material is to be captured inside the nonwoven substrate 2, the water and the surfactant supplied in the impregnation process penetrate the epidermis and come into contact with the cleanser core material, so that the application state of the cleanser material is collapsed. none. Therefore, during the impregnation process, it is necessary to adjust the cleanser core to be impregnated so as not to be wet with water and surfactant.
