Description
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a mask pack, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a folding mask pack, which can reduce cost by using a release paper and is easy to use.
In general, a mask pack (Facial Mask) is a type of cosmetics that can supply various nutrients and moisture to the skin by using a sheet made according to the shape of the face, also called a sheet mask.
Early mask packs were based on using natural ingredients on the face and rinsing, mainly using gold, fruits and plants. Sheet masks began in the 1990s with non-woven packs that applied liquids such as skins, and then developed masks that turned from nonwovens to cotton sheets, resulting in packs with improved absorption and high adhesion. Recently, a mask pack using a hydrogel or a bio cellulose mask pack using a natural material is widely used.
The mask pack has various functions such as moisture supply, whitening, anti-aging, lifting, and soothing depending on the function, and the peel-off type (dry and peel off pack), wash off type (wash pack), and sheet type depending on the usage. It is divided into (pack to put on and take off). Sheet type mask packs are divided into various types according to sheet types, and are classified into nonwoven fabric, hydrogel, and cellulose made of a natural fermentation material. Hydrogel is a new concept gel formulation that melts when it comes into contact with the skin. It contains skin active ingredients in the form of gels to enhance skin absorption. As a substance, it is produced in the form of a semi-transparent membrane (pellicle) in the culture under stationary culture conditions.
These mask packs are basically laminated on a film on the film, absorbing and coating the functional cosmetics in the form of a gel on the fabric, then laminating the film on the fabric again, cut and separated into a mask shape, individually sealed packaging for each mask pack Is released.
