In a second aspect, referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses an RFID-based archive management system, including: the system comprises an acquisition module 100, a data processing module 200, a comparison module 300 and an update module 400, wherein the acquisition module 100 is used for acquiring the file information of files in a file cabinet and a first cabinet number of the file cabinet; the data processing module 200 is configured to determine a second cabinet number corresponding to the file information according to the file information and a preset file data list, and the comparison module 300 is configured to compare the first cabinet number with the second cabinet number to obtain the inventory information; the updating module 400 is configured to update the preset archive data list according to the inventory information.
Confirm the second cabinet number that archival information corresponds through data processing module 200, then compare module 300 and compare whether second cabinet number and first cabinet number are consistent in order to obtain the information of checing, then update according to the information of checing and predetermine archives data list to the user can put the archives wantonly and get into the filing cabinet, then unified checing can be clear which archives are located which filing cabinet, use manpower sparingly and improve archive management's efficiency.
The operation process of the RFID-based archive management system specifically refers to the first aspect, and is not described herein again.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses a computer-readable storage medium, where computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions are configured to enable a computer to execute the RFID-based archive management method according to the first aspect.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, wherein the units illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate, i.e. may be located in one place, or may also be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.

Claims (10)

1. An RFID-based archive management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring file information of files in a file cabinet and a first cabinet number of the file cabinet;
determining a second cabinet number corresponding to the file information according to the file information and a preset file data list, wherein the preset file data list comprises: the matching relation between the file information and the second cabinet number;
comparing the first cabinet number with the second cabinet number to obtain inventory information;
and updating the preset archive data list according to the inventory information.
2. The RFID-based archive management method of claim 1, further comprising:
identifying a user and acquiring user identity information;
if the user identity information exists in a preset authorized user database, displaying the preset file data list or a lending list corresponding to the user identity information;
generating a plurality of unlocking instructions according to the files in the preset file data list or the lending list selected by the user;
opening a file cabinet corresponding to the unlocking instruction according to the unlocking instruction;
generating a closing instruction according to the closing of a cabinet door by a user, and acquiring borrowing and returning information of a file in a file cabinet corresponding to the closing instruction;
and if the borrowing and returning information is consistent with the file information corresponding to the unlocking instruction, opening a file cabinet corresponding to the next unlocking instruction according to the next unlocking instruction.
3. The RFID-based archive management method of claim 2, further comprising:
if the borrowing and returning information is inconsistent with the archive information corresponding to the unlocking instruction, associating the borrowing and returning information with the user identity information to obtain error information;
and storing the error information to a database corresponding to the user identity information.
4. The RFID-based archive management method of claim 3, further comprising:
and outputting prompt information to the terminal equipment according to the error information.
5. The RFID-based archive management method of claim 2, wherein the identifying a user and obtaining user identity information comprises:
recognizing the face of a user to obtain a face image;
extracting face feature information in the face image;
and combining the face feature information to obtain user identity information, wherein the user identity information comprises face special diagnosis information.
6. The RFID-based archive management method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring the state of a cabinet door of the file cabinet;
and if the received unlocking instruction corresponds to the state of the cabinet door of the file cabinet, outputting fault information.
7. The RFID-based archive management method of claim 6, further comprising:
and if the unlocking instruction corresponding to the file cabinet with the opened cabinet door state is not received, outputting an alarm signal.
8. The RFID-based archive management method of claim 1, wherein the updating the preset archive data list according to the inventory information comprises:
if the checking information is that the first cabinet number is consistent with the second cabinet number, a preset file data list is reserved;
and if the checking information is that the first cabinet number is inconsistent with the second cabinet number, replacing the second cabinet number corresponding to the file information in a preset file data list with the first cabinet number.
9. An RFID-based archive management system, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the file information of the files in the file cabinet and the first cabinet number of the file cabinet;
a data processing module for determining the second cabinet number corresponding to the file information according to the file information and a preset file data list
The comparison module is used for comparing the first cabinet number with the second cabinet number to obtain inventory information;
and the updating module is used for updating the preset archive data list according to the inventory information.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the RFID-based archive management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
