Abstract

公开了一种超声波感测电路(200),其包括超声波传感电路(210)、输入电路(220)、复位电路(230)、存储电路(240)、选择电路(250)、源极跟随器(SF)和补偿电路(260)。超声波传感电路(210)产生与所接收的超声波信号对应的感测电压以提供给第一节点(J1)。输入电路(220)根据第一控制信号(CTR1),将第一节点(J1)的电压提供给第二节点(J2)。复位电路(230)根据复位控制信号(RESET),对第二节点(J2)的电压进行复位。存储电路(240)存储第二节点(J2)与第二电源电压端之间的电压差。选择电路(250)根据选择信号(EM),将第三电源电压(V3)提供给第三节点(J3)。源极跟随器(SF)通过输出端(OUTPUT)输出对应于在其第一极与控制极之间的电压的电流。补偿电路(260)根据感测电压和第三电源电压(V3),向源极跟随器(SF)控制极提供补偿的感测电压。
