Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth" and the like in the description and in the claims and in the above drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented, for example, in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Fig. 1 is a schematic application scenario of the on-hook short message sending method provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a client often establishes a call with an enterprise as a calling party or a called party, and when the call is ended or busy and no answer is made, an on-hook short message server sends information set by the enterprise to the client, wherein the set information can be introduction information of a product or information reflecting care of the user. The enterprise here may also be an individual user, such as a sales person. For example, when a customer who does not purchase a product ends a call with a 4S store, promotional information for the 4S store is received; when the customer who has purchased the product ends the call with the 4S store, customer care information of the 4S store is received.
In some technologies, the on-hook short message sent is only plain text message, the information bearing capacity is low, and the receiving will of the user for the plain text message in a plurality of junk short messages is lower, so that the user experience is poor, and merchants need to edit and send other information further on the basis of the plain text message, so that the steps are complicated, and the efficiency is lower.
In addition, the existing mobile touch mode also has a message pushing mode. The push message refers to pushing content to a user through a system application or other applications of the user terminal, but the method is limited by access control of a mainstream manufacturer, an operating system and the user terminal, so that the keep-alive difficulty of a push service is increased, and the coverage rate of push arrival is not high.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the application realizes that the rich media file is issued in the short message channel based on the WAP PUSH protocol, and combines the short message issue and the on-hook signaling so as to realize that the user can receive the short message containing the rich media file. The process does not need to change the basic network of the operator, the acceptance of the user on the short message containing the rich media file is higher, the content of the on-hook short message can be enriched, merchants are not required to edit and send other information further on the basis of the pure text information, the efficiency is improved, and the sales exhibition effect is improved. In addition, the method can send the short message to the user terminal, and can solve the problem of low coverage rate of push arrival caused by a message pushing mode.
The technical scheme of the application is described in detail below by specific examples. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and some embodiments may not be repeated for the same or similar concepts or processes.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for transmitting on-hook short messages according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method of the present embodiment may be executed by an on-hook short message server. As shown in fig. 2, the method of the present embodiment may include:
S201, receiving the on-hook signaling and judging whether the on-hook signaling meets the condition of sending the on-hook short message.
In this embodiment, the on-hook short message server may receive the on-hook signaling. The on-hook signaling is signaling generated after the two parties of the call are on hook, and the signaling can be obtained from a call session control server. Specifically, when the two parties call the session control server after the call is on-hook, an on-hook signaling is generated, and the generated on-hook signaling is transmitted to the on-hook short message server.
After receiving the on-hook signaling, the on-hook short message server can judge whether the on-hook signaling meets the condition of sending the on-hook short message. The information such as the calling number, the called number, the on-hook time and the like can be obtained from the on-hook signaling, and whether the condition of sending the on-hook short message is met can be judged according to the information.
For example, the information obtained through the on-hook signaling includes a calling number a, a called number B and an on-hook time C, and whether the condition of sending the on-hook short message is satisfied can be determined according to the calling number a, the called number B and the on-hook time C.
S202, if the condition of sending the on-hook short message is met, sending the on-hook short message to a receiver through a short message service gateway; the on-hook short message is a short message comprising a link, wherein the link comprises an identification code generated by a sender number, a receiver number and a sending time.
In this embodiment, when the condition of sending the on-hook short message is satisfied, a sender and a receiver of the on-hook short message may be determined, where the sender refers to a terminal device that sends the on-hook short message, and the receiver refers to a terminal device that receives the on-hook short message. The sender number is a telephone number corresponding to the device, and the sender number can be a fixed telephone number of an enterprise or a personal mobile telephone number. After determining the sender and the receiver, the short message content to be sent can be obtained according to the sender and the receiver, wherein the sender can set the short message content, and different short message contents are set for different receivers. For example, when the receiving party is a terminal device corresponding to a user who does not purchase a product, the content of the short message can be set as promotion information; when the receiving party is the terminal equipment corresponding to the user who has purchased the product, the content of the short message can be set as care information. The short message content can comprise one or more of a plurality of forms such as pictures, videos, audios and texts.
After determining the content of the short message to be sent, a proper short message template can be selected for the content of the short message so as to generate an on-hook short message. After the on-hook short message is generated, the on-hook short message can be further processed to obtain the on-hook short message containing the link, and the on-hook short message containing the link is sent to the receiver through the short message gateway. The link in the on-hook short message containing the link contains an identification code, and the identification code is obtained according to the number of the sender, the number of the receiver and the sending time. The sending time refers to the time of generating the on-hook short message containing the link.
S203, acquiring an instruction sent by the receiver when the link is triggered, and acquiring a corresponding rich media file according to the identification code in the link.
After the short message service gateway sends the short message containing the link to the receiver, the receiver receives the corresponding short message containing the link, and the receiver can acquire basic information of the short message, such as preview pictures of a short message template, text information of the short message and the like, after opening the short message, so as to attract the receiver to open the content in the short message link. In addition, when the short message is opened, the form of the short message, such as pictures, video or audio, can be known.
After the receiving party acquires the short message, if the user clicks the link in the on-hook short message, the link in the short message is triggered, and the receiving party sends a corresponding instruction to the on-hook short message server so as to request the rich media file from the on-hook short message server. Correspondingly, after receiving the instruction, the on-hook short message server can acquire the rich media file corresponding to the on-hook short message according to the identification code in the link corresponding to the instruction. The identification code is a sender number, a receiver number and a sending time, and a rich media file for generating the on-hook short message can be determined according to the three information.
The on-hook short message server can conveniently determine the rich media file to be transmitted by setting the sender number, the receiver number and the transmission time in the link, so that when the receiver is transmitting information requesting the rich media file, the corresponding rich media file can be acquired.
S204, the rich media file is sent to a receiver, so that the receiver analyzes and displays the received rich media file.
After acquiring the rich media file, the on-hook short message server can send the acquired rich media file to a receiver, and the receiver can analyze the received rich media file after acquiring the rich media file, wherein the rich media file is in a format of a synchronous multimedia integration language (Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language, SMIL) file, and the acquired file needs to be analyzed, so that the analyzed file is suitable for being displayed on the receiver.
The size of the rich media file sent to the receiver by the on-hook short message server can reach 2M, and the size of the multimedia message file sent by the multimedia message gateway is only tens KB, so that the method can adapt to the current 4G and 5G network environment and client requirements.
The application is based on WAP PUSH protocol, when hang up, send the short message comprising link to supporting WAP PUSH function mobile phone, click the link on the short message after reading the short message, can look over the content in the link, the content looked over is the content on WAP webpage actually. Through the process of secondary short message issuing, the short message with the link can be sent to the receiver through the short message service gateway, and then the rich media file is issued to the receiver, so that more memory of the short message service gateway is not occupied, and the pressure of the short message service gateway is reduced.
According to the method provided by the embodiment, the on-hook short message containing the link is generated in the on-hook short message server, the on-hook short message is sent to the receiver through the short message service gateway, when the receiver triggers the link in the short message, the corresponding rich media file can be sent to the receiver, the receiver can receive the rich media file, and the problems of low information bearing capacity and poor user experience caused by sending the on-hook short message of the plain text can be solved. The process does not need to change the basic network of the operator, the acceptance of the user on the short message containing the rich media file is higher, the merchant does not need to edit and send other information further on the basis of the pure text information, and the efficiency is improved. In addition, the method can send the short message to the user terminal, and can solve the problem of low coverage rate of push arrival caused by a message pushing mode.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of another on-hook short message transmission method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and fig. 4 is a signaling transmission schematic diagram of sending an on-hook short message provided by the embodiment of the invention. The specific sending process of the on-hook short message will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
S301, receiving an on-hook signaling, and judging whether the on-hook signaling meets the condition of sending an on-hook short message.
As shown in fig. 4, the receiving party may communicate with the sending party by means of a calling party or a called party, and after the communication is finished, that is, after the sending party hangs up from the receiving party, the call session control server may generate an on-hook signaling, and send the on-hook signaling to the on-hook short message server.
Step S301 is similar to step S201 in the above embodiment, and the description of this embodiment is omitted here.
S302, if the condition of sending the on-hook short message is met, determining the content of the short message to be sent according to the number of the sender and the number of the receiver; the short message content to be sent comprises rich media files; preprocessing the short message content to be sent to obtain an on-hook short message containing a link; and sending the on-hook short message containing the link to a receiver through a short message service gateway.
In this embodiment, the on-hook short message server may determine whether the on-hook signaling meets a condition of sending the on-hook short message. Specifically, when the on-hook condition is satisfied, the short message content to be sent may be obtained, where the short message content to be sent may be determined by a sender number and a receiver number, and different short message contents may be set for different receiver numbers for the same sender number. The short message content can comprise pictures, videos, audios, texts and the like.
After the short message content is acquired, the short message content can be preprocessed, and a corresponding link is generated by the short message content, so that a user can acquire a corresponding rich media file by clicking the link. For example, links corresponding to rich media files may be obtained by a link generator.
After the short message containing the link is acquired, the short message containing the link can be sent to a receiver, specifically, the short message containing the link can be sent to a Service Provider (SP), that is, a short message management unit, and after the short message containing the link is acquired, the short message management unit can send the short message to a short message Service gateway, so that the short message Service gateway can send the short message containing the link to the receiver.
The on-hook short message containing the link is obtained by preprocessing the information to be sent, and the on-hook short message containing the link is sent to the receiver through the short message service gateway, so that the information quantity processed by the short message service gateway is smaller, and the short message service gateway is not stressed greatly.
S303, acquiring an instruction sent by a receiver when the link is triggered, and acquiring a corresponding rich media file according to the identification code in the link.
As shown in fig. 4, when receiving a short message including a link, a receiver clicks a connection request rich media file in the short message, and an on-hook short message server can obtain the rich media file through an identification code in the link and send the rich media file to the receiver.
Step S303 is similar to step S203 in the above embodiment, and the description of this embodiment is omitted here.
S304, determining an available channel from the on-hook short message server to the receiver according to the receiver number, and acquiring state information of the available channel; determining a sending channel according to the rich media file to be sent and the state information of each channel; and sending the rich media file to be sent to a receiver through the sending channel, so that the receiver analyzes and displays the received rich media file.
In this embodiment, when receiving the instruction of the receiver, the on-hook short message server may send the corresponding rich media file to the receiver. Wherein, when issuing the rich media file, the sending channel can be determined first. Specifically, the available channel may be determined according to the receiver, for example, the available channel may be determined according to the operator to which the receiver belongs and the attribution of the receiver, and when the operators to which the receiver belongs are different, the channel for establishing connection between the on-hook short message server and the receiver is different; when the attribution of the receiver is different provinces, the channel established with the on-hook short message server is also different. Thus, the number of the receiver can determine the affiliated operator and the attribution, and thus the available channel.
After determining the available channels, status information of each available channel, for example, congestion conditions of the available channels, may be obtained, and then a sending channel is determined according to the status information of the available channels. For example, when it is determined that the available channels are channel 1, channel 2 and channel 3 and that channel 1 is more congested, it may be determined that the sending channel is channel 2 or channel 3, that is, the channel 2 or channel 3 is adopted to transmit the rich media file.
In addition, when the receiving party receives the rich media file, the receiving party can send the receipt information to the on-hook short message server, and the on-hook short message server can determine a sending channel according to whether the receipt information is received. For example, after the rich media file is sent to the receiver through the channel 2, when the returned receipt short message is not received, the sending channel may be redetermined to be the channel 3, and the rich media file may be automatically resent. When receiving the rich media file, the receiver can analyze and display the rich media file.
The method can automatically select the optimal channel when the rich media file is sent to the receiver, so that the receiver can timely and accurately acquire the rich media file.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
Receiving first receipt information sent by the receiver, and after receiving the first receipt information, deducting fees for the first time from an account of the sender; the first receipt information indicates that the receiving party receives the on-hook short message containing the link; receiving second receipt information sent by the receiver, and deducting fees again from an account of the sender after receiving the second receipt information; the second receipt information indicates that the receiver received the rich media file.
In this embodiment, when the receiving party receives the on-hook short message including the link, the receiving party may further send the first receipt information to the short message service gateway, and the short message service gateway may further send the received first receipt information to the on-hook short message server, and when the on-hook short message server receives the first receipt information, the on-hook short message server may perform a deduction operation on the corresponding account of the sending party, where the deduction is performed on a pre-stored amount of the user.
Correspondingly, when the receiving party receives the rich media file, the receiving party can send second receipt information to the on-hook short message server, which indicates that the receiving party receives the rich media file, and the on-hook short message server can pay for the account corresponding to the sending party for the second time after receiving the second receipt information. The process of deducting fees from the account corresponding to the sender adopts a mode of transaction operation and distributed lock to ensure the consistency of data.
By means of whether the receiving party receives the on-hook short message containing the link or not and whether the rich media file is received or not, reasonable fee deduction can be conducted on the account corresponding to the sending party, so that when only the on-hook short message containing the link is received and the rich media file corresponding to the link is not received, only part of fees can be charged, and the fee charge is more reasonable.
Optionally, before the sending the on-hook short message to the receiver through the short message service gateway, the method further includes:
receiving information uploaded by a sender and used for making a rich media file; typesetting and compressing the information to obtain a compressed rich media file, so that a receiver can analyze the rich media file when obtaining the rich media file.
In this embodiment, the method further includes receiving information for making the rich media file uploaded by the sender, that is, the sender may upload on-hook short message information to be sent, and the sender may set different on-hook short messages according to different receivers. The recipient may send pictures, video, audio, text, etc. The sender can preview the on-hook short message to be sent.
After receiving the information uploaded by the sender, the on-hook short message server can process the uploaded information, such as typesetting and compressing the information. The typesetting is to adjust the received information so that the user readability is better when the receiving party receives the rich media file. After typesetting the information, the typeset information can be compressed, so that the memory occupied by the compressed information is smaller, and the compressed information is convenient to send to a receiver. Typesetting and compressed information stored in the on-hook short message server can be downloaded by a nationwide content distribution network.
By providing the editing platform of the rich media file for the user, the sender can edit the short message content to be sent.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart for judging whether an on-hook signaling meets an on-hook short message sending condition according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used for explaining the on-hook short message sending condition in detail. As shown in fig. 5, the determining whether the condition for sending the on-hook sms is satisfied according to the on-hook signaling may include:
s501, preprocessing the on-hook signaling to acquire a user number; the user number includes a calling number and a called number.
S502, judging whether the calling number or the called number starts the on-hook short message service according to the user number.
S503, if the calling number or the called number starts the on-hook short message service, judging whether the sending times and/or the sending time meet the preset conditions, and if so, judging that the on-hook signaling meets the conditions for sending the on-hook short message.
In this embodiment, when sending an on-hook short message to a receiver, it is necessary to first determine whether the on-hook signaling satisfies a condition for sending the on-hook short message. Specifically, the calling number and the called number can be determined according to the on-hook signaling, after the calling number and the called number are obtained, whether the calling number starts the on-hook short message service or not can be judged, if the calling number starts the on-hook short message service, whether the called number is a number corresponding to the mobile terminal or not is judged, and if the called number is a number corresponding to the mobile terminal, whether the sending times and/or the sending time meet preset conditions or not can be continuously judged.
After judging whether the calling number starts the on-hook short message service, the method can also judge whether the called number starts the on-hook short message service. When the calling number and the called number both start the on-hook short message service, and the other party is the number corresponding to the mobile terminal, and the sending times and/or sending time meet the preset conditions, the on-hook short messages set by the calling number and the called number can be respectively sent to the other party.
By judging whether the calling number or the called number starts the on-hook short message service and judging whether the other party is the number corresponding to the mobile terminal, the condition that the sender and the receiver send the on-hook short message can be ensured.
Optionally, the determining whether the number of sending times and/or the sending time meet the preset condition includes:
determining the sending times according to the calling number and the called number, and if the sending times are smaller than a preset sending times threshold value, meeting preset conditions; and/or acquiring the current time, and if the current time is the preset sending time, meeting the preset condition.
After determining that the calling number or the called number starts the on-hook short message service, whether the sending times and/or the sending time meet preset conditions can be continuously judged. Specifically, the number of sending times may be the number of sending on-hook short messages between the calling number and the called number, and when the number of sending on-hook short messages between the calling number and the called number is smaller than a preset threshold, a preset condition is satisfied. In addition, the current time can be obtained, and whether the current time is the preset sending time or not can be judged. For example, when the current time is the on-hook time and the preset sending time is the time after five minutes of on-hook, the current time does not meet the preset condition.
The method can set the sending times and the sending time in a personalized way.
