Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims, as well as in the drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are, for example, capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an on-hook short message sending method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a client often establishes a call with an enterprise as a calling party or a called party, and when the call is ended or busy and no one answers, an on-hook short message server sends information set by the enterprise to the client, where the set information may be introduction information of a product or information reflecting user care. Where the enterprise may also be an individual user, such as a sales person. For example, when a customer who does not purchase a product finishes a call with a 4S store, sales promotion information of the 4S store is received; when the customer who has purchased the product finishes the call with the 4S shop, the customer care information of the 4S shop is received.
In some technologies, the sent on-hook short messages are only pure text messages, the information carrying capacity is low, the receiving willingness of a user to the pure text messages among numerous spam short messages is lower, the user experience is poorer, and merchants need to further edit and send other messages on the basis of the pure text messages, so that the steps are complex and the efficiency is lower.
In addition, the existing mobile contact mode also has a message pushing mode. The push message refers to pushing content to a user through a system application or other applications of the user terminal, but the method is limited by access control of a mainstream manufacturer, an operating system and the user terminal, so that the keep-alive difficulty of the push service is increased, and the coverage rate of push arrival is low.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems, the present application implements sending a rich media file in a short message channel based on the WAP PUSH protocol, and combines the short message sending with an on-hook signaling, so that a user can receive a short message containing the rich media file. The process does not need to change the basic network of the operator, the acceptance of the short message containing the rich media file by the user is higher, the content of the on-hook short message can be enriched, the merchant does not need to further edit and send other information on the basis of the pure text information, the efficiency is improved, and the sales and exhibition effect is improved. In addition, the method can send the short message to the user terminal, and can solve the problem of low coverage rate of push arrival caused by a message push mode.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for transmitting an on-hook short message according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method of this embodiment may be executed by an on-hook short message server. As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment may include:
s201, receiving an on-hook signaling, and judging whether the on-hook signaling meets the condition of sending an on-hook short message.
In this embodiment, the on-hook sms server may receive the on-hook signaling. The on-hook signaling is signaling generated after both parties of a call are on-hook, and the signaling can be acquired from the call session control server. Specifically, when both parties of the call are on-hook, the call session control server generates an on-hook signaling, and transmits the generated on-hook signaling to the on-hook short message server.
After receiving the on-hook signaling, the on-hook short message server can judge whether the on-hook signaling meets the condition of sending the on-hook short message. The information such as the calling number, the called number, the hang-up time and the like can be acquired from the hang-up signaling, and whether the condition for sending the hang-up short message is met or not can be judged according to the information.
For example, the information obtained through the on-hook signaling includes a calling number a, a called number B and an on-hook time C, and whether the condition for sending the on-hook short message is met can be determined according to the calling number a, the called number B and the on-hook time C.
S202, if the condition of sending the on-hook short message is met, sending the on-hook short message to a receiving party through a short message service gateway; the on-hook short message is a short message containing a link, and the link contains an identification code generated by a sender number, a receiver number and sending time.
In this embodiment, when a condition for sending the on-hook short message is satisfied, a sender and a receiver of the on-hook short message may be determined, where the sender refers to a terminal device that sends the on-hook short message, and the receiver refers to a terminal device that receives the on-hook short message. The number of the sender is a telephone number corresponding to the equipment, and the number of the sender can be an enterprise fixed telephone number or a number of a personal mobile phone. After the sender and the receiver are determined, the short message content to be sent can be obtained according to the sender and the receiver, wherein the sender can set the short message content, and different short message contents are set for different receivers. For example, when the receiving party is a terminal device corresponding to a user who does not purchase a product, the short message content may be set as the promotion information; when the receiver is the terminal device corresponding to the user who has purchased the product, the short message content can be set as the care information. The content of the short message may include one or more of various forms such as pictures, videos, audios, texts, and the like.
After the content of the short message to be sent is determined, a proper short message template can be selected according to the content of the short message to generate an on-hook short message. After the on-hook short message is generated, the on-hook short message can be further processed to obtain the on-hook short message containing the link, and the on-hook short message containing the link is sent to the receiving party through the short message gateway. The link in the on-hook short message containing the link contains an identification code, and the identification code is obtained according to the number of the sender, the number of the receiver and the sending time. Wherein, the sending time refers to the time for generating the on-hook short message containing the link.
S203, acquiring an instruction sent by the receiver when the link is triggered, and acquiring the corresponding rich media file according to the identification code in the link.
After the short message service gateway sends the short message containing the link to the receiving party, the receiving party receives the corresponding short message containing the link, and the receiving party can acquire basic information of the short message after opening the short message, such as a preview picture of a short message template and text information of the short message, so as to attract the receiving party to open the content in the short message link. In addition, when the short message is opened, the form of the short message, such as pictures, videos or audios, can be acquired.
After the receiver acquires the short message, if the user clicks the link in the on-hook short message, the link in the short message is triggered, and the receiver sends a corresponding instruction to the on-hook short message server so as to request the rich media file from the on-hook short message server. Correspondingly, after receiving the instruction, the on-hook short message server can acquire the rich media file corresponding to the on-hook short message according to the identification code in the link corresponding to the instruction. The identification code is a sender number, a receiver number and sending time, and the rich media file for generating the on-hook short message can be determined according to the three information.
The number of the sender, the number of the receiver and the sending time are set in the link, so that the on-hook short message server can determine the rich media file to be sent conveniently, and the corresponding rich media file can be obtained when the receiver sends the information requesting the rich media file.
And S204, sending the rich media file to a receiver so that the receiver can analyze and display the received rich media file.
The on-hook short message server can send the acquired rich media file to the receiving party after acquiring the rich media file, and the receiving party can analyze the received rich media file after acquiring the rich media file, wherein the rich media file is in a format of a Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) file, and the acquired file needs to be analyzed, so that the analyzed file is suitable for being displayed on the receiving party.
The size of the rich media file sent to the receiver by the on-hook short message server can reach 2M, and the size of the multimedia message file sent by the multimedia message gateway is only dozens of KB, so that the on-hook short message server can adapt to the current 4G and 5G network environments and customer requirements.
The method is based on the WAP PUSH protocol, after the mobile phone is hung up, the short message containing the link is sent to the mobile phone supporting the WAP PUSH function, the link in the link can be checked by clicking the link on the short message after the short message is read, and the checked content is actually the content on the WAP webpage. Through the process of sending the short message for the second time, the short message with the link can be sent to the receiving party through the short message service gateway, and then the rich media file is sent to the receiving party, so that the short message service gateway does not need to occupy more memory of the short message service gateway, and the pressure of the short message service gateway is reduced.
In the method provided by the embodiment, the on-hook short message containing the link is generated in the on-hook short message server, and the on-hook short message is sent to the receiving party through the short message service gateway, so that the receiving party can send the corresponding rich media file to the receiving party when the receiving party triggers the link in the short message, the receiving party can receive the rich media file, and the problems of low information carrying capacity and poor user experience caused by sending the pure text on-hook short message can be solved. The process does not need to change the basic network of the operator, the acceptance of the short message containing the rich media file by the user is higher, the merchant does not need to further edit and send other information on the basis of the pure text information, and the efficiency is improved. In addition, the method can send the short message to the user terminal, and can solve the problem of low coverage rate of push arrival caused by a message push mode.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another on-hook short message transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a signaling transmission diagram of sending an on-hook short message according to an embodiment of the present invention. The specific process of sending the on-hook sms will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
S301, receiving an on-hook signaling and judging whether the on-hook signaling meets the condition of sending an on-hook short message.
As shown in fig. 4, the receiving party may communicate with the sending party by a calling party or a called party, and after the communication is ended, that is, after the sending party and the receiving party hang up, the call session control server may generate an on-hook signaling and send the on-hook signaling to the on-hook short message server.
Step S301 is similar to step S201 in the above embodiments, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
S302, if the condition of sending the on-hook short message is met, determining the content of the short message to be sent according to the number of the sender and the number of the receiver; the short message content to be sent comprises a rich media file; preprocessing the short message content to be sent to obtain an on-hook short message containing a link; and sending the on-hook short message containing the link to a receiving party through a short message service gateway.
In this embodiment, the on-hook sms server may determine whether the on-hook signaling satisfies a condition for sending the on-hook sms. Specifically, when the on-hook condition is met, the short message content to be sent can be obtained, wherein the short message content to be sent can be determined by the number of the sender and the number of the receiver, and different short message contents can be set for the same number of the sender aiming at different numbers of the receiver. The content of the short message may include pictures, videos, audios, texts, and the like.
After the short message content is obtained, the short message content can be preprocessed, and a corresponding link is generated for the short message content, so that a user can obtain a corresponding rich media file by clicking the link. For example, a link corresponding to the rich media file may be obtained by a link generator.
After the short message containing the link is acquired, the short message containing the link can be sent to a receiving party, specifically, the short message containing the link can be sent to a Service Provider (SP), namely, a short message management unit, and after the short message containing the link is acquired, the short message management unit can send the short message to a short message Service gateway, so that the short message Service gateway can send the short message containing the link to the receiving party.
The information to be sent is preprocessed to obtain the on-hook short message containing the link, and the on-hook short message containing the link is sent to the receiving party through the short message service gateway, so that the information amount processed by the short message service gateway is small, and the short message service gateway is not stressed greatly.
S303, acquiring an instruction sent by the receiver when the link is triggered, and acquiring the corresponding rich media file according to the identification code in the link.
As shown in fig. 4, when receiving a short message containing a link, a receiver requests a rich media file by clicking a connection in the short message, and the on-hook short message server can acquire the rich media file through an identification code in the link and send the rich media file to the receiver.
Step S303 is similar to step S203 in the above embodiment, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
S304, determining an available channel from the on-hook short message server to the receiver according to the number of the receiver, and acquiring the state information of the available channel; determining a sending channel according to the rich media file to be sent and the state information of each channel; and sending the rich media file to be sent to a receiver through the sending channel so that the receiver analyzes and displays the received rich media file.
In this embodiment, the on-hook sms server may issue a corresponding rich media file to the receiving party when receiving an instruction from the receiving party. When the rich media file is sent down, the sending channel can be determined first. Specifically, the available channel may be determined according to the receiving party, for example, the available channel may be determined according to an operator to which the receiving party belongs and a home location of the receiving party, and when the operators to which the receiving party belongs are different, channels through which the on-hook short message server establishes connection with the receiving party are different; and when the attribution of the receiver is different provinces and cities, the channel established with the on-hook short message server is different. Therefore, the operator and the home location to which the receiver belongs can be determined through the number of the receiver, and the available channel can be further determined.
After determining the available channels, state information of each available channel, such as congestion of the available channel, may be obtained, and then the sending channel may be determined according to the state information of the available channel. For example, when it is determined that the available channels are channel 1, channel 2, and channel 3, and channel 1 is relatively congested, it may be determined that the sending channel is channel 2 or channel 3, that is, channel 2 or channel 3 is used for the transmission of the rich media file.
In addition, when the receiving party receives the rich media file, the receiving party can send receipt information to the on-hook short message server, and the on-hook short message server can determine a sending channel according to whether the receipt information is received. For example, when the return receipt short message is not received after the rich media file is sent to the receiving party through the channel 2, the sending channel can be determined to be the channel 3 again, and the rich media file is automatically sent again. When receiving the rich media file, the receiver can analyze and display the rich media file.
The method can realize that the optimal channel can be automatically selected when the rich media file is sent to the receiver, so that the receiver can timely and accurately acquire the rich media file.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving first receipt information sent by the receiver, and carrying out first fee deduction on the account of the sender after receiving the first receipt information; the first receipt information indicates that a receiver receives an on-hook short message containing a link; receiving second receipt information sent by the receiver, and deducting the account of the sender again after receiving the second receipt information; the second receipt information indicates that the recipient received the rich media file.
In this embodiment, when receiving the on-hook short message including the link, the receiving party may further send the first receipt information to the short message service gateway, and the short message service gateway may further send the received first receipt information to the on-hook short message server.
Correspondingly, when the receiver receives the rich media file, second receipt information can be sent to the on-hook short message server to indicate that the rich media file is received, and after the on-hook short message server receives the second receipt information, the account corresponding to the sender can be charged for the second time. The process of deducting the account corresponding to the sender adopts a transaction operation and distributed lock adding mode to ensure the consistency of data.
According to the method, reasonable fee deduction can be carried out on the account corresponding to the sender according to whether the receiver receives the on-hook short message containing the link and whether the rich media file is received, so that when only the on-hook short message containing the link is received and the rich media file corresponding to the link is not received, only part of fee can be collected, and the fee can be more reasonably collected.
Optionally, before sending the on-hook short message to the receiving party through the short message service gateway, the method further includes:
receiving information which is uploaded by a sender and used for making a rich media file; and performing typesetting processing and compression processing on the information to obtain a compressed rich media file, so that a receiver can analyze the rich media file when acquiring the rich media file.
In this embodiment, the method further includes receiving information used for making the rich media file and uploaded by the sender, that is, the sender may upload on-hook short message information to be sent, and the sender may set different on-hook short messages according to different receivers. The recipient may send pictures, video, audio, text, etc. The sender can also preview the on-hook short message to be sent.
After receiving the information uploaded by the sender, the on-hook short message server can process the uploaded information, such as typesetting and compressing the information. The typesetting refers to adjusting the received information, so that the readability of the user is better when the receiver receives the rich media file. After the information is typeset, the typeset information can be compressed, so that the compressed information occupies a smaller memory and is convenient to send to a receiver. The typesetting and compressed information stored in the on-hook short message server can be downloaded by the national content distribution network.
By providing the editing platform of the rich media file for the user, the sender can edit the short message content to be sent.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a process of determining whether an on-hook signaling meets a condition for sending an on-hook short message according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is used to describe details of a sending condition of an on-hook short message. As shown in fig. 5, the determining whether the condition for sending the on-hook short message is satisfied according to the on-hook signaling may include:
s501, preprocessing the hang-up signaling to acquire a user number; the user number comprises a calling number and a called number.
S502, judging whether the on-hook short message service is started by the calling number or the called number according to the user number.
S503, if the calling number or the called number starts an on-hook short message service, judging whether the sending times and/or the sending time meet preset conditions, and if so, judging that the on-hook signaling meets the conditions for sending the on-hook short message.
In this embodiment, when sending the on-hook short message to the receiving party, it needs to first determine whether the on-hook signaling meets the condition of sending the on-hook short message. Specifically, the calling number and the called number can be determined according to the on-hook signaling, after the calling number and the called number are obtained, whether the on-hook short message service is started by the calling number can be judged, if the on-hook short message service is started by the calling number, whether the called number is a number corresponding to the mobile terminal is judged, and if the called number is a number corresponding to the mobile terminal, whether the sending times and/or the sending time meet the preset conditions can be continuously judged.
After judging whether the calling number starts the on-hook short message service, the method can also judge whether the called number starts the on-hook short message service. When the calling number and the called number both start an on-hook short message service, and the other party is a number corresponding to the mobile terminal, and the sending times and/or sending time meet preset conditions, the on-hook short messages set by the calling number and the called number can be sent to the other party respectively.
By judging whether the calling number or the called number starts the on-hook short message service or not and judging whether the other party is the number corresponding to the mobile terminal or not, the condition that the sender and the receiver send the on-hook short message can be ensured to be met.
Optionally, the determining whether the sending times and/or the sending time meet a preset condition includes:
determining the sending times according to the calling number and the called number, and meeting a preset condition if the sending times are smaller than a preset sending time threshold; and/or obtaining the current time, and if the current time is the preset sending time, meeting the preset condition.
After the on-hook short message service is started by the calling number or the called number, whether the sending times and/or the sending time meet the preset conditions or not can be continuously judged. Specifically, the sending times may be the sending times of the on-hook short messages between the calling number and the called number, and when the sending times of the on-hook short messages between the calling number and the called number is smaller than a preset threshold, a preset condition is met. In addition, the current time can be acquired, and whether the current time is the preset sending time or not is judged. For example, if the current time is an on-hook time and the preset sending time is a time five minutes after the on-hook, the current time does not satisfy the preset condition.
The method can be used for carrying out personalized setting on the sending times and the sending time.
