Abstract

The disclosure relates to a method, a device and a system for providing value-added service in conversation and a storage medium. The method for providing the value added service in the call comprises the following steps: under the condition that a service provider terminal is communicated with a user terminal, the user terminal receives a rich media card message issued by a service platform after the service provider terminal accesses the service platform; the user terminal associates the rich media card message with the current call and presents the rich media card message to the user; and the user terminal performs real-time interaction with the service platform through the rich media card message according to the service requirement. The method and the device can provide a service which realizes real-time interaction between two parties during voice call and visual business process based on RCS technology.

Technical Field

Background
In the related art voice call service, a user and a service provider can only perform service handling through traditional voice or service handling under the assistance of a terminal dial pad during a call, and cannot interact with each other, so that the user cannot visually and timely obtain a service handling result, and the demand for service handling by using a telephone is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventor finds out through research that: in the voice call technology of the related technology, a user and a service provider can only perform service handling through traditional voice or perform service handling under the assistance of a terminal dial-up keyboard, and visual and real-time interactive services cannot be provided.

Based on the system for the value added service in the call provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the value added service in the call is provided based on the RCS technology, and the RCS message service and the traditional voice call service are combined to be concurrent, so that the RCS message service is promoted to be actively applied on the premise that the RCS network does not influence the original communication network.
The service provider terminal and the user terminal interact in an intuitive card form, so that the use experience of a user can be improved, and the viscosity of the user is increased.
The uplink and downlink operations performed on the Rich Card type RCS message in the call in the above embodiment of the present disclosure are all transmitted, received, updated, and presented in real time, thereby improving the service handling efficiency.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, where the computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions, and when the instructions are executed by a processor, the method for providing value-added service in a call according to any of the above embodiments is implemented.
Based on the computer-readable storage medium provided by the above-mentioned embodiment of the present disclosure, a service that realizes real-time interaction between both parties of a call and service flow visualization during a voice call based on the RCS technology can be provided.
The service platforms, service provider terminals and user terminals described above may be implemented as general purpose processors, programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components or any suitable combinations thereof for performing the functions described herein.
Thus far, the present disclosure has been described in detail. Some details that are well known in the art have not been described in order to avoid obscuring the concepts of the present disclosure. It will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description how to practice the presently disclosed embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware to implement the steps.

Claims (15)

1. A method for providing value added service in call is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the call between the service provider terminal and the user terminal is connected, the user terminal receives a rich media card message issued by the service platform after the service provider terminal accesses the service platform;
the user terminal associates the rich media card message with the current call and presents the rich media card message to the user;
the user terminal carries out real-time interaction with the service platform through the rich media card message according to the service requirement;
the real-time interaction between the user terminal and the service platform through the rich media card message according to the service requirement comprises the following steps:
the user terminal judges whether the user needs to operate in the rich media card message to handle the service according to the user input;
and under the condition that the user needs to operate in the rich media card message to handle the service, the user terminal reports the user operation result to the service platform, so that the service provider terminal can handle the service according to the user service requirement and the received user operation result and update the service progress in the rich media card message through the service platform.
2. The method for providing value added service in call according to claim 1, wherein the real-time interaction between the user terminal and the service platform through the rich media card message according to the service requirement further comprises:
under the condition that a user does not need to operate in the rich media card message to transact the service, the user terminal stores the service transacting result in the rich media card message;
and the user terminal presents the service transaction result in the rich media card message to the user under the condition of user consultation.
3. The method for providing a value added service in a call according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the presenting the rich media card message to the user comprises:
and the user terminal presents the rich media card message to the user on a call interface.
4. The method for providing a value added service in a call according to claim 3, wherein the presenting the rich media card message to the user by the user terminal in a call interface comprises:
the user terminal adds a sliding interface to present the rich media card message to the user;
or the like, or, alternatively,
the user terminal presents the rich media card message to the user on the same interface with the original call button;
or the like, or a combination thereof,
the user terminal presents the rich media card message to the user in a pop-up interface.
5. The method for providing a value added service in a call according to claim 3, wherein the presenting the rich media card message to the user by the user terminal in a call interface comprises:
and in the case that the rich media card message comprises a plurality of rich media cards, the user terminal displays the rich media card messages in a carousel mode.
6. A user terminal, comprising:
the rich media message receiving module is used for receiving a rich media card message issued by the service platform after the service provider terminal accesses the service platform under the condition that the call between the service provider terminal and the user terminal is connected;
the association module is used for associating the rich media card message with the current call and presenting the rich media card message to a user;
the real-time interaction module is used for carrying out real-time interaction with the service platform through the rich media card message according to the service requirement;
the real-time interaction module is used for judging whether the user needs to operate in the rich media card message to handle the service according to the user input; and under the condition that the user needs to operate in the rich media card message to handle the service, reporting the user operation result to the service platform, so that the service provider terminal can handle the service according to the user service requirement and the received user operation result and update the service progress in the rich media card message through the service platform.
7. The user terminal of claim 6, wherein:
the real-time interaction module is also used for storing the business handling result in the rich media card message under the condition that the user does not need to operate in the rich media card message to handle the business; and in the case of user review, presenting the service transaction result in the rich media card message to the user.
8. The user terminal according to claim 6 or 7, characterized by:
and the association module is used for presenting the rich media card message to a user in a call interface.
9. The user terminal of claim 8, wherein:
the association module is used for presenting the rich media card message to a user by a newly added sliding interface; or, the rich media card message is presented to the user on the same interface with the original call button; or, presenting the rich media card message to a user in a pop-up interface.
10. The user terminal of claim 8, wherein:
and the association module is used for displaying the rich media card messages in a carousel mode under the condition that the rich media card messages comprise a plurality of rich media cards.
11. A user terminal, comprising:
a memory to store instructions;
a processor configured to execute the instructions, so that the service platform is configured to perform operations for implementing the in-call value-added service providing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
12. A service platform, comprising:
the message sending module is used for issuing a rich media card message to the user terminal under the conditions that the call between the service provider terminal and the user terminal is connected and the service provider terminal is accessed to the service platform, indicating the user terminal to associate the rich media card message with the current call and presenting the rich media card message to the user;
the interaction module is used for carrying out real-time interaction with the user terminal through the rich media card message;
wherein, the interaction module includes:
an operation result receiving unit, configured to receive a user operation result reported by a user terminal, and provide the user operation result to a service provider terminal;
and the service progress updating unit is used for updating the service progress in the rich media card message under the condition that the service provider terminal performs service transaction according to the user service requirement and the received user operation result.
13. A service provider terminal, comprising:
the platform access module is used for accessing the service platform under the condition that the call between the service provider terminal and the user terminal is connected, issuing a rich media card message to the user terminal through the service platform, indicating the user terminal to associate the rich media card message with the current call and presenting the rich media card message to the user;
the information interaction module is used for carrying out real-time interaction with the user terminal through the service platform in a rich media card message mode;
the service provider terminal is used for receiving a user operation result provided by the service platform, wherein the user terminal judges whether a user needs to operate in the rich media card message to handle the service according to user input, and under the condition that the user needs to operate in the rich media card message to handle the service, the user terminal reports the user operation result to the service platform; and performing service handling according to the service requirements of the user and the received operation results of the user, and updating the service progress in the rich media card message through the service platform.
14. A mid-call value-added service providing system, comprising a user terminal according to any one of claims 6 to 11, a service platform according to claim 12, and a service provider terminal according to claim 13.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the in-call value-added service providing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
