s101: a multi-packet information flow page is displayed.
In this embodiment, when a preset condition is satisfied, a multi-packet information flow page is displayed at the communication client, and the multi-packet information flow page includes a packet identification area and an information flow area. The information flow area displays information flows corresponding to the selected first packet identifiers in the at least two first packet identifiers. Wherein, when the communication client is an instant communication client, the information flow may include at least one of a conversation and a message.
Wherein different first packet identifications correspond to different screening conditions. For example, when the communication client is an instant messaging client, the filtering condition may include a session filtering condition and a message filtering condition, where the session filtering condition is filtering with a session as a granularity, and the message filtering condition is filtering with a message as a granularity. For example, the session filtering condition may include filtering group chat sessions, filtering single chat sessions, and the like, and the packet indicated by the packet identifier may include a group chat session packet, a single chat session packet; the message screening condition may include screening unread messages, screening reminded (e.g., @) messages, etc., and the packet indicated by the packet identification may include unread message packets, reminded message packets, etc. The first packet identifier included in the packet identifier area may include a message packet identifier and an unread packet identifier. And displaying the quantity of unread messages in the corresponding session corresponding to each first packet identifier in the multi-packet information flow page. The number of unread messages may be the number of unread messages in the session of the first packet identification corresponding to the notification of the unopened message.
For example, the diagram of the multi-packet information flow page shown in fig. 2a, a packet identification area 201 and an information flow area 202 are included in the multi-packet information flow page. A first packet identifier is displayed in the packet identifier area 201: message and unread, flow area 202 displays the flow for the selected "message" packet. In the application scenario shown in fig. 2a, the user may switch between different first packet identifiers, and when the user triggers an "unread" packet, the information flow area 202 will display the information flow corresponding to the "unread" packet. And the number of unread messages corresponding to the unread packets can be displayed in the packet identification area. And the user click and sliding switching is supported between different first packet identifiers in the packet identifier area. Here, the first packet identifier is a packet identifier in the multi-packet information flow page.
When the communication client is a mailbox client, the screening conditions may include mail screening conditions and mail content screening conditions, where the mail screening conditions are to screen a mail with a mail as a granularity, and the mail content screening conditions are to screen a mail with a mail content as a granularity. For example, the first group identifier displayed in the group identifier area includes a group mail group identifier, a single mail group identifier, an unread mail group identifier, and the like.
The preset condition is a condition for triggering the communication client to display the multi-packet information flow page, and the preset condition can be set according to the actual application condition. Specifically, the multi-packet information flow page is presented by default in response to a user entering the communication client. Or, responding to the fact that the user uses the communication client for the first time and the number of the sessions with the unread messages in the communication client reaches a preset number threshold value, and displaying the multi-packet information flow page. For example, the preset number threshold is 20, and when 20 sessions exist in the communication client and all the sessions correspond to unread messages, the multi-packet information flow page is displayed.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, at least two first packet ids in the multi-packet flow page may be uniformly set by the system, so that the first packet ids displayed in the multi-packet flow page are the same for all users. Or receiving a first packet identifier setting operation of a user, and determining at least two first packet identifiers in the multi-packet information flow page according to the first packet identifier setting operation. That is, the user is allowed to perform setting operation on the first group identifier according to the self requirement, so that the first group identifier included in the multi-group information flow page is the first group identifier preset by the user, the user experience is improved, and the diversity of the multi-group information flow page is increased.
S102: and responding to a first preset operation triggered by a user, and displaying a single packet information flow page.

The packet identifier corresponding to the single packet information flow page may be the same as or different from at least two first packet identifiers in the multi-packet information flow page. To distinguish between a single packet flow page and a multi-packet flow page, the packet identifier corresponding to the single packet flow page is different from at least two first packet identifiers in the multi-packet flow page. That is, the packet identification corresponding to the single packet flow page is different from the first packet identification in the multi-packet flow page. For example, the first packet identifier in the multi-packet information flow page is a message packet identifier and an unread message packet identifier, respectively, and one packet identifier in the single-packet information flow page may be a group chat packet identifier or a single chat packet identifier.
The group identifier displayed by the single-group information flow page corresponds to the screening condition, so that the information flow displayed by the single-group information flow page is screened out based on the corresponding screening condition. In the single packet information flow page, the number of unread messages in a session in a corresponding information flow can be displayed corresponding to the packet identifier. The number of unread messages may be the number of unread messages in the session notified by the unopened message in the packet identifier corresponding information stream.
For example, the single packet information flow page diagram shown in fig. 2b displays a single packet information flow page corresponding to the group chat packet, and the single packet information flow page displays the group chat packet and the information flow corresponding to the group chat packet. When displaying the group chat group, the number of unread messages corresponding to the group chat group and a corresponding closing control can also be displayed, and the closing control is used for closing the current single-packet information flow page. For example, in fig. 2b, there are 50 unread messages in the group chat group, and the number of unread messages is followed by a close control represented by the symbol x.
