Referring to fig. 1, a flow diagram of one embodiment of a message processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The message processing method as shown in fig. 1 includes the following steps:
step 101, in response to receiving a preset operation of a user on a target message displayed in a current conversation window, displaying a message reply option.
The user can use any instant messaging application client to carry out instant messaging with the contact person. The user can open the instant messaging application client to browse or search historical messages occurring with the contact at any time.
For any instant messaging application, the history messages generated by the user through the instant messaging application can be stored. The history message can be stored in the instant application communication application client, the history message can be stored in the server, and the history message can be stored in other electronic equipment which realizes communication connection of the electronic equipment where the instant application communication application client is located.
A conversation window appears when the instant messaging application is open. The user may review the history message in the conversation window.
The target message may be any history message or a newly received message.
The number of contacts in the session window may be one or more than two.
The preset operation may be a touch operation on the target message. In addition, the duration of the touch operation may be greater than a preset time threshold. The time threshold may be, for example, 20 milliseconds. The preset operation may also be an operation such as a cursor hovering operation.
After receiving the preset operation performed by the user on the target message, the reply option can be displayed. The reply option here may be displayed as an icon for representing reply information, and/or text, and the like.
And step 102, responding to the received selection operation of the user on the message reply option, and determining whether historical reply content to be sent, which is input by the user before and corresponds to the target message, is stored.
And storing the historical reply content to be sent which is not sent successfully each time. Specifically, for each history reply content to be sent, an identifier corresponding to the history reply content to be sent may be established for a replied message corresponding to the history reply content to be sent. And storing the identifier and the historical reply content to be sent in a preset database in a correlated manner.
In this embodiment, in response to receiving a selection operation of a user on a message reply option, whether historical reply content to be sent, which is input by the user before and corresponds to a target message, is stored in the preset database according to an identifier corresponding to the target message.
The preset database may be stored in the electronic device executing the message processing method, or may be stored in another electronic device that is in communication connection with the electronic device executing the message processing method.
And 103, if the reply content exists, displaying the historical reply content to be sent in the information input window displayed according to the selection operation.
After the reply choice is presented in the conversation window, the user may perform a selection operation on the reply choice. After the user performs a selection operation on the reply option, an information input window may be presented on the conversation window. The information input window here may cover a portion of the message in the target message conversation window. In some application scenarios, the page where the information input window is located may be arranged above the page where the conversation window is located.
The historical reply information to be sent can be displayed in the information input window. The historical reply information to be sent can be displayed in an information input area of the information input window.
In some alternative implementations, the information input window may be disposed below the message content of the target message, and the information input window is immediately adjacent to the target message.
In these alternative implementations, the information input window is disposed below and next to the target message, so that when the user replies to the target message, the target message replied by the user can be locked. The user is facilitated to input information using the information input window.
The information input window may include a content digest of the target message. In some alternative implementations, the content summary may be located in a line of information.
The content abstract of the target message is shown in the information input window, so that the user can be clear which message is replied. No confusion is caused.
The content abstract is arranged in a line of information, so that the content abstract does not occupy excessive space.
And 104, determining target reply information according to the editing operation of a user in an information input window comprising historical reply contents to be sent, wherein the target reply information comprises a content abstract of a target message.
The user can perform an editing operation in the information input window. For example, the reply information is continuously input on the basis of the historical reply content to be sent, and/or the historical reply content to be sent is edited (for example, part of sentences are deleted, part of words are adjusted, and the like). In addition, the user can continue to input information in the information input window. The input information input by the user may be text information, picture information, voice information, and the like.
After the editing operation by the user, the target reply information may be determined. After the user finishes the editing operation, the target reply information can be determined. The editing operation may be considered to be finished when the user clicks a preset icon for representing that the editing operation is finished, or receives an instruction sent by the user to leave the session window.
The target reply message may include a content digest of the target message. In some alternative implementations, the content summary may be located in a line of information.
And displaying the content abstract of the target message in the information input window, so that the information receiving user can know the target message corresponding to the target reply message when browsing the target reply message. No interpretation bias will be introduced.
In addition, the content summaries are arranged in a line of information, so that the content summaries do not occupy too much space.
Because the reply message and the content abstract of the target message are fused into the entry reply message, the produced target reply message has pertinence. When seeing the target reply message, the contact can know which message the reply message is to reply, and can avoid the phenomenon that the context is not consistent or misunderstanding is caused because the reply message sent when replying a certain message is not specified in the process of information interaction with the contact.
The method provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure displays a message reply option by first responding to a preset operation received by a user on a target message displayed in a current conversation window; then, responding to the received selection operation of the user on the message reply option, and determining whether historical reply content to be sent, which is input by the user before and corresponds to the target message, is stored; then, if the reply content exists, displaying the historical reply content to be sent in an information input window displayed according to the selection operation; and finally, determining target reply information according to the editing operation of the user in an information input window comprising the historical reply content to be sent, wherein the target reply information comprises a content abstract of the target message. The method and the device realize the reply of the user to the specified message, and can avoid the phenomenon that the context is not consistent or misunderstanding is caused by the reply of the historical message in the information interaction process with the contact person. In addition, the historical reply content to be sent corresponding to the target message is determined in the pre-stored data, so that on one hand, the user can be helped to remember the content which the history wants to reply to the target message, and on the other hand, the input time of the user for the reply content can be shortened.
Referring to fig. 2A to 2B, fig. 2A to 2B are schematic diagrams illustrating an application scenario of the message processing method according to the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2A, the user B currently opens a session window of a preset instant messaging application on the terminal device. The session window may include historical messages for a plurality of contacts (e.g., user a, user C, etc.). "xxxxxx" and "YYYYY" in fig. 2A, 2B may represent any message. When the user performs a touch operation for a duration exceeding a preset duration on the history message "YYYYY" 201 (i.e., the target message) sent by the user a, a toolbar 202 may be presented in the conversation interface. A "reply" selection may be included in the sidebar 202. In addition, options such as "copy", "forward", "like" and "like" may also be included in the toolbar 202. When the user touches the "reply" selection in the toolbar 202, an information input window 203 may be presented on the current conversation interface, as shown in fig. 2B. The information input window 203 may be located below and immediately adjacent to the target message. If the history reply-to-be-sent content for the history message "yyyy" input by the user before is stored, the history reply-to-be-sent content may be displayed in the information input window 203. The history reply content to be sent can be displayed in the information input area. For example, history reply content 204 "aaaaaaaaaa" as shown in fig. 2B. Here, "aaaaaaaa" refers to arbitrary text. A virtual keyboard, a content digest of the target message, etc. may be included in the information input window 203. The content summary may be located above the virtual keyboard. In addition, the information input window 203 includes a picture input selection item, a voice input selection item, an expression input selection item, and the like. The user may enter the reply message in the message entry window. After the user completes information input in the information input window, an information sending instruction can be sent to complete message reply.
It should be noted that, if it is determined in step 102 that the historical to-be-sent reply content corresponding to the target message and input by the user is not stored, an information input window without the historical to-be-sent reply content may be directly displayed in step 103. In step 104, the target reply information is determined according to the input operation of the user in the information input window. The target reply message may include a content digest of the target message.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2B, the information input window may further include an exit identifier 205. The message processing method may further include: and exiting the information input window in response to the selection operation of the exit identifier by the user.
That is, in the process of editing the reply message in the message input window by the user, if the user clicks the exit identifier, it means that the user does not want to continue editing the reply message of the target message. The information entry window may be exited.
In these alternative implementations, the user may exit the editing operation of the reply message by operating the exit identifier in the message input window. These alternative implementations simplify the user's operation of ending the reply message, as compared to the user having to exit the message entry window from another way when he does not want to continue editing the reply message. The method is beneficial to improving the user experience.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3, a flow diagram of one embodiment of a message processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the message processing method includes the following steps:
step 301, in response to receiving a preset operation of a user on a target message displayed in a current conversation window, displaying a message reply option
In this embodiment, step 301 may be the same as or similar to step 101 shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
Step 302, in response to receiving a selection operation of a user on a message reply option, determining whether historical reply content to be sent, which is input by the user before and corresponds to the target message, is stored.
In this embodiment, step 302 may be the same as or similar to step 102 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not repeated here.
And step 303, if yes, displaying historical reply content to be sent in the information input window displayed according to the selection operation.
In this embodiment, step 303 may be the same as or similar to step 103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
Step 304, determining target reply information according to the editing operation of the user in the information input window including the historical reply content to be sent, wherein the target reply information includes the content abstract of the target message.
In this embodiment, step 304 may be the same as or similar to step 104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
And 305, responding to the received sending instruction of the user, sending the target reply information, and displaying the target reply information in the current conversation window.
The target reply message may be presented in the current session window. The target reply information can be seen by the publisher of the target reply information. In addition, other users related to the current conversation window can also see the target reply information when browsing the conversation information.
And step 306, in response to receiving the preset operation executed by the user on the content abstract in the displayed target reply message, replacing the message displayed in the current conversation window with a message near the target message.
In this embodiment, the user may perform a preset operation on the content digest corresponding to the target message in the target reply message. The preset operation may be, for example, a selection operation such as clicking, touch, cursor hovering, and the like. When the user performs the preset operation on the content abstract, the user means that the user wants to browse the detailed content of the target message. At this time, the message presented in the current conversation window may be replaced with the target message and the messages near the target message.
Specifically, the identifier corresponding to the target message may be extracted from the target reply message data corresponding to the target reply message. The identification of the target message may be unique. The message content corresponding to the target message and the message content of at least one message near the target message can be extracted from a plurality of pre-stored historical messages according to the identification of the target message. And then replacing the message displayed in the current conversation window with the message content of the target message and the message content of the message nearby the target message. The messages near the target message are messages of a preset number which are extracted from the message queue by taking the target message as a starting point and have the occurrence time after the target message in the message queue of a plurality of historical messages related in the conversation window and stored according to the generation time sequence, and/or messages of a preset number which are extracted from the message queue and have the occurrence time before the target message. The occurrence time here may refer to, for example, the time at which the sending user of the message sends the message.
The preset number may be preset, or may be determined according to the message content of the target message and the size of the display space occupied by the message content of each message near the message content.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the embodiment highlights the selection operation of the summary content in the target reply message displayed in the conversation window, and the step of displaying the message content of the target message in the conversation window, thereby facilitating the user to view the detailed content of the target message corresponding to the target reply message. The user experience can be improved.
It should be noted that, in the conversation window, any user browsing the target reply message may perform the preset operation on the content summary of the target message, so that the detailed content of the target message and the message content of the message near the target message are displayed in the conversation window displayed on the terminal device used by any user. Therefore, the user can know the detailed content of the target message corresponding to the target reply message, and misunderstanding is avoided.
Referring to fig. 4A-4B, schematic diagrams of another application scenario of the message processing method according to the present disclosure are shown.
As shown in fig. 4A, the user B currently opens a session window of a preset instant messaging application on the terminal device. A plurality of conversation messages are displayed in the conversation window. The session message may include a message sent by user B, a plurality of messages sent by users such as user A, C, E, and the like. In the above-described conversation window, a reply message 401 for user B to a previous history message sent by user a may be presented. The history message sent by the user a may be a target message. The reply message 401 is also the target reply message. The target reply message may include a content digest "YYYY" of the target message, and a reply message "aaaaabbbb" to which user B replies to the target message. Here, "aaaaabbbb" may represent any textual content. The user may perform a preset operation on the content summary in the target reply message 401, for example, a touch operation shown in fig. 4A. Through the touch operation, the user sends out an instruction for displaying the message content of the target message corresponding to the content abstract to the terminal equipment. The terminal device may replace the plurality of messages presented in the current conversation window with the target message "YYYYY" and the messages near the target message according to the above instructions of the user, for example, the messages near the target message "YYYYY" transmitted by the user a, such as the message "xxxx" transmitted by the user a, the message "xxxx" transmitted by the user D, and the message "xxxx" transmitted by the user B, the message "xxxxxx" transmitted by the user C, and the like. Here "xxxxxx" refers to any message content.
In some optional implementations of the embodiments of the message processing method of the present disclosure, it is shown that after step 103 and before step 104 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and before step 303 and step 304 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the message processing method may further include the following steps:
firstly, in response to the sliding operation of a user on a conversation window, hiding a part of information input window, and setting the part of hidden information input window at the bottom of the conversation window;
and secondly, displaying the message content of the message corresponding to the sliding operation in the conversation window according to the direction of the sliding operation.
When the information input window is displayed on the conversation window or when the user inputs partial character information in the information input window, the user can also execute sliding operation on the conversation window. At this time, a part of the information input window may be hidden, and the partially hidden information input window is disposed at the bottom of the conversation window.
That is to say, when the information input window is displayed on the session window, if the user performs a sliding operation on the session window, part of the information input window is hidden, so that the area occupied by the information input window displayed on the session window is reduced, and the area of the session interface covered by the information input window is also reduced. And the information browsing of the user is facilitated.
Further optionally, if a preset selection operation of the user on a partially hidden information input window is received when the message content of the message corresponding to the sliding operation is displayed in the conversation window according to the direction of the sliding operation, the message displayed in the conversation window jumps to the target message, and simultaneously the hiding of the message input window is cancelled.
Here, the message corresponding to the sliding operation, for example, when the sliding direction of the sliding operation is downward, may show more history messages whose receiving time is before the receiving time of the target message. When the sliding direction of the sliding operation is upward, more history messages with the receiving time after the receiving time of the target message can be displayed.
That is, during the process of browsing information, the user may issue an instruction to continue editing the reply message of the target message. The instruction here means the preset operation performed by the user on the partially hidden session window. After receiving the above instruction, the whole information input window can be displayed after the conversation window, and the interface for editing the reply message for the target message is returned.
The preset selection operation may be, for example, a touch operation, a click operation, a cursor hovering, or the like.
The optional implementation modes are convenient for the user to switch between replying the target information and browsing the information, and the user experience can be further improved.
In some optional implementations of the embodiments of the message processing method of the present disclosure, after step 104 of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and after step 304 and before step 305 of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the message processing method may further include the following steps: and responding to the received instruction executed by the user for exiting the current session window, and saving the target reply information. That is, if the user exits the current session window before the current target reply message is not sent, the target reply message may be saved. For example, the target reply message is stored in the same storage area as the historical reply messages to be sent. In some application scenarios, the target reply information of the target message may replace the historical reply message to be sent.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of a message processing apparatus, which corresponds to the method embodiment shown in fig. 1, and which can be applied in various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 5, the message processing apparatus of the present embodiment includes: a first presentation unit 501, a first determination unit 502, a second presentation unit 503, and a second determination unit 504. The first display unit 501 is configured to display a message reply option in response to receiving a preset operation of a user on a target message displayed in a current session window; a first determining unit 502, configured to determine, in response to receiving a selection operation of the user on the message reply option, whether historical reply content to be sent, which is input by the user before and corresponds to the target message, is stored; a second display unit 503, configured to display the historical reply content to be sent in an information input window displayed according to the selection operation if the reply content exists; a second determining unit 504, configured to determine target reply information according to an editing operation of the user in an information input window that includes the historical to-be-sent reply content, where the target reply information includes a content summary of the target message.
