本发明属于电动汽车充电桩的充电线领域,尤其涉及一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线。
背景技术
电动汽车作为一种发展前景广阔的绿色交通工具,今后的普及速度会异常迅猛,未来的市场前景也是异常巨大的。在全球能源危机和环境危机严重的大背景下,我国政府积极推进新能源汽车的应用与发展,充/换电站作为发展电动汽车所必须的重要配套基础设施,具有非常重要的社会效益和经济效益。
充电设施建设还处于起步阶段,但是政府支持力度非常大。近几年来,我国已经投产了一定数量的充电桩。
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。
汽车用户数量巨大,通过充电桩充电时各种情况都有可能出现,比如燃油车加油时,甚至有些人未将加油枪取出就把车开走了,损坏了加油设施,这还是在有工作人员协助加油的情况下发生的,而充电桩大多是车主自主充电,类似未拔充电插头就把车开走的意外情况可能会更多,容易造成安全事故。
发明内容
为解决车主在充电桩充电时遗忘拔出充电插头开走所造成的安全隐患问题以及所引发的后续问题,本发明公开了一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,可以有效避免安全事故的发生,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,包括充电线和充电枪,所述充电线与充电枪活动连接;所述充电枪包括充电头和万向接头,所述充电头固定安装在万向接头的一侧,所述万向接头包括转动球体、环形万向接头架、转动轴,所述转动球体安装在环形万向接头架内,转动球体均有一部分露出在环形万向接头架前后两侧,一侧被包裹在充电头内,被包裹在充电头内的转动球体部分表面与充电头内部之间留有空隙,转动球体与充电头内部设置空隙以保证球体可以自由转动,所述被包裹在充电头内的转动球体部分中部设有电源线出口,转动球体另一侧朝万向接头架外露出,所述转动轴固定在朝外露出的一侧表面上,所述转动球体内部空心,所述转动轴为空心圆管,转动轴与转动球体连通,电源线可通过转动轴进入转动球体内,再由转动球体的电源线出口穿出连接到充电头内;所述转动轴的另一侧设有充电线接口,所述充电线与充电线接口连接;所述转动轴表面设有报警装置,报警装置内设有电源,报警装置与该电源连接,报警装置与该电源的连接开关设置在充电线与充电枪的连接处,当充电枪正在给汽车充电时,充电线与充电枪连接正常,报警装置处于断路状态,报警装置不会发出报警提示;当充电线与充电枪在活动连接处意外断开,充电枪遗留在汽车充电口上,报警装置将处于接通状态,发出报警提示告知车主。

如上所述,当万向接头与充电线连接时,充电线接口内凸出的两根正负电极将防水门顶开,承插入充电线的正负电极承插口内;当万向接头上凸出的两根正负电极拔出充电线的接口后,防水门会自动关闭。原理在于,万向接头上凸出的两根正负电极正面顶压防水门时,弹簧被挤压,万向接头上凸出的两根正负电极拔出时,弹簧将防水门弹回原位,即关上防水门。

1.一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,包括充电线(1)和充电枪(2),其特征在于:所述充电线(1)与充电枪(2)活动连接;所述充电枪包括充电头(7)和万向接头(4),所述充电头(7)固定安装在万向接头(4)的一侧,所述万向接头(4)包括转动球体(5)、环形万向接头架(6)、转动轴(15),所述转动球体(5)安装在环形万向接头架(6)内,转动球体(5)均有一部分露出在环形万向接头架(6)前后两侧,一侧被包裹在充电头(7)内,被包裹在充电头(7)内的转动球体(5)部分表面与充电头(7)内部之间留有空隙,转动球体(5)与充电头(7)内部设置空隙以保证球体可以自由转动,所述被包裹在充电头(7)内的转动球体部分中部设有电源线出口(17),转动球体(5)另一侧朝万向接头架(6)外露出,所述转动轴(15)固定在朝外露出的一侧表面上,所述转动球体(5)内部空心,所述转动轴(15)为空心圆管,转动轴(15)与转动球体(5)连通,电源线可通过转动轴(15)进入转动球体(5)内,再由转动球体(5)的电源线出口(17)穿出连接到充电头(7)内;所述转动轴(15)的另一侧设有充电线接口(8),所述充电线(1)与充电线接口(8)连接;所述转动轴(15)表面设有报警装置(14),报警装置(12)内设有电源,报警装置(12)与该电源连接,报警装置与该电源的连接开关设置在充电线与充电枪的连接处,当充电枪(2)正在给汽车充电时,充电线(1)与充电枪(2)连接正常,报警装置(12)处于断路状态,报警装置(12)不会发出报警提示;当充电线(1)与充电枪(2)在活动连接处意外断开,充电枪(2)遗留在汽车充电口上,报警装置(12)将处于接通状态,发出报警提示告知车主。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于:所述充电线(1)与充电线接口(8)采用承插的方式活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于:所述充电线(1)设有充电线接头(9),所述充电线接头(9)整体为圆管形,内部设有内凹的正负电极接口(13)和防水结构,所述防水结构设置在正负电极接口(13)的前端;所述万向接头(4)的充电线接口(8)内设有凸出的两根正负电极,与充电线接头(9)的内凹正负电极接口(13)相匹配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于: 所述防水结构为防水门(10),所述防水门(10)包括两扇开合门,门的前端设有密封结构(12);所述防水门(10)的背面设有弹簧;所述充电线的正负电极承插口设置在防水门(10)内侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于:所述报警装置(14)的电源为铝电池。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于:所述报警装置(14)报警时将同时发出报警声和闪烁红光。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于:所述充电枪(4)上设有溯源二维码(16),通过扫描该二维码可追溯充电枪的所属地及联系方式。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于:所述充电枪(4)上的溯源二维码(16)设置在万向接头架(6)的表面上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车充电桩的新型充电线,其特征在于:所述转动轴(4)上设有把手。
