respectively extracting at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department on a hospital reservation number platform; the word vector features are used for representing department information of each standard department;
matching the at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department extracted respectively with the hospital department information on the hospital appointment number placement platform to obtain word vector characteristics associated with the hospital department information and a standard department corresponding to the word vector characteristics;
when the hospital department carries out number allocation on the hospital appointment number allocation platform, the hospital department carries out appointment number allocation by matching with a standard department of the hospital department.
2. The matching method for pre-booking department as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least two word vector features of each standard department are extracted on the hospital pre-booking platform respectively; wherein the word vector features are used for characterizing department information of the standard departments, and comprise:
respectively acquiring department entity words of each standard department on a hospital reservation and queuing platform, acquiring a split word set corresponding to the department entity words, and respectively extracting at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department from the split word set; wherein the word vector features are used for characterizing department information of the standard departments.

The method for matching appointment booking departments as claimed in claim 1, wherein the matching of the at least two word vector features of each of the extracted standard departments with the hospital department information on the hospital appointment booking platform to obtain the word vector features associated with the hospital department information and the standard departments corresponding to the word vector features comprises:
matching the department information of each standard department respectively represented by the at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department extracted respectively with the department information of the hospital on the hospital appointment number-placing platform to obtain the department information of the standard department associated with the department information of the hospital.
4. The method of matching appointment numbering departments of claim 1, further comprising, after the appointment numbering by matching standard departments of the institution departments when the institution departments perform the numbering on the hospital appointment numbering platform, after:
recommending standard departments related to the department search based on the department search of the user on the hospital reservation number-placing platform.
5. The method of matching appointment booking departments as claimed in claim 4, wherein recommending a set of standard departments associated with the department search based on the user's department search on the hospital appointment booking platform comprises:
based on department search of a user on the hospital reservation and number assignment platform, acquiring a set of keywords related to the department search, comparing the set of keywords with at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department, performing similarity ranking on the comparison according to the similarity from large to small, and recommending the standard department set related to the department search according to the similarity ranking.
6. A matching device for a reserved queuing department, comprising:
the system comprises an extraction module, a matching module and a reservation number-placing module;
the extraction module is used for respectively extracting at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department on a hospital reservation number-placing platform; the word vector features are used for representing department information of each standard department;
the matching module is used for matching the at least two word vector characteristics of each extracted standard department with the hospital department information on the hospital reserved number-placing platform to obtain word vector characteristics associated with the hospital department information and standard departments corresponding to the word vector characteristics through matching;
the appointment number placing module is used for conducting appointment number placing through matching with standard departments of the hospital departments when the hospital departments place numbers on the hospital appointment number placing platform.
7. The matching device for the appointment booking department of claim 6, wherein the extraction module is specifically configured to:
respectively acquiring department entity words of each standard department on a hospital reservation and queuing platform, acquiring a split word set corresponding to the department entity words, and respectively extracting at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department from the split word set; wherein the word vector features are used for characterizing department information of the standard departments.
8. The matching device for the appointment booking department of claim 6, wherein the matching module is specifically configured to:
matching the department information of each standard department respectively represented by the at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department extracted respectively with the department information of the hospital on the hospital appointment number-placing platform to obtain the department information of the standard department associated with the department information of the hospital.
9. The matching apparatus for a reserved space department of claim 6, wherein the matching apparatus for a reserved space department further comprises:
a recommendation module;
and the recommending module is used for recommending standard departments related to department search based on the department search of the user on the hospital reservation number-placing platform.
10. The matching apparatus for a reserved number placing department as claimed in claim 9, wherein the recommendation module is specifically configured to:
based on department search of a user on the hospital reservation and number assignment platform, acquiring a set of keywords related to the department search, comparing the set of keywords with at least two word vector characteristics of each standard department, performing similarity ranking on the comparison according to the similarity from large to small, and recommending the standard department set related to the department search according to the similarity ranking.
