In this step, the target standard department name determined in the retrieval database or the reference table or the matching table is used as the standard department name to be audited, and the standard department name to be audited is not necessarily the accurate standard department name as the result of successful intelligent matching.

In the step, the names of departments to be matched, which are not successfully matched after the retrieval database, the comparison table, the matching table and the word segmentation processing, are put into the matching error item for centralized processing of the names of the departments to be matched.
It should be noted that the division of the above steps is only to more clearly describe the standardized method for names of departments of medical institutions provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and there is no absolute sequence between the steps in the actual service implementation process.

Taking a software implementation as an example, as shown in fig. 4, as a logical apparatus, the apparatus is formed by reading a corresponding computer program instruction in a non-volatile memory into a memory by a CPU of a device in which the apparatus is located and running the computer program instruction.
As shown in fig. 4, the standardization apparatus for names of departments of a medical institution according to the present embodiment includes:
the first preprocessing module 401 is configured to store at least one standard department name, and perform word segmentation processing on each standard department name;
a first determining module 402, configured to determine whether a target standard department name matching a department name to be matched exists in at least one standard department name;
a first determining module 403, configured to, when the first determining module 402 determines that the target standard department name exists, take the target standard department name as a standard department name to be checked, and send the standard department name to be checked to an output checking module 404;
an output auditing module 404, configured to output the received standard department name to be audited, so that the user audits the standard department name to be audited;
a second determining module 405, configured to, after the output auditing module 404 outputs the audit, use the standard department name to be audited that passes the user audit as the standard department name standardized by the department name to be matched.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first preprocessing module 401 may be configured to perform step 101 and step 102 in the above-described method embodiment, the first determining module 402 may be configured to perform step 103 in the above-described method embodiment, the first determining module 403 may be configured to perform step 104 in the above-described method embodiment, the output auditing module 404 may be configured to perform step 105 in the above-described method embodiment, and the second determining module 405 may be configured to perform step 106 in the above-described method embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the device for standardizing names of departments of a medical institution further includes:
a second preprocessing module 501, configured to store a first corresponding relationship between a non-standard department name and a standard department name;
a second determining module 502, configured to determine whether a target nonstandard department name identical to the name of the department to be matched exists in the first corresponding relationship when the first determining module 402 determines that the target standard department name does not exist;
a third determining module 503, configured to, when the second determining module 502 determines that the target nonstandard department name exists, take the standard department name corresponding to the target nonstandard department name in the first corresponding relationship as the standard department name to be checked, and send the standard department name to be checked to the output checking module 404.
As shown in fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the device for standardizing names of departments of a medical institution further includes:
a third preprocessing module 601, configured to store a second correspondence between successfully matched department names and standard department names;
a third determining module 602, configured to determine whether a target department name identical to the name of the department to be matched exists in the second corresponding relationship when the first determining module 402 determines that the target standard department name does not exist;
a fourth determining module 603, configured to, when the third determining module 602 determines that the target department name exists, take the standard department name corresponding to the target department name in the second correspondence as the standard department name to be checked, and send the standard department name to be checked to the output checking module 404.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the device for standardizing names of departments of a medical institution further comprises:
and the word segmentation matching module is used for carrying out word segmentation processing on the department name to be matched and matching the department name to be matched after the word segmentation processing with at least one standard department name.
It is to be understood that the illustrated configuration of the embodiments of the present invention does not constitute a specific limitation on the standardized means of names of departments of medical institutions. In other embodiments of the invention, the standardized set of medical facility department names may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, some components may be separated, or a different arrangement of components may be used. The illustrated components may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination of software and hardware.
Because the content of information interaction, execution process, and the like among the modules in the device is based on the same concept as the method embodiment of the present invention, specific content can be referred to the description in the method embodiment of the present invention, and is not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for standardizing the names of departments of a medical institution, which comprises: at least one memory and at least one processor;
the at least one memory to store a machine readable program;
the at least one processor is configured to invoke the machine readable program to perform a method of standardizing names of medical facility departments in any embodiment of the invention.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a computer-readable medium storing instructions for causing a computer to perform a method of standardizing names of medical facility departments as described herein. Specifically, a method or an apparatus equipped with a storage medium on which a software program code that realizes the functions of any of the above-described embodiments is stored may be provided, and a computer (or a CPU or MPU) of the method or the apparatus is caused to read out and execute the program code stored in the storage medium.
In this case, the program code itself read from the storage medium can realize the functions of any of the above-described embodiments, and thus the program code and the storage medium storing the program code constitute a part of the present invention.
Examples of the storage medium for supplying the program code include a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magneto-optical disk, an optical disk (e.g., CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-RW, DVD + RW), a magnetic tape, a nonvolatile memory card, and a ROM. Alternatively, the program code may be downloaded from a server computer via a communications network.
Further, it should be clear that the functions of any one of the above-described embodiments can be implemented not only by executing the program code read out by the computer, but also by performing a part or all of the actual operations by an operation method or the like operating on the computer based on instructions of the program code.
Further, it is to be understood that the program code read out from the storage medium is written to a memory provided in an expansion board inserted into the computer or to a memory provided in an expansion unit connected to the computer, and then causes a CPU or the like mounted on the expansion board or the expansion unit to perform part or all of the actual operations based on instructions of the program code, thereby realizing the functions of any of the above-described embodiments.
In summary, the method, the apparatus and the readable medium for standardizing names of departments of a medical institution provided by the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following advantages:
1. in the embodiment of the invention, at least one standard department name is stored in advance, and word segmentation processing is carried out on each standard department name in advance. And then, judging whether a target standard department name matched with the name of the department to be matched exists in at least one standard department name, when the target standard department name exists, taking the target standard department name as the name of the standard department to be audited, outputting the name of the standard department to be audited so that the user audits the name of the standard department to be audited, and taking the name of the standard department to be audited which is audited by the user as the name of the standard department to be matched after the name of the department to be matched is standardized. According to the embodiment of the invention, the processing speed for standardizing the names of departments can be increased by the intelligent matching mode.
2. In the embodiment of the invention, when the target standard department name matched with the department name to be matched does not exist, whether the target non-standard department name same as the department name to be matched exists in the comparison table is judged according to the comparison table of the non-standard department name and the standard department name provided by a professional in a medical institution, when the target non-standard department name exists in the comparison table, the standard department name corresponding to the target non-standard department name is used as the standard department name to be checked, because the reference table provided by the professional is stored in advance, the accurate corresponding relation between the non-standard department name and the standard department name exists in the reference table, and when the target standard department name does not exist, the processing speed for standardizing the department name can be improved through the reference table.
3. In the embodiment of the invention, when the target standard department name matched with the department name to be matched is judged not to exist, whether the target department name same as the name of the department to be matched exists in the matching table can be judged according to the matching table of the successfully matched department name and the standard department name which is stored in other medical institutions or the medical institution in advance, when the target department name exists in the matching table, the standard department name corresponding to the target department name is used as the standard department name to be checked, the matching table which is matched is preserved in advance, meanwhile, the matching table which is matched by other medical institutions can be used for reference, the matching table of the medical institution is improved continuously, and along with the continuous improvement of the matching process, the function of intelligent matching is increased, so that the processing speed of standardizing the names of departments can be increased.
4. In the embodiment of the invention, when the accurate matching is carried out through the retrieval standard index, or the target standard department name does not exist in the comparison table and the matching table, the division processing is carried out on the department name to be matched, whether the target standard department name exists is judged by matching the department name to be matched after the division processing with at least one standard department name, and through the division processing method, the highest-score item obtained from the matching result can be returned to the user, so that the user can confirm whether the matching is successful, the problem that some of the department names to be matched which are not successfully matched through intelligent matching but are successfully matched through the division processing is solved, and the number of the standardization of the department names to be matched is increased.
5. In the embodiment of the invention, each time matching is carried out and an accurate matching corresponding relation is confirmed, the corresponding relation is stored in the matching table, the accuracy of intelligent matching is increased along with the continuous deepening of the matching process, the matching result is more precise, meanwhile, the matching table can be used for referencing matching tables of successfully matched department names and standard department names stored by other medical institutions, the accurate matching relation confirmed in the matching table is further increased, and the function exerted by intelligent matching is increased along with the continuous perfection of the matching process, so that the processing speed of standardizing the department names can be increased.

Claims (10)

1. A method for standardizing names of departments of a medical institution, comprising:
at least one standard department name is saved in advance;
carrying out word segmentation processing on each standard department name in advance;
further comprising:
judging whether a target standard department name matched with the name of the department to be matched exists in at least one standard department name;
when the target standard department name exists, taking the target standard department name as a standard department name to be audited;
outputting the name of the standard department to be audited so that the user audits the name of the standard department to be audited;
and taking the standard department name to be audited which passes the audit of the user as the standard department name after the standardization of the department name to be matched.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
pre-storing a first corresponding relation between the names of the non-standard departments and the names of the standard departments;
before the outputting the standard department name to be audited, further comprising:
when the target standard department name does not exist, judging whether a target nonstandard department name which is the same as the name of the department to be matched exists in the first corresponding relation;
and when the target non-standard department name exists, taking the standard department name corresponding to the target non-standard department name in the first corresponding relation as the standard department name to be audited.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
pre-storing a second corresponding relation between the successfully matched department name and the standard department name;
before the outputting the standard department name to be audited, further comprising:
when the target standard department name does not exist, judging whether a target department name identical to the name of the department to be matched exists in the second corresponding relation;
and when the target department name exists, taking the standard department name corresponding to the target department name in the second corresponding relation as the standard department name to be audited.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
and performing word segmentation processing on the department name to be matched, and matching the department name to be matched after word segmentation processing with at least one standard department name.
5. Standardization device of medical institution department name, characterized by, includes:
the system comprises a first preprocessing module, a second preprocessing module and a third preprocessing module, wherein the first preprocessing module is used for storing at least one standard department name and performing word segmentation processing on each standard department name;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether a target standard department name matched with the department name to be matched exists in at least one standard department name;
the first determining module is used for taking the target standard department name as a standard department name to be audited and sending the standard department name to be audited to the output auditing module when the first judging module judges that the target standard department name exists;
the output auditing module is used for outputting the received standard department name to be audited so as to enable a user to audit the standard department name to be audited;
and the second determining module is used for taking the standard department name to be audited which passes the audit of the user as the standard department name standardized by the department name to be matched after the audit is output by the output auditing module.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the second preprocessing module is used for storing a first corresponding relation between the non-standard department name and the standard department name;
the second judging module is used for judging whether a target nonstandard department name identical to the name of the department to be matched exists in the first corresponding relation or not when the first judging module judges that the target standard department name does not exist;
and a third determining module, configured to, when the second determining module determines that the target nonstandard department name exists, take the standard department name corresponding to the target nonstandard department name in the first corresponding relationship as the standard department name to be audited, and send the standard department name to be audited to the output auditing module.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the third preprocessing module is used for storing a second corresponding relation between the successfully matched department name and the standard department name;
a third judging module, configured to, when the first judging module judges that the target standard department name does not exist, judge whether a target department name identical to the name of the department to be matched exists in the second correspondence;
and a fourth determining module, configured to, when the third determining module determines that the target department name exists, take a standard department name corresponding to the target department name in the second correspondence as the standard department name to be checked, and send the standard department name to be checked to the output checking module.
8. The apparatus of any of claims 5-7, further comprising:
and the word segmentation matching module is used for carrying out word segmentation processing on the department name to be matched and matching the department name to be matched after the word segmentation processing with at least one standard department name.
9. Standardization device of medical institution department name, characterized by, includes: at least one memory and at least one processor;
the at least one memory to store a machine readable program;
the at least one processor, configured to invoke the machine readable program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
10. Computer readable medium, characterized in that it has stored thereon computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
