performing real-name authentication on an online appointment registration platform of a hospital;
after the real-name authentication is passed, inputting disease description information and appointment registration time of a user on an online appointment registration platform of the hospital;
matching a disease condition classification label from the disease condition description information;
configuring at least one diagnosis and treatment department and at least one doctor corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment department according to the disease classification label and the appointment registration time;
and selecting the associated doctor from the at least one doctor configured to make a reservation registration.
2. The hospital appointment registration method of claim 1, wherein the matching of disease classification labels from the disease description information comprises:
and extracting an illness condition keyword set from the illness condition description information, matching the illness condition keyword set with all illness condition labels in a preset illness condition label database to obtain an illness condition label with the highest degree of association, and matching the illness condition label as an illness condition classification label associated with the illness condition description information.
3. The hospital appointment registration method of claim 1, wherein the configuring of at least one clinical department and at least one doctor corresponding to the clinical department according to the disease classification label and the appointment registration time comprises:
and configuring at least one medical department according to the disease classification label, and selecting at least one doctor capable of receiving a diagnosis within the appointment registration time from the at least one medical department.
4. The hospital appointment registration method of claim 1, further comprising, after said selecting an associated doctor for appointment registration from said at least one configured doctor:
and carrying out registration fee prepayment related to the reservation registration.
5. The hospital appointment registration method of claim 4, wherein said making registration fee advance payment in association with the appointment registration comprises:
collecting a facial image of a user, identifying whether the facial image corresponds to the real-name authentication information or not, and when the facial image is identified to correspond to the real-name authentication information, performing registration fee prepayment associated with the reservation registration through the facial image.
6. A hospital appointment registration device, comprising:
the system comprises a real-name authentication module, an input module, a matching module, a configuration module and a selection module;
the real-name authentication module is used for performing real-name authentication on an online appointment registration platform of a hospital;
the input module is used for inputting the disease description information and the appointment registration time of the user on the online appointment registration platform of the hospital after the real-name authentication is passed;
the matching module is used for matching a disease condition classification label from the disease condition description information;
the configuration module is used for configuring at least one diagnosis and treatment department and at least one doctor corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment department according to the disease classification label and the appointment registration time;
and the selection module is used for selecting the associated doctor from the at least one configured doctor to perform appointment registration.
7. The hospital appointment registration apparatus of claim 6, wherein the matching module is specifically configured to:
and extracting an illness condition keyword set from the illness condition description information, matching the illness condition keyword set with all illness condition labels in a preset illness condition label database to obtain an illness condition label with the highest degree of association, and matching the illness condition label as an illness condition classification label associated with the illness condition description information.
8. The hospital appointment registration apparatus of claim 6, wherein the configuration module is specifically configured to:
and configuring at least one medical department according to the disease classification label, and selecting at least one doctor capable of receiving a diagnosis within the appointment registration time from the at least one medical department.
9. The hospital appointment registration apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a prepayment module;
and the prepayment module is used for prepaying registration fee related to the registration reservation.
10. The hospital appointment registration device of claim 9, wherein the prepayment module is specifically configured to:
collecting a facial image of a user, identifying whether the facial image corresponds to the real-name authentication information or not, and when the facial image is identified to correspond to the real-name authentication information, performing registration fee prepayment associated with the reservation registration through the facial image.
