Claims (8)

1. A method for querying data, the method comprising:
determining a medical data field contained in a medical data demand and a medical code corresponding to the medical data field based on the medical data demand;
extracting fields for constructing a medical database from the medical data; constructing the medical database based on the extracted fields, historical medical heterogeneous source data, a preset medical comparison table and a preset mapping algorithm;
querying a field corresponding to the medical data field in the medical database, wherein the medical database comprises a corresponding relation between the field and medical content, and the medical content comprises at least one medical standard term with codes;
if the medical content corresponding to the medical data field is inquired, determining whether the inquired medical content corresponding to the field corresponding to the medical data field contains medical standard terms of the medical code corresponding to the medical data field;
and if the queried medical content corresponding to the field corresponding to the medical data field and including at least one medical standard term with codes contains the medical code corresponding to the medical data field, generating a query result based on the medical content containing the medical code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a medical data field included in the medical data requirement based on the medical data requirement, and the medical code corresponding to the medical data field comprises:
determining the medical data fields and medical data terms corresponding to the medical data fields based on medical data requirements of users;
and determining a code corresponding to the medical data term according to the determined medical data term and the corresponding relation between the preset medical term and the code, and taking the determined code as the medical code.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the constructing the medical database based on the extracted fields, the historical medical heterogeneous source data, and a preset medical look-up table and a preset mapping algorithm comprises:
extracting at least one medical vocabulary corresponding to the extracted field and corresponding structural information from the historical medical heterogeneous source data;
determining a medical standard term with codes corresponding to each medical vocabulary based on the extracted at least one medical vocabulary and the medical reference table, wherein the medical reference table comprises corresponding relations between the medical vocabularies and the medical standard terms with codes;
and taking the medical standard terms with codes and the corresponding structural information as medical contents, and mapping the medical contents to fields of the medical database by using the mapping algorithm to complete the construction of the medical database.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein generating query results based on the medical content comprising the medical code comprises:
selecting content meeting time requirements in the medical data requirements from medical content containing the medical codes as a query result; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
sequencing the medical contents from far to near according to time, and taking a front preset number of contents in front of the sequencing as a query result; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and taking the medical content with the farthest characteristic time as a query result.
5. A data query apparatus, comprising:
the medical data processing system comprises a first determining module, a second determining module and a processing module, wherein the first determining module is used for determining a medical data field contained in a medical data demand and a medical code corresponding to the medical data field based on the medical data demand;
a build module to: extracting fields for constructing a medical database from the medical related data; constructing the medical database based on the extracted fields, historical medical heterogeneous source data, a preset medical comparison table and a preset mapping algorithm
The query module is used for querying a field corresponding to the medical data field in a medical database, the medical database comprises a corresponding relation between the field and medical content, the medical content comprises at least one medical standard term with codes, and the medical database is constructed based on acquired historical medical heterogeneous source data;
the second determination module is used for determining whether the medical standard terms of the medical codes corresponding to the medical data fields are contained in the medical contents corresponding to the fields corresponding to the medical data fields if the medical contents corresponding to the medical data fields are inquired;
and the generating module is used for generating a query result based on the medical content containing the medical code if the medical code corresponding to the medical data field is contained in the queried medical content corresponding to the field corresponding to the medical data field and including at least one medical standard term with the code.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
determining the medical data fields and medical data terms corresponding to the medical data fields based on medical data requirements of users;
and determining a code corresponding to the medical data term according to the determined medical data term and the corresponding relation between the preset medical term and the code, and taking the determined code as the medical code.
7. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 4 are implemented by the processor when executing the computer program.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of the claims 1 to 4.
