a matching module configured to match users having an association relationship with the vehicle based on the vehicle identification in the approach information;
and the authorization module is configured to send an authorization prompt of the payment prompt service to the user and acquire an authorization instruction submitted by the user.

a parking fee calculation sub-module configured to calculate a parking fee of the vehicle based on the approach time and a preset billing algorithm;

Optionally, the prediction module includes:
a historical data submodule configured to predict a departure time period of the vehicle in the parking area at the at least one time point based on a historical departure time period at the at least one time point.

In one particular embodiment, the parking payment alert processing apparatus includes a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory, and the one or more programs may include one or more modules, and each module may include a series of computer-executable instructions for the parking payment alert processing apparatus, and the one or more programs configured for execution by the one or more processors include computer-executable instructions for:
obtaining entrance information of a vehicle entering a parking area, and determining charging updating time of the vehicle based on the entrance time contained in the entrance information;
determining the payment reminding time of the vehicle, and predicting the departure time of the vehicle at least one time point;
recommending expected payment time based on the departure time length and the charging updating time, and determining departure starting time according to the departure time length, the expected payment time and free time length;
and sending a payment prompt containing the expected payment time and the departure starting time to a user to which the vehicle belongs.
Optionally, after the step of sending a payment reminding including the expected payment time and the departure starting time to the user to which the vehicle belongs is executed, the method further includes:
under the condition that the user is detected to submit a payment access request through a payment access control which triggers the payment reminding configuration, calculating the parking fee of the vehicle, and predicting the departure duration of the vehicle in the parking area at least one time point of the next charging time zone;
and displaying a payment page carrying the parking fee and the departure time of the next charging time zone to a user.
Optionally, after receiving the payment access request, the method further includes:
determining the number of vehicles of which the access time carried in the payment access request has acquired payment information and has not acquired departure information;
calculating the actual departure duration of the vehicle at the visit time based on the number of vehicles;
and determining the departure starting time of the vehicle according to the actual departure duration and the free duration, and writing the departure starting time into the payment page.

In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly be distinguished between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (15)
1. A parking payment reminding processing method comprises the following steps:
obtaining entrance information of a vehicle entering a parking area, and determining charging updating time of the vehicle based on the entrance time contained in the entrance information;
determining the payment reminding time of the vehicle, and predicting the departure time of the vehicle at least one time point;
recommending expected payment time based on the departure time length and the charging updating time, and determining departure starting time according to the departure time length, the expected payment time and free time length;
and sending a payment prompt containing the expected payment time and the departure starting time to a user to which the vehicle belongs.
2. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the payment reminding time of the vehicle comprises:
determining the number of vehicles which acquire payment information and do not acquire departure information;
calculating the actual departure duration of the parking area based on the number of vehicles;
and determining the payment reminding time according to the actual leaving time, the charging updating time and/or the free time.
3. The parking payment reminder processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and under the condition that the charging grading time is detected to be reached and the payment request is not obtained, accumulating the parking fee of the next charging time zone to the parking fee of the vehicle according to a preset charging algorithm.
4. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining the entrance information of the vehicle entering the parking area and determining the charging update time of the vehicle based on the entrance time included in the entrance information is executed, and before the step of determining the payment reminding time of the vehicle and predicting the departure time of the vehicle at least at one time point is executed, the method further comprises:
matching users having an association relation with the vehicle based on the vehicle identification in the approach information;
and sending an authorization prompt of the payment prompt service to the user, and acquiring an authorization instruction submitted by the user.
5. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, after the step of sending payment reminding including the expected payment time and the departure start time to the user of the vehicle is executed, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the user is detected to submit a payment access request through a payment access control which triggers the payment reminding configuration, calculating the parking fee of the vehicle, and predicting the departure duration of the vehicle in the parking area at least one time point of the next charging time zone;
and displaying a payment page carrying the parking fee and the departure time of the next charging time zone to a user.
6. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 5, after receiving the payment access request, further comprising:
determining the number of vehicles of which the access time carried in the payment access request has acquired payment information and has not acquired departure information;
calculating the actual departure duration of the vehicle at the visit time based on the number of vehicles;
and determining the departure starting time of the vehicle according to the actual departure duration and the free duration, and writing the departure starting time into the payment page.
7. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, applied to a parking payment application running on a third party payment platform;
the third-party payment platform reads parking fees and departure starting time from the parking payment application according to a payment access request submitted by a user and displays the parking fees and the departure starting time to the user; the payment access request comprises a payment access request submitted by scanning an image identification code.
8. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the payment reminding time of the vehicle comprises:
calculating the parking fee of the vehicle based on the entrance time and a preset charging algorithm;
evaluating unit quantitative cost of the vehicle according to the entrance time and the parking cost to obtain a unit quantitative cost index of the vehicle;
and determining the payment reminding time based on the unit quantitative cost index.
9. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the payment reminding including the expected payment time and the departure starting time to the user to which the vehicle belongs comprises:
generating a payment reminder carrying the expected payment time, the departure starting time and/or the departure duration;
and sending a reminding page carrying the payment reminding to the user at the payment reminding time.
10. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 9, wherein the reminding page is configured with at least one reservation control of a payment reservation time point, and when any reservation control is detected to be triggered, a reservation task of the triggered reservation control is created;
and under the condition that the arrival of the task time of the reservation task is monitored, carrying out payment processing on the parking cost of the vehicle.
11. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the payment reminding time of the vehicle comprises:
calculating the parking fee of the vehicle based on the entrance time and a preset charging algorithm, and determining the number of the vehicles which have acquired payment information and do not acquire departure information;
carrying out unit quantitative cost evaluation on the vehicles according to the entrance time and the parking cost to obtain unit quantitative cost indexes of the vehicles, and calculating the actual leaving time length of the parking area according to the number of the vehicles;
determining an index reminding factor according to the unit quantitative cost index, determining a duration reminding factor according to the actual departure duration, and determining the payment reminding time according to the index reminding factor and the duration reminding factor;
the index reminding factor is in positive correlation with the unit quantitative cost index, and the payment reminding factor is in negative correlation with the actual departure time.
12. The parking payment reminding processing method according to claim 1, wherein the predicting the departure duration of the vehicle at least one time point for departure comprises:
and predicting the departure duration of the parking area at the at least one time point based on the historical departure duration of the at least one time point.
13. A parking payment reminding processing device comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to acquire entrance information of a vehicle entering a parking area and determine the charging updating time of the vehicle based on the entrance time contained in the entrance information;
the prediction module is configured to determine payment reminding time of the vehicle and predict departure duration of the vehicle at least one time point;
the determining module is configured to recommend expected payment time based on the departure time length and the charging updating time, and determine departure starting time according to the departure time length, the expected payment time and free time length;
and the reminding module is configured to send payment reminding containing the expected payment time and the departure starting time to the user to which the vehicle belongs.
14. A parking payment reminder processing apparatus comprising:
a processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
obtaining entrance information of a vehicle entering a parking area, and determining charging updating time of the vehicle based on the entrance time contained in the entrance information;
determining the payment reminding time of the vehicle, and predicting the departure time of the vehicle at least one time point;
recommending expected payment time based on the departure time length and the charging updating time, and determining departure starting time according to the departure time length, the expected payment time and free time length;
and sending a payment prompt containing the expected payment time and the departure starting time to a user to which the vehicle belongs.
15. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that when executed implement the following:
obtaining entrance information of a vehicle entering a parking area, and determining charging updating time of the vehicle based on the entrance time contained in the entrance information;
determining the payment reminding time of the vehicle, and predicting the departure time of the vehicle at least one time point;
recommending expected payment time based on the departure time length and the charging updating time, and determining departure starting time according to the departure time length, the expected payment time and free time length;
and sending a payment prompt containing the expected payment time and the departure starting time to a user to which the vehicle belongs.
