Some embodiments of the present invention further include a result sending module, configured to automatically send the final inspection result to the corresponding user to be inspected after the final inspection result is generated, where the sending is performed by using the mail extracted from the on-site inspection data. The checked users include: securities companies and/or marketing companies. The result sending module can extract the mailbox information of the enterprise contact from the field inspection data so as to be capable of being sent to the related enterprise party most quickly after the inspection result appears. Moreover, the mode is also helpful to avoid possible actions such as cheating or result modification and the like of personnel such as a supervisor and the like, so that the on-site inspection result is more objective, accurate and reliable, and the intelligent level of the invention is further improved.
The inspection report generation system provided by the embodiment of the application forms the electronic inspection report based on the inspection report template recorded with the field inspection data, can automatically check whether the uploaded materials meet the requirements, whether the uploaded materials are required to be replenished, whether the catalogues for placing the files need to be adjusted, can also check the setting modes of the folders and the files in the report template, and is high in efficiency; the inspection report is automatically generated, the penalty suggestion is generated, the standard is unified, and the inspection strength is unified, so that the inspection report can be efficiently and accurately generated by the supervision department of the certificate to obtain objective and convincing inspection results, wherein the inspection results can comprise, but are not limited to, the penalty result or the qualified result of a listed company or a security company, and the like.
In one embodiment, a computer device is presented, as shown in FIG. 3, comprising a processor, a non-volatile storage medium, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system, a database and computer readable instructions, the database can store control information sequences, and the computer readable instructions can enable the processor to realize the inspection report generation method when being executed by the processor. The processor of the computer device is used for providing calculation and control capability and supporting the operation of the whole computer device. The memory of the computer device may have stored therein computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, may cause the processor to perform a method of inspection report generation. The network interface of the computer device is used for connecting and communicating with the terminal. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 3 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
The computer device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the following steps when executing the computer program: sending a report template calling instruction so as to select a corresponding inspection report template from a database of the server side according to the type parameter in the report template calling instruction; acquiring an inspection report template corresponding to the selected type parameter; receiving field inspection data and at least one inspection result which are input into an inspection report template; forming an electronic inspection report based on an inspection report template recorded with field inspection data, and generating a first inspection result between the electronic inspection report and a set standard result; and comparing the first checking result with the checking result, determining a final checking result according to the comparison result, and generating a checking report.
In one embodiment, a storage medium is provided that stores computer readable instructions, as shown in fig. 4, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the steps of: sending a report template calling instruction so as to select a corresponding inspection report template from a database of the server side according to the type parameter in the report template calling instruction; acquiring an inspection report template corresponding to the selected type parameter; receiving field inspection data and at least one inspection result which are input into an inspection report template; forming an electronic inspection report based on an inspection report template recorded with field inspection data, and generating a first inspection result between the electronic inspection report and a set standard result; and comparing the first checking result with the checking result, determining a final checking result according to the comparison result, and generating a checking report.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the computer program is executed. The storage medium may be a non-volatile storage medium such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), or a Random Access Memory (RAM).
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. An inspection report generation method, comprising:
acquiring an inspection report template corresponding to the selected type parameter;
receiving field inspection data and at least one inspection result which are input into the inspection report template;
forming an electronic inspection report based on an inspection report template recorded with field inspection data, and generating a first inspection result between the electronic inspection report and a set standard result;
and comparing the first checking result with the checking result, determining a final checking result according to the comparison result, and generating a checking report.
2. The inspection report generation method according to claim 1, wherein the forming of the electronic inspection report based on the inspection report template in which the field inspection data is entered includes:
and performing form inspection and content inspection on the electronic inspection report based on an inspection report template recorded with field inspection data.
3. The inspection report generation method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the forming of the electronic inspection report based on the inspection report template in which the field inspection data is entered:
and uploading the inspection report template supplemented with the field inspection data to the server side.
4. The inspection report generation method of claim 1, wherein said receiving field inspection data and at least one inspection result entered into said inspection report template further comprises:
and automatically copying the field inspection data.
5. The inspection report generation method of claim 1, further comprising, before said obtaining an inspection report template corresponding to the selected type of parameter:
generating a routine inspection report template based on the inspection item list of routine inspection and the content requirement;
generating a temporary examination report template based on the examination item list and the content of the temporary examination;
and sending a report template calling instruction so as to select a corresponding inspection report template from a database of the server side according to the type parameter in the report template calling instruction.
6. The inspection report generation method according to claim 5, further comprising, after said routine inspection-based inspection item list and content request generation of a routine inspection report template, or after said temporary inspection-based inspection item list and content generation of a temporary inspection report template:
and storing the routine inspection report template and/or the temporary inspection report template based on the setting mode of folders and files in the tree structure design inspection report template.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after comparing the first inspection result with the inspection result and determining a final inspection result according to the comparison result:
and after the final checking result is generated, automatically transmitting the result to a corresponding checked user in a mode of utilizing mails extracted from field checking data.
8. An inspection report generation system comprising:
the template acquisition module is used for acquiring an inspection report template corresponding to the selected type parameter;
the data entry module is used for receiving the field inspection data and at least one inspection result which are entered into the inspection report template;
the report generation module is used for forming an electronic inspection report based on an inspection report template recorded with field inspection data and generating a first inspection result between the electronic inspection report and a set standard result;
and the result determining module is used for comparing the first checking result with the checking result, determining a final checking result according to the comparison result and generating a checking report.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the inspection report generation method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium storing computer-readable instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the inspection report generation method of any one of claims 1-7.
