And repeating the steps to fill all the cells in the corresponding financial statement template so as to obtain the corresponding financial statement. According to the method and the system for generating the financial statement, the user does not need to manually inquire the business documents one by one to calculate and fill in the cells, so that the tedious work of financial staff for making the financial statement is reduced, the efficiency of making the financial statement is improved, the condition of data filling errors can be prevented, and the accuracy of the financial statement is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. A method for generating financial statements is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: detecting a user login request;
s2: when a user requests to log in, acquiring identity information input by the user;
s3: comparing the identity information with a plurality of preset information, and entering a user operation interface if the preset information is consistent with the identity information;
s4: when a user clicks a report generation option on a user operation interface, an Application component of the Excel opens an Excel report template;
s5: setting the data format of each financial statement in the Excel statement template according to the financial statement type to obtain a corresponding financial statement template;
s6: determining a calculation formula and a required data type of each cell according to the data format, sequentially comparing the data types in the database according to the required data types, extracting specific data corresponding to the data types consistent with the required data types in the database, processing the specific data according to the corresponding calculation formula, and inputting the processed specific data into the corresponding cell;
s7: repeating S6 until all cells in the corresponding financial statement template are filled to obtain the corresponding financial statement.
2. A financial statement generation method according to claim 1 wherein said Excel Application component opens an Excel statement template comprising:
an Application component of the Excel is quoted to generate an Application form example;
and opening an Excel report template by utilizing the Application form example.
3. A method for generating a financial statement according to claim 1 wherein, prior to the step of determining the calculation formula and the required data type for each cell based on said data format and comparing the data types in the database in sequence based on the required data types, said method further comprises:
acquiring a document scanning image uploaded by a user, and inputting the document scanning image into a trained data extraction model to obtain specific data and a corresponding data type;
and storing the specific data, the data type corresponding to the specific data and the document scanning image into a database.
4. A method of generating a financial statement according to claim 3 wherein, prior to said step of obtaining a scanned image of a document uploaded by a user, said method further comprises:
scanning the business document to obtain a document scanning image;
and clicking a bill uploading option on a user operation interface by a user, and uploading the scanned bill image.
5. A method for generating a financial statement according to claim 1 wherein when the user clicks on the statement generation option on the user interface, the Application component of Excel opens the Excel statement template before the step of:
and making an Excel report template.
6. The method for generating financial statements according to claim 1 wherein, after said step of repeating S6 until all cells in the corresponding financial statement template are filled to obtain the corresponding financial statement, said method further comprises:
and saving the corresponding financial statement to a database.
7. A method of generating a financial statement according to claim 1 wherein said financial statement types include profit statement, balance statement, cash flow statement and financial condition change statement.
8. A system for generating financial statements, comprising:
the login request detection module is used for detecting a user login request;
the identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring the identity information input by the user when the user requests to log in;
the identity authentication module is used for comparing the identity information with a plurality of preset information, and entering a user operation interface if the preset information is consistent with the identity information;
the Excel report template opening module is used for opening the Excel report template by an Application component of the Excel when a user clicks a report generation option on a user operation interface;
the corresponding financial statement template obtaining module is used for setting the data format of each financial statement in the Excel statement template according to the financial statement type so as to obtain the corresponding financial statement template;

and the corresponding financial statement acquisition module is used for repeatedly using the cell data calculation module until all the cells in the corresponding financial statement template are filled up so as to obtain a corresponding financial statement.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing one or more programs;
a processor;
the one or more programs, when executed by the processor, implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
