Abstract

The invention discloses a report generation method and device, and relates to the field of data processing. One embodiment of the method comprises: responding to the operation of calling the target report template, determining a service number in the target report template, and inquiring an expression corresponding to the service number to obtain a data processing mode in the expression; acquiring service data corresponding to the service number, processing the service data according to a data processing mode, and importing the processed service data into a cell of a target report template; and after the business data is imported, generating a report file based on the target report template after the business data is imported. According to the embodiment, a user can use familiar Excel software to realize report template customization, meanwhile, the operation between the cell business data built in the Excel is supported, the overall operation is simple and visual, the data import and processing time is saved, and a complex using method of a report generation tool is not required to be learned.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a report generation method and device.

Background

The financial statements comprise an asset liability statement, a profit statement, a cash flow statement, a charge statement and the like, data of the statements are generally processed by the occurrence amount or balance of financial accounting subjects, and the occurrence amount and balance of the subjects are generally stored in a database. The existing financial statement access logic maintenance method defines each index in the statement through software program logic.

In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has at least the following problems: the existing report access logic can only be realized by modifying a program, cannot realize user self-definition, has high realization cost and long period, sometimes needs to pay product cost, and can customize a report after being familiar with a background database structure.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a report generating method and apparatus, which can at least solve the problem that the existing report fetching logic in the prior art is not intuitive for a user group, and cannot define a template for a report according to a final report format in a batch manner with multiple columns in one operation interface at one time.

In order to achieve the above object, according to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a report generating method, including:

responding to the operation of calling the target report template, determining a service number in the target report template, and inquiring an expression corresponding to the service number to acquire a data processing mode in the expression;

acquiring service data corresponding to the service number, processing the service data according to the data processing mode, and importing the processed service data into cells of a target report template; wherein the cell corresponds to the service number;

and after the business data is imported, generating a report file based on the target report template after the business data is imported.

Optionally, before the responding to the operation of calling the target report template and determining the service number in the target report template, the method further includes:

receiving a service number input in a column of an initial report template, and converting the service number into a code which can be identified by an expression by using an online conversion program;

inputting the code into an expression and receiving a data processing mode configured in the expression;

and taking the initial report template containing the configuration expression as a target report template.

Optionally, the acquiring the service data corresponding to the service number includes:

According to the scheme provided by the invention, one embodiment of the invention has the following advantages or beneficial effects: enterprise personnel are very skilled in Excel software use, the display processing of the report is generally performed through an Excel file, the existing mode is not visual enough for a user group, the scheme can realize user-defined templates including service numbers, service data processing modes, operation relations among service data and the like, when the method is applied, the service data are automatically matched and processed according to the service numbers in the templates, the overall operation is simple and visual, and therefore the dependency on report developers is reduced.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.

The words involved in the present solution are explained as follows:

JXLS: an open source software package under the Apache protocol is an Excel generation tool based on the Jakarta POI API and is used for analyzing expressions in an Excel template. In the java program, the generation of Excel format documents can be completed by using JXLS based on the template of Excel and the data displayed in the final Excel document.

Expression (expression language, abbreviated as EL): the scheme is realized based on JAVA Expression Language (JEXL, Java Expression Language), wherein the JEXL is a standard Expression of a Java program Language and is used for scenes such as dynamic calculation, dynamic value taking and the like.

POI: the full-name Apache POI is an open source software package under an Apache protocol and is used for reading, analyzing and writing Excel files.

Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of a report generation method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:

s101: responding to the operation of calling the target report template, determining a service number in the target report template, and inquiring an expression corresponding to the service number to acquire a data processing mode in the expression;

s102: acquiring service data corresponding to the service number, processing the service data according to the data processing mode, and importing the processed service data into cells of a target report template; wherein the cell corresponds to the service number;

s103: and after the business data is imported, generating a report file based on the target report template after the business data is imported.

In the above embodiment, for steps S101 to S103, the financial staff of the enterprise is skilled for using the Excel software, and the financial report is generally displayed and processed through the Excel file, so the report template substrate, the initial report template, the target report template, and the final report file in this scheme are all Excel files.

Firstly, a report template substrate is created, preferably an enterprise historical Excel report file or a currently available Excel report file is used, and the method is obtained by manually selecting data common to enterprises in a reserved list and deleting the residual data. After the user inputs the service number, the initial report template is uploaded to a report system. The report system uses an online conversion program to convert the filled service number into a code which can be identified by an expression. And then the user can configure a processing mode for the service data in the expression so as to obtain a complete expression corresponding to the service number. And the configured initial report template is used as a target report template for the department where the user is or the designated department. Expressions, such as the key-value form of data.k101101, are supported by common syntax, including key-value pairs, lists, data object structures, nested structures.

The business number can be an accounting subject number or an accounting subject class number, one or more accounting subject numbers exist under one accounting subject class number, hierarchical relations exist among different accounting subject numbers, and data operation can be directly carried out according to the hierarchical relations.

And for any user in the department where the user is or the appointed department, calling a target report template from a report system according to the file name to generate a report. The target report template may have a plurality of service numbers, and after the user opens the target report template, the template can automatically determine the service numbers contained in the template and the expression corresponding to the service numbers, so as to obtain the data processing mode in the expression.

The operation interface can be provided with a 'import data' button, a user can click the button to trigger the operation of importing data, and a period can be preset, for example, data is automatically imported at the end of each month to generate a balance sheet. And the report system automatically matches corresponding service data from the database according to the service number. The service number is located in a column of the report template, and the column may be set at any position in the template, which is not limited herein. After the data is imported, the report file can be automatically generated according to the business data and the target report template, or the user can manually click a 'generate report' button to regenerate the report file.

According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a user can use familiar Excel software to realize the self-definition of the report template, and meanwhile, the operation between the cell service data built in the Excel is supported, the integral operation is simple and visual, and the data import and processing time is saved.

Referring to fig. 2, a main flowchart of a specific report generation method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:

s201: receiving an expression configured in a report template substrate to obtain an initial report template, and receiving a file name configured for the initial report template; the report template substrate is obtained by modifying a historical report file, and the universal expression is used for processing universal report data;

s202: receiving an input file name, inquiring and displaying an initial report template corresponding to the file name;

s209: according to the operation relation among different service numbers, performing operation processing on the imported service data to obtain an operation result and storing the operation result in a cell of a target report template;

Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

1. the method supports a user to define an initial report template through Excel software so as to realize the processing configuration of the enterprise general data, and for other users of the same enterprise, the general data does not need to be operated and configured, so that the data processing time is saved, and the development of IT developers is not relied on;

2. the method supports a user to set a target report template for different services in a self-defined manner, fills in a service number and an operation formula of Excel in the template, is simple and intuitive to operate, and supports setting an expression for processing data for each service number;

3. for a user processing a specific service, a complex report tool using method does not need to be learned, a target report template is called, the system automatically matches corresponding service data according to a service number in the template, and the corresponding report file is generated by processing the corresponding service data in a data processing mode in an expression;
