Abstract
The invention discloses a report generation method and device, and relates to the field of data processing. One embodiment of the method comprises: responding to the operation of calling the target report template, determining a service number in the target report template, and inquiring an expression corresponding to the service number to obtain a data processing mode in the expression; acquiring service data corresponding to the service number, processing the service data according to a data processing mode, and importing the processed service data into a cell of a target report template; and after the business data is imported, generating a report file based on the target report template after the business data is imported. According to the embodiment, a user can use familiar Excel software to realize report template customization, meanwhile, the operation between the cell business data built in the Excel is supported, the overall operation is simple and visual, the data import and processing time is saved, and a complex using method of a report generation tool is not required to be learned.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a report generation method and device.
Background
The financial statements comprise an asset liability statement, a profit statement, a cash flow statement, a charge statement and the like, data of the statements are generally processed by the occurrence amount or balance of financial accounting subjects, and the occurrence amount and balance of the subjects are generally stored in a database. According to the scheme provided by the invention, one embodiment of the invention has the following advantages or beneficial effects: enterprise personnel are very skilled in Excel software use, the display processing of the report is generally performed through an Excel file, the existing mode is not visual enough for a user group, the scheme can realize user-defined templates including service numbers, service data processing modes, operation relations among service data and the like, when the method is applied, the service data are automatically matched and processed according to the service numbers in the templates, the overall operation is simple and visual, and therefore the dependency on report developers is reduced.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
The words involved in the present solution are explained as follows:
JXLS: an open source software package under the Apache protocol is an Excel generation tool based on the Jakarta POI API and is used for analyzing expressions in an Excel template. In the java program, the generation of Excel format documents can be completed by using JXLS based on the template of Excel and the data displayed in the final Excel document.
Expression (expression language, abbreviated as EL): the scheme is realized based on JAVA Expression Language (JEXL, Java Expression Language), wherein the JEXL is a standard Expression of a Java program Language and is used for scenes such as dynamic calculation, dynamic value taking and the like.
POI: the full-name Apache POI is an open source software package under an Apache protocol and is used for reading, analyzing and writing Excel files.
Referring to fig. 1, a main flowchart of a report generation method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, including the following steps:

In the above embodiment, for steps S101 to S103, the financial staff of the enterprise is skilled for using the Excel software, and the financial report is generally displayed and processed through the Excel file, so the report template substrate, the initial report template, the target report template, and the final report file in this scheme are all Excel files.

And the configured initial report template is used as a target report template for the department where the user is or the designated department. Referring now to FIG. 6, a block diagram of a computer system 600 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the invention is shown. The terminal device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the computer system 600 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)601 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 600 are also stored. The CPU 601, ROM 602, and RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted in the storage section 608 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The computer program performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 601.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The modules described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor comprises a query module, an import module and a generation module. The names of these modules do not in some cases form a limitation on the modules themselves, and for example, a generating module may also be described as a "report generating module".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise:
responding to the operation of calling the target report template, determining a service number in the target report template, and inquiring an expression corresponding to the service number to acquire a data processing mode in the expression;
acquiring service data corresponding to the service number, processing the service data according to the data processing mode, and importing the processed service data into cells of a target report template; wherein the cell corresponds to the service number;
and after the business data is imported, generating a report file based on the target report template after the business data is imported.
The computer program product of the present invention includes a computer program, and the computer program realizes the report generation method in the embodiment of the present invention when being executed by a processor.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, compared with the prior art, the following beneficial effects exist:
1. the method supports a user to define an initial report template through Excel software so as to realize the processing configuration of the enterprise general data, and for other users of the same enterprise, the general data does not need to be operated and configured, so that the data processing time is saved, and the development of IT developers is not relied on;
2. the method supports a user to set a target report template for different services in a self-defined manner, fills the subject number, the subject class number and the self-contained operation formula of Excel in the template, is simple and intuitive to operate, and supports setting an expression for processing data for each service number;
3. for a user processing a specific service, a complex report tool using method does not need to be learned, and by calling a target report template, the system can automatically match corresponding service data according to a service number in the template and process the corresponding service data by using a data processing mode in an expression so as to generate a corresponding report file;
4. and the operation between service data under different service numbers and the operation formula of the EXCEL are supported. The subjects generally have a hierarchical relationship, the upper-level subjects are the summation of the lower-level subjects, so the hierarchical summation relationship is conveniently formed by the calculation formula of the EXCEL, and the APACHE POI software library is used for supporting the analysis of the EXCEL calculation formula in the scheme.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (19)
1. A report generation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to the operation of calling the target report template, determining a service number in the target report template, and inquiring an expression corresponding to the service number to acquire a data processing mode in the expression;
acquiring service data corresponding to the service number, processing the service data according to the data processing mode, and importing the processed service data into cells of a target report template; wherein the cell corresponds to the service number;
and after the business data is imported, generating a report file based on the target report template after the business data is imported.
2. The method according to claim 1, prior to said determining the business number in the target reporting template in response to the operation of invoking the target reporting template, further comprising:
receiving a service number input in a column of an initial report template, and converting the service number into a code which can be identified by an expression by using an online conversion program;
inputting the code into an expression and receiving a data processing mode configured in the expression;
and taking the initial report template containing the configuration expression as a target report template.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining the service data corresponding to the service number comprises:
and responding to the data importing operation or matching the service data corresponding to the service number from the database when a preset period is reached.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising: receiving configuration operation of operation relation between service data under the same service number and receiving configuration operation of operation relation between service data under different service numbers;
after the processed business data is imported into the cells of the target report template, the method further comprises the following steps: and according to the operation relation, performing operation processing on the imported business data to obtain an operation result and storing the operation result in a cell of the target report template.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising, prior to said receiving the service number entered in the field of the initial reporting template:
receiving a general expression configured in a report template substrate to obtain an initial report template; the report template substrate is obtained by modifying a historical report file, and the general expression is used for processing general report data.
6. The method of claim 5, after said generating an initial reporting template, further comprising: receiving a file name configured for the initial report template;
before the receiving the service number input in the field of the initial report template, the method further comprises the following steps: and receiving an input file name, inquiring an initial report form template corresponding to the file name and displaying the initial report form template.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, wherein the common expression comprises at least one of an institution number field, an institution name field, an accounting period field, a currency field, and an account set name field.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the business number is an accounting category number or an accounting number, and one or more accounting numbers exist under an accounting category number.
9. A report generation apparatus, comprising:
the query module is used for responding to the operation of calling the target report template, determining the service number in the target report template, and querying the expression corresponding to the service number to acquire the data processing mode in the expression;
the import module is used for acquiring the service data corresponding to the service number, processing the service data according to the data processing mode and importing the processed service data into the cells of the target report template; wherein the cell corresponds to the service number;
and the generating module is used for generating a report file based on the target report template after the business data is imported.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a template generation module to:
receiving a service number input in a column of an initial report template, and converting the service number into a code which can be identified by an expression by using an online conversion program;
inputting the code into an expression and receiving a data processing mode configured in the expression;
and taking the initial report template containing the configuration expression as a target report template.
11. The apparatus of claim 9 or 10, wherein the import module is configured to:
and responding to the data importing operation or matching the service data corresponding to the service number from the database when a preset period is reached.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
a configuration module to: receiving configuration operation of operation relation between service data under the same service number and receiving configuration operation of operation relation between service data under different service numbers;
an operation module, configured to: and according to the operation relation, performing operation processing on the imported business data to obtain an operation result and storing the operation result in a cell of the target report template.
13. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising a substrate processing module to:
receiving a general expression configured in a report template substrate to obtain an initial report template; the report template substrate is obtained by modifying a historical report file, and the general expression is used for processing general report data.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising a filename configuration module to: receiving a file name configured for the initial report template;
the template generation module is further configured to: and receiving an input file name, inquiring an initial report form template corresponding to the file name and displaying the initial report form template.
15. The apparatus of claim 13 or 14, wherein the common expression comprises at least one of an institution number field, an institution name field, an accounting period field, a currency field, and an account set name field.
16. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the business number is an accounting category number or an accounting number, and one or more accounting numbers exist under an accounting category number.
17. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
18. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
19. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program realizes the method according to any of claims 1-8 when executed by a processor.
