Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型口琴管换热器,其包括圆管状口琴管及设置于圆管状口琴管上的翅片,其中圆管状口琴管由扁平状口琴管辊压折弯而成,翅片的中部设有与圆管状口琴管相配的圆形通孔,圆管状口琴管插接于翅片的圆形通孔内且该圆管状口琴管与翅片过盈配合实现固定连接。本发明有效解决了口琴管换热器必须采用烧结工艺加工方式,克服了成本较高,低温下易结霜的缺点,尤其是该新型口琴管换热器的换热面积提高,减少了低温结霜,为低温换热提高效率提供了一种有效的解决方案。

一种口琴管换热器
技术领域
本发明属于冰箱用平行流换热器技术领域,具体涉及一种口琴管换热器。
背景技术
口琴管内径单孔截面小,由于换热面积增加,极大地增加了热交换效率,已经普遍使用在空调、冰箱行业上。但是常规的平行流换热器中口琴管与折叠铝箔翅片采用烧结工艺制成,其生产能耗大,生产成本高,且由于口琴管与折叠铝箔翅片烧结固定,风阻较大,低温下极易结霜,化霜频繁,导致低温不能正常使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中口琴管与铝箔翅片通过烧结工艺制作生产能耗大,生产成本高,且其结构紧凑,风阻较大等缺点,而提供了一种免烧结、铝箔翅片与口琴管接触紧密且换热高效的口琴管换热器。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种口琴管换热器,其特征在于包括圆管状口琴管及设置于圆管状口琴管上的翅片,其中圆管状口琴管由扁平状口琴管辊压折弯而成,翅片的中部设有与圆管状口琴管相配的圆形通孔,圆管状口琴管插接于翅片的圆形通孔内且该圆管状口琴管与翅片过盈配合实现固定连接。
进一步限定,所述圆管状口琴管由扁平状口琴管辊压折成圆管状,该圆管状口琴管的外径略小于翅片中部圆形通孔直径。
进一步限定,所述翅片由普通铝箔加工而成,该翅片中部冲切有与圆管状口琴管相配的翻边圆形通孔。
进一步限定,所述铝箔的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,优选为0.15mm。
本发明所述口琴管换热器,其特征在于包括平行相对设置的端板及固定于端板上的蛇形折弯型圆管状口琴管,相对设置的端板之间的圆管状口琴管上均布有多组翅片,圆管状口琴管的两端分别与集流管密封连接。
本发明所述口琴管换热器的加工方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:将扁平状口琴管通过辊压工艺折成圆管状口琴管,再将翅片中部冲切成圆形通孔,然后将翅片按照特定间距固定于摆片工装上,再将圆管状口琴管穿插于翅片的圆形通孔中,通过拉胀机并使用胀头将圆管状口琴管撑开,使得圆管状口琴管变形与翅片过盈配合连接固定,圆管状口琴管两端通过专用工具重新拉开变成扁平状口琴管接头,该扁平状口琴管接头与集流管密封连接。
进一步限定,所述圆管状口琴管变形与翅片过盈配合连接固定后折弯成蛇形折弯型且在蛇形折弯型圆管状口琴管的两侧分别加装端板。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:本发明有效解决了口琴管换热器必须采用烧结工艺加工方式,克服了成本较高,低温下易结霜的缺点,尤其是该口琴管换热器的换热面积提高,有效减少了换热器低温结霜,为低温换热提高效率提供了一种有效的解决方案。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述本发明的技术方案,一种口琴管换热器,包括平行相对设置的端板2及固定于端板2上的蛇形折弯型圆管状口琴管1,相对设置的端板2之间的圆管状口琴管1上均布有多组翅片3,圆管状口琴管1的两端分别与集流管4密封焊接连接,其中圆管状口琴管1由扁平状口琴管辊压折弯而成,翅片3的中部设有与圆管状口琴管1相配的圆形通孔,圆管状口琴管1插接于翅片3的圆形通孔内且该圆管状口琴管1与翅片3过盈配合实现固定连接。
本发明所述口琴管换热器的具体加工过程为:将扁平状口琴管通过辊压工艺折成圆管状口琴管1,再将翅片3中部冲切成圆形通孔,然后将翅片3按照特定间距固定于摆片工装上,再将圆管状口琴管1穿插于翅片3的圆形通孔中,通过拉胀机并使用胀头将圆管状口琴管1撑开,使得圆管状口琴管1变形与翅片3过盈配合连接固定,再折弯成蛇形折弯型,并且在其两侧加装端板2,同时将两端卷圆的圆管状口琴管1通过专用工具重新拉开变成扁平状口琴管接头,该扁平状口琴管接头与集流管4密封连接。
由于本发明设计的口琴管换热器使用的是平行流管道,可以实现雷诺现象,翅片与口琴管通过机械过盈配合连接固定,其加工工艺简单,可以有效调整传热面积,极大地降低了生产制作成本,且提高了加工效率。同时可以有效降低换热器的成本,不用涂层,不用烧结,具有较好的市场推广应用前景和较好的市场竞争优势。

翅片,其中圆管状口琴管由扁平状口琴管辊压折弯而成,所述圆管状口琴管由扁平状口琴管辊压折成圆管状,该圆管状口琴管的外径略小于翅片中部圆形通孔直径;翅片的中部设有与圆管状口琴管相配的圆形通孔,圆管状口琴管插接于翅片的圆形通孔内,通过拉胀机并使用胀头将圆管状口琴管撑开,使得圆管状口琴管变形与翅片过盈配合连接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口琴管换热器,其特征在于:所述翅片由普通铝箔加工而
成,该翅片中部冲切有与圆管状口琴管相配的翻边圆形通孔。
