Abstract
A method for on-line replacement of lubricating grease of a motor is suitable for the motor provided with an on-line oil drain hole and comprises the following steps: preparing; replacing lubricating grease; and (5) subsequent ending. The method reduces the bearing waste, reduces the maintenance cost of the motor, improves the economic benefit and the social benefit of enterprises, reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the working efficiency.

1) in motors with a dark color of discharged grease, attention should be paid to: the vibration meter and the frequency spectrograph are used for assisting in judging whether the motor bearing needs to be replaced or not, if the motor bearing is damaged after measurement, the motor bearing is judged, and meanwhile, the equipment has parking conditions and needs to be parked and replaced in time; if the motor bearing has damage signs, the motor bearing is temporarily not required to be stopped for replacing the bearing, and the lubricating grease is replaced on line frequently, until the color of the discharged lubricating grease is consistent with that of the new lubricating grease, the frequent online replacement of the lubricating grease can be temporarily slowed;
2) after the lubricating grease is replaced on line for many times, more waste lubricating grease is discharged, and the waste lubricating grease is cleaned regularly under the condition of well taking safety measures, so that the phenomenon that the waste lubricating grease discharged from a non-driving end blocks an air duct to cause poor heat dissipation of the motor is avoided.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method controls the running temperature of the motor bearing to be below 70 ℃ through timely updating of the lubricating grease, prolongs the running life of the bearing by about 20000-40000 hours or even longer than the traditional offline replacement of the lubricating grease of the motor, reduces the bearing waste, reduces the maintenance cost of the motor, improves the economic benefit and social benefit of enterprises, reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the working efficiency and has wide popularization significance in the motor maintenance industry.

Example 1:
taking the ice maker motor of the EVA device X-900A 1750HP as an example, the bearing temperature rises to 81 ℃ during use and has a tendency to continuously rise. The maintenance personnel of the motor are asked whether to refuel the motor and the maintenance personnel positively answer that no refuelling has taken place. If lubricating grease is added in the electric operation, the space of the bearing chamber becomes smaller because more lubricating grease is filled in the bearing chamber, and the temperature of the bearing is increased due to severe friction, which is logically speaking, and accords with the conventional principle. The problems now are that lubricating grease is not added into the motor, the temperature of the motor bearing is abnormally increased, the measured vibration data of the motor is qualified, and no abnormality is found in the sound of the bearing, which is the same thing.
The preliminary analysis is suspected that the lubricating grease of the motor is in a problem, and the lubricating grease is filled according to the regulations of a motor manufacturer by checking the oil filling record of the motor. Generally, the bearing heating condition is to carry out oil retaining, and the oil retaining is not feasible because a motor maintenance worker confirms that lubricating grease is not filled. The method is carried out in a reverse way, lubricating grease is filled on line, the color of the discharged lubricating grease is found to be black, preliminary analysis is carried out to suspect that the motor bearing lubricant is invalid, the lubricating grease replacement is continuously carried out on the X-900A motor, the temperature of the drive end bearing is increased in the oiling process, the drive end bearing is physically cooled by using a nearby nitrogen pipeline, and the temperature of the motor drive end bearing is controlled below 70 ℃. After the color of the lubricating grease discharged from the oil discharge hole of the motor is basically similar to that of the lubricating grease added, the operation is continued for a certain time, and after the temperature of the bearing of the motor starts to gradually decrease, the nitrogen pipeline valve is gradually closed until the bearing at the driving end of the motor is separated from an external cooling air source, and the temperature of the bearing of the motor is stabilized at about 60 ℃. The case finds that the lubricating grease is replaced on line by the motor, so that the lubricating environment of the motor bearing is well improved, and the motor bearing lubrication abnormality is repaired to a certain extent.
Example 2:
taking an air separation device (3000 KW 0714-C-1601) supercharger motor as an example, the motor is selected from a sliding bearing and lubricated by lubricating grease. After the equipment is overhauled for half a year, the running temperature of the bearing bush rises to 82 ℃, and the running temperature of the bearing bush also tends to rise along with the rise of the environmental temperature. Because the booster is a single unit, a booster shutdown will result in the entire air separation plant being shut down. If the bearing bush temperature continues to rise, the booster compressor can not continue to operate, the unit needs to be stopped and overhauled, and the production influence on the company is large. And an online oil filtering device is added to the supercharger lubricating system, so that real-time online oil filtering of the engine lubricating grease system is increased, and the lubricating grease quality is improved. After the supercharger is installed on the online oil filtering device, the temperature of the bearing bush is gradually reduced to about 65 ℃, the problem that the running temperature of the bearing bush of the supercharger is increased due to unclear reasons is solved, and the problem that the supercharger is stopped for maintenance due to the temperature increase of the bearing bush is avoided. Proved again, the online oil replacement can improve the lubrication quality of the bearing, has a certain repair function on the bearing with problems, and prolongs the service life of the bearing.
Through the 2 above embodiments, the online replacement of the lubricating grease of the motor is really very effective for the operation and maintenance of the motor, and has great popularization and practical values.
