the carrier roller support and the roller have no deformation or abrasion, visual detection is carried out, the carrier roller support and the roller influence the normal conveying station of the belt or the deviation of the belt, and the carrier roller support needs to be adjusted or the roller needs to be replaced in time;
the adhesive tape joint, the sweeper and the blocking leather are not opened, have no abrasion, have complete blocking leather, are visually detected, have belt breakage and serious material scattering, need to shut down the auxiliary material to timely re-make the joint, replace the blocking leather and the like;
the temperature of the roller bearing is less than 65 ℃ and the roller bearing rotates without noise, the roller bearing is detected through the handheld temperature measuring gun, the roller bearing runs at a continuous high temperature, the bearing can be burnt out, the temperature exceeds 65 ℃ and can be reduced through the addition of the exhaust fan, and the roller bearing can run in a normal temperature range as far as possible.
The main exhaust fan needs to check each technological parameter and parameter standard:
the surface of the protective cover has no dust and oil stains, visual detection shows that the dust and oil stains are more, the heat dissipation condition of the corresponding part can be influenced, the dust and oil stains need to be cleaned in time, and the cleanness of equipment is ensured;
oil levels of a driving end and a non-driving end of the motor are normal, the temperature is normal and does not exceed 75 ℃, the vibration is normal and does not exceed 6.3mm/s, an oil mirror is observed visually, if an oil shortage condition occurs, a bearing or the motor is burnt, and the pressure of an outlet of an oil pump and the oil level of an oil tank need to be checked in time; on-line temperature detection, when the device runs at a continuous high temperature, the bearing bush is burnt out, whether the amount of lubricating oil is appropriate or not and whether the oil temperature is normal or not are checked, and the device is allowed to run in a normal temperature range as far as possible; on-line vibration detection, main extraction tripping is caused by over-standard vibration amplitude, production is stopped, and whether fan coupling connection is normal or not, whether bearing bush clearance is abnormal or not and whether fan rotors are abnormal or not are subjected to abnormal abrasion or not are mainly checked;

the foundation bolt is firm, has no deformation, has no looseness, and equipment has no leakage phenomenon, visual detection, and the leakage phenomenon influences the equipment heat dissipation and lubrication conditions, needs to look for the oil leakage reason, administers the root cause, stops the oil leakage phenomenon.
The transformer needs to be checked, and the technical parameters and parameter standards are as follows:
the cooling fan runs normally, visual detection is carried out, when cooling fails, the heat dissipation condition of the transformer is influenced, and a new exhaust fan needs to be replaced in time in combination with the current ambient temperature;
the oil level is normal, an oil level indicator is observed visually, the transformer is subjected to protection tripping when the oil is seriously deficient, large-area power failure is caused, and power failure is coordinated as soon as possible to supplement oil in time according to the actual oil level of the transformer;
the oil temperature is normal and is not higher than 80 ℃, a thermometer is observed visually, the oil temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the system safety operation is caused, the service life of an insulating part in the transformer can be shortened, the transformer is required to be checked whether the overload operation exists or not, and a cooling fan can be temporarily supercharged;
the sound of the main body of the equipment is normal, whether the indoor sound is humming or not is heard, if abnormal sound exists, real-time load needs to be checked, whether individual parts are loose or not, whether high power is started or not is judged, and the like;
the connector terminal has no heating phenomenon, and the heating of the connector terminal can damage the insulator and trip and power off through the detection of an infrared thermometer, so that the power off is needed to check the connection position, and whether the connection position is loosened or damaged or not;
the cable has no heating phenomenon, and the heating of the cable can cause tripping and power failure through the detection of an infrared thermometer, so that whether the joint is fastened or not needs to be checked in the power failure mode;
the transformer has no oil leakage phenomenon, visual detection shows that the oil level of the transformer is influenced when the oil leakage is serious, and power failure is coordinated as soon as possible according to the actual oil level of the transformer, the oil leakage is treated, and the oil is supplemented in time;
the insulating column is clean and free of accumulated dust, and the creepage phenomenon can be caused by the serious accumulated dust through visual detection, the tripping is reduced through insulation, and the accumulated dust needs to be cleaned in time when power failure occurs; for the creepage phenomenon of the insulating column, power failure needs to be cut off to clean accumulated dust in time.
Step 2: generating the technological parameters of the class A equipment needing spot inspection in the step 1 and the technological parameter standards of the class A equipment into a spot inspection system, wherein:
the point inspection system comprises a sintering machine module, a mixing machine module, a dust remover module, a screening equipment module, a main exhaust fan module, a data processing module, a judgment module and an alarm module, wherein the sintering machine module is mixed with the mixing machine module, the dust remover module, the screening equipment module and the main exhaust fan module output end are connected with the data processing module input end, the data processing module output end is connected with the judgment module input end, and the judgment module output end is connected with the alarm module input end.
And step 3: respectively generating two-dimensional code pictures by the sintering machine module, the mixing machine module, the dust remover module, the screening equipment module and the main exhaust fan module, and sticking the generated two-dimensional code pictures on the corresponding sintering machine, the mixing machine, the dust remover, the screening equipment and the main exhaust fan;
and 4, step 4: a point inspection person scans the two-dimensional code picture through a point inspection mobile phone to enter a corresponding module in the point inspection system, and judges whether to start the alarm module according to a process parameter standard in the point inspection system;
wherein: when the technological parameters of the class-A equipment needing point inspection are instruments, point inspection personnel input information in the point inspection system, and then the judgment module judges that the parameter standard is not met, the alarm module is started, otherwise, the alarm module is not started; when the technological parameter of the type A equipment needing point inspection is the hand feeling, a point inspection worker directly and manually starts the alarm module on the point inspection system, otherwise, the alarm module does not need to be manually started; after the alarm module is started, the process parameters are displayed in red on the point inspection mobile phone; and the alarm module after being started is manually closed by a point inspection person.
And 5: when the alarm module is started, the fault is required to be processed in time, when the alarm module is not started, the next process parameter is directly checked, and the steps are repeated until all process parameters are checked.
In the embodiment, each process parameter of the class A equipment needing spot inspection and each process parameter standard of the class A equipment are used for generating the spot inspection system, each module in the spot inspection system is used for generating a two-dimensional code picture, and spot inspection personnel directly scan the two-dimensional code through the spot inspection mobile phone and conduct spot inspection on each part of each equipment main body according to the process parameter standard in the spot inspection system. The embodiment also comprises an alarm module, wherein the measured value is input to the corresponding process parameter item in the mobile phone needing point detection of the process parameter to be measured, and the judgment module judges whether the measured value meets the parameter standard or not, and the measured value does not meet the requirement that the alarm module is triggered to meet the point detection of the next process parameter; and for the technological parameters needing hand feeling visual inspection, point inspection personnel visually inspect the technological parameters according to the parameter standard hand feeling, and if the technological parameters do not accord with the parameter standard hand feeling standard, the alarm module is started. When the alarm system is triggered by the process parameter needing to be measured, the process parameter is displayed in red in the point inspection mobile phone, namely, a point inspection person is reminded that the process parameter needs to be processed; for the technological parameters needing hand feeling visual inspection, the point inspection personnel think that the technological parameters need to be processed, and manually start the alarm module, namely the technological parameters are displayed in red in the point inspection mobile phone, and the point inspection personnel simultaneously process the technological parameters. In the embodiment, the number of the inspection personnel is 24 hours and 3 shifts, and when the inspection personnel in the current shift cannot process the inspection personnel, the inspection personnel in the non-shift carry out preliminary inspection by observing whether the inspection system has red marking positions. The embodiment further promotes the point inspection personnel to know the parameter standard by providing the parameter standard; the implementation of the embodiment not only stably reduces the frequency of equipment hot stop and failure, but also achieves the failure stop rate of 0.01 percent.

step 1: subdividing technological parameters of A-type equipment needing point inspection in a workshop, wherein the A-type equipment comprises a sintering machine, a mixing machine, a dust remover, screening equipment, a main exhaust fan and a transformer, wherein:
each technological parameter needing point inspection of the sintering machine comprises the temperature of a main transmission speed reducer, the temperature of a flexible transmission speed reducer, the temperature of a motor of the sintering machine, the running state of a safety coupling, the oil level of an oil tank and whether the sintering machine leaks oil or not;
the technological parameters of the mixer needing point inspection include bearing temperature, the oil level of a lubricating station of the mixer, the pressure of a site pressure gauge at an outlet of an oil pump, whether cooling water supply is normal or not, the running state of a hydraulic coupler, the running state of a riding wheel catch wheel and the contact state of the riding wheel catch wheel and the mixer;
the technological parameters of the dust remover which need point inspection comprise the vibration amplitude of a fan, the temperature of a head-tail chain wheel bearing, the smoke emission condition of a chimney, the data of a field pressure gauge, the pressure of a main pipe air source, whether a blowing valve leaks air, whether a top cover plate and an air pipe leak dust, the running state of an ash discharge valve, whether an air storage tank accumulates water, the running state of a fan coupler, whether a water cooling system pipeline is smooth and whether a protective cover is loosened;
each technological parameter needing point inspection of the screening equipment comprises a fastening state of a middle connecting shaft bolt of the vibration exciter, a lubricating state of a bearing of the vibration exciter, whether an upper spring and a lower spring of the box body are broken or not, whether a fixing bolt of the screen plate is loosened or not, a fastening state of a coupling bolt, a wear degree of the screen mesh, a wear degree of a lining plate of the screen box, temperatures of a speed reducer and a motor of the belt conveyor, oil levels of an oil pump and an oil tank, whether abrasion exists on the plum elastic claw or not, whether abrasion exists on the band-type brake;
each process parameter needing point inspection of the main exhaust fan comprises the oil level, the temperature and the vibration of a motor driving end, the temperature and the vibration of a non-driving end of the motor, the cleaning degree of a protective cover, the oil level, the temperature and the vibration of a fan driving end, the oil level, the temperature and the vibration of the non-driving end of the fan, the fastening state of a bolt and the existence of a leakage phenomenon;
the transformer is characterized in that each process parameter needing point inspection comprises the running state of a cooling fan, the oil level, the oil temperature, whether noise exists or not, whether a heating phenomenon exists at a joint terminal or not, whether oil is leaked or not, the cleaning degree of an insulating column and whether a creepage phenomenon exists at the insulating column or not;
step 2: generating the technological parameters of the class A equipment needing spot inspection in the step 1 and the technological parameter standards of the class A equipment into a spot inspection system, wherein:
the point inspection system comprises a sintering machine module, a mixing machine module, a dust remover module, a screening equipment module, a main exhaust fan module, a data processing module, a judgment module and an alarm module, wherein the output ends of the sintering machine module, the mixing machine module, the dust remover module, the screening equipment module and the main exhaust fan module are all connected with the input end of the data processing module, the output end of the data processing module is connected with the input end of the judgment module, and the output end of the judgment module is connected with the input end of the alarm module;
and step 3: respectively generating two-dimensional code pictures by the sintering machine module, the mixing machine module, the dust remover module, the screening equipment module and the main exhaust fan module, and sticking the generated two-dimensional code pictures on the corresponding sintering machine, the mixing machine, the dust remover, the screening equipment and the main exhaust fan;
and 4, step 4: a point inspection person scans the two-dimensional code picture through a point inspection mobile phone to enter a corresponding module in the point inspection system, and judges whether to start the alarm module according to a process parameter standard in the point inspection system;
and 5: when the alarm module is started, the fault is required to be processed in time, when the alarm module is not started, the next process parameter is directly checked, and the steps are repeated until all process parameters are checked.

The method for conveniently checking the equipment according to claim 1, wherein: when the technological parameter needing point inspection of the class-A equipment is a device, a point inspection worker inputs information in the point inspection system, and then the judgment module judges that the parameter standard is not met, and the alarm module is started.
3. The method for conveniently checking the equipment according to claim 1, wherein: when the technological parameters of the A-type equipment needing point inspection are hand feeling targets, point inspection personnel directly and manually start the alarm module on the point inspection system.
