forming a plurality of rows of anchor holes on the supporting pile structure and the side wall of the foundation pit;
providing a plurality of prestressed steel strands, and anchoring the prestressed steel strands into the supporting pile structure and the side wall of the foundation pit through the anchor hole;
providing a second guide pipe, inserting the end part of the second guide pipe into the anchor hole, pouring cement mortar into the orifice of the anchor hole to form a blocking structure so as to block the orifice of the anchor hole, and burying and fixing the end part of the second guide pipe;
and communicating the second guide pipe with the anchor hole and the water collecting pit, and discharging water in soil around the foundation pit into the water collecting pit, so that the water on the side wall of the foundation pit is discharged.
