The invention discloses a shock-absorbing waterproof sizing material for an automatic car washer, which comprises the following components: 100 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer EPDM, 30-50 parts of carbon black N550, 40-60 parts of carbon black N774, 25-40 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2 parts of antioxidant RD, 1.3-2.2 parts of other antioxidants, 1.5-2.0 parts of sulfur, 1-1.5 parts of accelerator CBS, 0.6-1.0 part of accelerator DM and 20.6-1.0 part of vulcanizing agent HVA. The invention has excellent water resistance and good shock absorption performance, and is particularly suitable for the field of shock absorption materials with higher requirements on water resistance.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a shock-absorbing waterproof rubber material for an automatic car washer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer EPDM, 30-50 parts of carbon black N550, 40-60 parts of carbon black N774, 25-40 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2 parts of antioxidant RD, 1.3-2.2 parts of other antioxidants, 1.5-2.0 parts of sulfur, 1-1.5 parts of accelerator CBS, 0.6-1.0 part of accelerator DM and 20.6-1.0 part of vulcanizing agent HVA.
Preferably, the rubber material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 30 parts of carbon black N550, 77440 parts of carbon black N77440 parts, 25 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 0.8 part of antioxidant RD, 2.2 parts of other antioxidants, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 1 part of accelerator CBS, 0.6 part of accelerator DM and 20.6 parts of vulcanizing agent HVA.
Preferably, the rubber compound comprises the following components: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 50 parts of carbon black N550, 60 parts of carbon black N77460, 40 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 1.2 parts of antioxidant RD, 1.3 parts of other antioxidants, 2.0 parts of sulfur, 1.5 parts of accelerator CBS, 1.0 part of accelerator DM and 21.0 parts of vulcanizing agent HVA (hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber).
Preferably, the rubber compound comprises the following components: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 40 parts of carbon black N550, 50 parts of carbon black N77450, 30 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 1.0 part of antioxidant RD, 1.8 parts of other antioxidants, 1.8 parts of sulfur, 1.2 parts of accelerator CBS, 0.8 part of accelerator DM and 20.8 parts of vulcanizing agent HVA (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber).
Preferably, the other antioxidant is any one of antioxidant DBH, antioxidant H and antioxidant 4010. In particular, it is preferred that the other antioxidant is antioxidant DBH.
The preparation method of the shock-absorbing waterproof rubber material for the automatic car washer comprises the following steps of 1) batching, and preparing raw materials of a rubber material composition according to the formula amount; 2) feeding-master batch mixing; adding the rubber compositions except the accelerant into an internal mixer in sequence according to parts by weight for mixing; 3) standing for vulcanization; 4) adding accelerator for mixing, adding accelerator for vulcanization; 5) cooling, filtering at low temperature, and collecting. The invention adopts a two-stage vulcanization mode in the vulcanization process, thereby greatly shortening the production period.
The invention selects the ethylene propylene diene monomer as a main body, and utilizes a reinforcing and matching system of carbon black N550 and N774 to prepare the rubber material for the car washer, which has good damping effect, excellent water resistance, good physical properties and extremely low cost. The anti-aging agent RD and the anti-aging agent DBH are used together, so that the flex resistance, the cracking resistance and the ozone resistance of the rubber material are improved, and the rubber material is suitable for being applied to damping rubber.

Volume change rate: less than or equal to 5 percent.
The performance characteristics show that the invention has excellent water resistance and good damping performance, and is particularly suitable for the field of damping materials with higher requirements on water resistance.

The names and proportions of the raw materials in the rubber compound of the invention are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 2, the compound of the present invention has a tensile strength at break of not less than 10MPa, an elongation at break of not less than 500%, a tear strength of not less than 30.8kgf/cm, and excellent basic physical and mechanical properties; meanwhile, the hardness change of the water resistance (100 ℃ is multiplied by 70H) is between 0 and 3, the change rate of the tensile strength at break is between-5 and 5 percent, the change rate of the elongation at break is between-20 and 20 percent, and the volume change rate is less than or equal to 5 percent. The invention has excellent water resistance and strong shock absorption performance, and the comprehensive performance is suitable for being applied to the field of shock absorption materials with higher requirements on water resistance.

The damping waterproof rubber material for the automatic car washer is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer EPDM, 30-50 parts of carbon black N550, 40-60 parts of carbon black N774, 25-40 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 0.8-1.2 parts of antioxidant RD, 1.3-2.2 parts of other antioxidants, 1.5-2.0 parts of sulfur, 1-1.5 parts of accelerator CBS, 0.6-1.0 part of accelerator DM and 20.6-1.0 part of vulcanizing agent HVA.

The shock-absorbing water-resistant rubber material for the automatic car washer according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 30 parts of carbon black N550, 77440 parts of carbon black N77440 parts, 25 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 0.8 part of antioxidant RD, 2.2 parts of other antioxidants, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 1 part of accelerator CBS, 0.6 part of accelerator DM and 20.6 parts of vulcanizing agent HVA.

The shock-absorbing water-resistant rubber compound for the automatic car washer according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 50 parts of carbon black N550, 60 parts of carbon black N77460, 40 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 1.2 parts of antioxidant RD, 1.3 parts of other antioxidants, 2.0 parts of sulfur, 1.5 parts of accelerator CBS, 1.0 part of accelerator DM and 21.0 parts of vulcanizing agent HVA (hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber).

The shock-absorbing water-resistant rubber compound for the automatic car washer according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 40 parts of carbon black N550, 50 parts of carbon black N77450, 30 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1 part of stearic acid, 1.0 part of antioxidant RD, 1.8 parts of other antioxidants, 1.8 parts of sulfur, 1.2 parts of accelerator CBS, 0.8 part of accelerator DM and 20.8 parts of vulcanizing agent HVA (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber).
5. The shock-absorbing and water-resistant rubber compound for the automatic car washer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the other antioxidant is any one of antioxidant DBH, antioxidant H and antioxidant 4010.

The shock-absorbing water-resistant rubber compound for the automatic car washers according to claim 1, which is prepared by 1) batching, preparing raw materials of the rubber compound composition according to the formula amount; 2) feeding-master batch mixing; adding the rubber compositions except the accelerant into an internal mixer in sequence according to parts by weight for mixing; 3) standing for vulcanization; 4) adding an accelerator for vulcanization, and adding an accelerator for vulcanization; 5) cooling, filtering at low temperature, and collecting.
