The invention discloses a sealing strip sizing material with excellent water resistance, which comprises the following components: the components are as follows: 100 parts of EPDM, 10-130 parts of BC 1029110, 30-50 parts of calcium carbonate OMYACARB 5T, 40-60 parts of TAB, 20-25 parts of paraffin oil, 5-7 parts of active zinc oxide, 8-12 parts of CaO, 1 part of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of an active agent, 0.6-1.0 part of an accelerator ETU, 0.5-0.7 part of an accelerator TT, 0.3-0.6 part of an accelerator ZDMC, 1.2-1.6 parts of an accelerator CBS and 1.2-1.6 parts of an accelerator ZDBC. The rubber material has good basic physical properties, excellent high and low temperature resistance, good water resistance and excellent ozone resistance, and is suitable for being applied to the rubber field with special requirements on water resistance, such as sealing strips for vehicles, water pipes and the like.

Background
Many rubber products need to have very good water resistance due to the requirements of the use environment, and are required to have no or only small volume change and substance precipitation in the process of contacting with water, and have good mechanical property retention rate in the process of contacting with water for a long time, otherwise, the sealing property is influenced or the water body pollution is caused. In addition, because a large amount of materials are applied to outdoor environment and can be changed in four seasons, the high and low temperature resistance and ozone resistance of the materials are required, and in view of the fact that the requirements of the domestic automobile field and the building field on water-resistant materials are more and more strict and the application range is wider, the development of a water-resistant rubber material with good mechanical properties, high and low temperature resistance, ozone resistance and other excellent comprehensive properties is urgent.

Preferably, the rubber material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 1029110 parts of BC (carbonic acid ester), 30 parts of OMYACARB 5T (calcium carbonate), 40 parts of TAB (TAB), 20 parts of paraffin oil, 5 parts of active zinc oxide, 8 parts of CaO, 1 part of stearic acid, 2 parts of an active agent, 0.6 part of an accelerator ETU (ethylene-vinyl ether) and TT (thiofide), 0.3 part of an accelerator ZDMC (zinc chloride), 1.2 parts of an accelerator CBS and 1.2 parts of an accelerator ZDBC.

Preferably, the rubber compound comprises the following components: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 1029120 parts of BC (carbonic acid ester), 40 parts of OMYACARB 5T (calcium carbonate), 50 parts of TAB (TAB), 22 parts of paraffin oil, 6 parts of active zinc oxide, 10 parts of CaO, 1 part of stearic acid, 3 parts of an active agent, 0.8 part of an accelerator ETU (ethylene-vinyl ether) and TT (thiofide), 0.5 part of an accelerator ZDMC (zinc chloride), 1.4 parts of an accelerator CBS and 1.4 parts of an accelerator ZDBC.
Preferably, the calcium carbonate grade is OMYACARB 5T.
The preparation method of the sealing strip sizing material with excellent water resistance comprises the following steps of 1) batching, and preparing sizing material composition raw materials according to the formula amount; 2) feeding-master batch mixing; adding the rubber compositions except the accelerant into an internal mixer in sequence according to parts by weight for mixing; 3) standing for vulcanization; 4) adding accelerator for mixing, adding accelerator for vulcanization; 5) cooling, filtering at low temperature, and collecting. The invention adopts a two-stage vulcanization mode in the vulcanization process, thereby greatly shortening the production period.
The invention uses the ethylene propylene diene monomer as a main body and is matched with the BC carbon black, so that the rubber material has good basic physical properties, and in addition, the reinforcing filling system ensures that the rubber material has proper hardness and compression deformation performance. The matching of calcium carbonate and paraffin oil makes the rubber material have better water resistance.
The above technical scheme enables the performance achieved by the invention to be as follows:

The performance characteristics show that the rubber material has good basic physical properties, excellent high and low temperature resistance, good water resistance and excellent ozone resistance, and is suitable for being applied to the rubber field with special requirements on water resistance, such as sealing strips for vehicles, water pipes and the like.

The preparation method of the sealing strip sizing material with excellent water resistance comprises the following steps of 1) batching, preparing sizing material composition raw materials according to the formula amount; 2) feeding-master batch mixing; adding the rubber compositions except the accelerant into an internal mixer in sequence according to parts by weight for mixing; 3) standing for vulcanization; 4) adding accelerator for mixing, adding accelerator for vulcanization; 5) cooling, filtering at low temperature, and collecting.
The names and proportions of the raw materials in the rubber compound of the invention are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 2, the breaking strength of the rubber material is more than or equal to 10MPa, the breaking elongation is 200-500%, and the basic physical and mechanical properties are excellent; meanwhile, the hardness change of the thermal aging performance (70 ℃ multiplied by 70H) is within 0-5 Shore A, the change rate of the tensile strength at break is within +/-15%, the change rate of the elongation at break is between-25% and 0, and the high temperature resistance is good; the hardness change of the water resistance (80 ℃ multiplied by 120H) is within 0-5 Shore A, the change rate of the tensile strength at break is within +/-15 percent, and the change rate of the elongation at break is between-25 percent and 0 percent; the compression set property is excellent, the ozone resistance is excellent, the brittleness temperature is less than or equal to minus 40 ℃, the environment is protected, the pollution is avoided, and the comprehensive performance is suitable for being applied to the rubber field with special requirements on water resistance, such as sealing strips for vehicles, water pipes and the like.

The sealing strip rubber material with excellent water resistance is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of EPDM, 10-130 parts of carbon black BC 1029110-130 parts, 30-50 parts of calcium carbonate OMYACARB 5T, 40-60 parts of argil TAB, 20-25 parts of paraffin oil, 5-7 parts of active zinc oxide, 8-12 parts of CaO, 1 part of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of an active agent, 0.6-1.0 part of an accelerator ETU, 0.5-0.7 part of an accelerator TT, 0.3-0.6 part of an accelerator ZDMC, 1.2-1.6 parts of an accelerator CBS and 1.2-1.6 parts of an accelerator ZDBC.

The weatherstrip compound excellent in water resistance according to claim 1, which comprises the following components: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 1029130 parts of BC (carbonic acid ester), 50 parts of OMYACARB 5T (carbonic acid ester), 60 parts of TAB (TAB), 25 parts of paraffin oil, 7 parts of active zinc oxide, 12 parts of CaO, 1 part of stearic acid, 4 parts of an active agent, 1.0 part of an accelerant ETU (ethylene-vinyl ether) 1.7 parts of an accelerant TT, 0.6 part of an accelerant ZDMC (carbonic acid ester), 1.6 parts of an accelerant CBS (carbonic acid ester), and 1.6 parts of an accelerant ZDBC.

The weatherstrip compound excellent in water resistance according to claim 1, which comprises the following components: 100 parts of EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer), 1029120 parts of BC (carbonic acid ester), 40 parts of OMYACARB 5T (calcium carbonate), 50 parts of TAB (TAB), 22 parts of paraffin oil, 6 parts of active zinc oxide, 10 parts of CaO, 1 part of stearic acid, 3 parts of an active agent, 0.8 part of an accelerator ETU (ethylene-vinyl ether) and TT (thiofide), 0.5 part of an accelerator ZDMC (zinc chloride), 1.4 parts of an accelerator CBS and 1.4 parts of an accelerator ZDBC.
