A reliability guarantee machine tool cooling and cleaning integrated device for part machining comprises a workbench (1), wherein an impurity filter cavity (2) is fixedly mounted on the lower side of the workbench (1), a discharge pipe (7) is arranged in the middle between the workbench (1) and the impurity filter cavity (2), the lower side of the impurity filter cavity (2) is connected with a bottom plate (4) through a support leg (3), an annular connection groove (8) is formed in the top end of the inner part of the impurity filter cavity (2), a filter hopper (9) is mounted at the lower end of the annular connection groove (8), a slag discharge pipe (10) is mounted on the lower side of the filter hopper (9), a rotary pipe (11) is mounted on the outer side of the slag discharge pipe (10), the rotary pipe (11) is connected with the impurity filter cavity (2) through a connection bearing, a control valve (12) is mounted on the slag discharge pipe (10) inside the rotary pipe (11), a first gear (13) is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the rotary pipe (11) positioned on the lower side of the impurity filter cavity (2), the left side of the first gear (13) is engaged with a second gear (14), the lower end of the second gear (14) is provided with a first motor (15), the first motor (15) is arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate (4), the impurity filter chambers (2) positioned on the left side and the right side of the filter hopper (9) are internally provided with activated carbon adsorption plates (16), the left end and the right end of the rear side of each impurity filter chamber (2) are provided with water pumping pipes (17), and each water pumping pipe (17) is provided with a water pumping pump (18), the automatic cleaning machine is characterized in that the left end and the right end of the upper side of the bottom plate (4) are provided with second motors (19), the upper side of each second motor (19) is provided with a one-way threaded rod (46), the upper side of each one-way threaded rod (46) is connected with the workbench (1) through a bearing seat, each one-way threaded rod (46) is connected with a sliding block (20), and the outer side of each sliding block (20) is connected with a first connecting cover (22) through a connecting piece (21), connecting grooves (23) are formed in the left side wall and the right side wall inside the first connecting cover (22), limiting rods (24) are arranged inside the connecting grooves (23), connecting blocks (25) are installed on the limiting rods (24), springs (26) are arranged on the limiting rods (24) located on the upper side of the connecting blocks (25), sealing washers (27) are fixedly installed on the inner sides of the connecting blocks (25), two-way threaded rods (28) are installed on the front side and the rear side of the upper end and the rear side inside the first connecting cover (22), the left side and the right side of each two-way threaded rod (28) are connected with the first connecting cover (22) through bearing seats, the middle of each two-way threaded rod (28) is connected with a third motor (29) through a belt, the third motor (29) is arranged on the upper side of the first connecting cover (22), sliding plates (30) are connected to the left end and the right end of each two-way threaded rod (28) in a threaded manner, the front end and the rear end of each sliding plate (30) are connected with a second connecting rod (32) through a connecting rod (31), a spray head (41) is arranged in the second connecting cover (32), a spray pipe (42) is installed on the upper side of the spray head (41), the upper end of the spray pipe (42) is connected with the sliding plate (30), the upper side of the spray pipe (42) is connected with a connecting pipe (44) through a first connecting hose (43), the connecting pipe (44) is connected with a water pumping pipe (17) through a second connecting hose (45), a cleaning roller (33) is arranged at the bottom end in the second connecting cover (32), a plurality of vent holes (34) are formed in the cleaning roller (33), cleaning brushes (35) are arranged on the outer side of the cleaning roller (33), exhaust pipes (36) are installed on two sides of the front side of the cleaning roller (33), an exhaust pump (37) is installed on the exhaust pipes (36), a third gear (38) is installed on the exhaust pipe (36) on the outer side of the exhaust pump (37), and a fourth gear (39) is meshed with the upper side of the third gear (38), a fourth motor (40) is arranged on the inner side of the fourth gear (39).
