SS003, a cleaning process, namely, a polished workpiece 44 is sleeved on a limiting ring 30, then a fixing button 39 is rotated, the fixing button 39 drives a rotating plate 40 to move towards the limiting ring 30, so that a limiting plate 41 fixes the workpiece 44, then a cleaning inner roller 42 is inserted into the workpiece 44 and is connected with a fixed disc 25 through rotation, a linear motor 26 and a water pump 20 are started, the water pump 20 conveys water in a water storage tank 18 to an annular water pipe 32 through a water inlet pipe 21 and a water outlet pipe 23, the annular water pipe 32 distributes water to a water spray column 31 and a water through pipe 33, so that the water is sprayed out from the limiting ring 30 and a water spray hole to clean the inner and outer walls of the workpiece 44, then the water falls into the water storage tank 18 again, the linear motor 26 drives a driving gear 27 to rotate, the driving gear 27 drives a driven rotary seat 29 to rotate, the driven rotary seat 29 drives the workpiece 44 to rotate, so that the inner and outer walls of the workpiece 44 rub against the cleaning inner roller 42 and, therefore, the workpiece 44 is cleaned in all directions, after the cleaning is finished, the water pump 20 and the linear motor 26 are turned off, the cleaning inner roller 42 is taken down, the fixing button 39 is rotated, the fixing button 39 drives the rotating plate 40 to move outwards, and then the workpiece 44 is taken down from the limiting column 17;
and SS004, finishing the process, discharging the water in the water storage tank 18 from the drain valve after the subsequent workpieces 44 are processed according to the flow, taking down the inner cleaning roller 42 and the outer cleaning roller 43, and cleaning the inner cleaning roller and the outer cleaning roller.

a set of the first polishing assemblies (11) and a set of the second polishing assemblies (14) each comprise a driven carrier (16); the peripheral side surfaces of the two groups of driven tooth holders (16) are respectively meshed and connected with the first rotating tooth holder (10) and the second rotating tooth holder (13); the peripheral side surfaces of the two groups of driven tooth holders (16) are respectively meshed and connected with the first fixed holder (8) and the second fixed holder (15); one surface of each of the two groups of driven tooth holders (16) is fixedly connected with a limiting column (17);
the water circulation mechanism (6) comprises a water storage tank (18); one surface of the water storage tank (18) is fixedly connected with the supporting plate (3); one surface of the water storage tank (18) is fixedly connected with a support frame (19); one surface of the support frame (19) is fixedly connected with the cleaning mechanism (7); a water pump (20) is fixedly connected to one surface of the water storage tank (18); the input end of the water pump (20) is fixedly connected with a water inlet pipe (21); the inner wall of the water storage tank (18) is fixedly connected with a filtering seat (22); the output end of the water pump (20) is fixedly connected with a water outlet pipe (23); the other end of the water outlet pipe (23) is fixedly communicated with the cleaning mechanism (7);
the cleaning mechanism (7) comprises a cleaning seat (24) and a fixed disc (25); one surfaces of the cleaning seat (24) and the fixed disc (25) are fixedly connected with the supporting frame (19); a linear motor (26) is fixedly connected to one surface of the cleaning seat (24); one end of an output shaft of the linear motor (26) is fixedly connected with a driving gear (27); the peripheral side surface of the driving gear (27) is engaged and connected with a group of cleaning components (28) distributed in a circumferential array; a set of said cleaning assemblies (28) comprising a driven swivel base (29); a group of driven rotary bases (29) are meshed with the driving gear (27) on the peripheral side; one surface of each group of driven rotary bases (29) is fixedly connected with a limiting ring (30);
one surface of the cleaning seat (24) is fixedly connected with a group of water spraying columns (31) which are circumferentially arranged and distributed; one surface of each group of the water spraying columns (31) is fixedly connected with the fixed disc (25); one surface of one group of the water spray columns (31) is fixedly communicated with an annular water pipe (32); the peripheral side surface of the annular water pipe (32) is fixedly communicated with the water outlet pipe (23); a group of water passing pipes (33) distributed in a circumferential array are fixedly communicated with the peripheral side surface of the annular water pipe (32); one surface of each group of the water pipes (33) is in rotary communication with the driven rotary seat (29) at the corresponding position.
