Abstract
The invention discloses a foreign matter cleaning device for a power transmission line and a use method thereof. The plastic film wound on the lead can be disassembled through the disassembling unit, so that foreign matters wound on the transmission lead can be conveniently and efficiently cleaned; the using method of the cleaning device can reduce labor intensity, improves cleaning efficiency, improves safety of operators by operating through the handheld rod, and guarantees safe use of the power transmission line.

(3) When the adhesion roll of the disassembling unit moves in the circumferential direction, the automatic motor drives the adhesion winding self axis to rotate, and the plastic film is wound on the adhesion roll.
Further, in order to thoroughly clean the plastic film, the lead of the power transmission line is closely contacted with the inner wall of the inlet, then the shell is moved along the direction of the lead of the power transmission line, and the plastic film remained on the power transmission line is cut off by the blade.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the foreign matter cleaning device for the power transmission line of the present invention structurally includes a handheld rod 1, a housing 2, a revolution driving assembly, and a foreign matter disassembling unit, wherein the handheld rod can be set as a telescopic rod and is suitable for power transmission lines of different heights, the housing 2 is disposed at the upper end of the handheld rod 1, the housing is of a C-shaped structure, the housing 2 can be obtained by removing an inlet 24 as a complete cylinder, and the width of the inlet 24 is greater than that of an inlet of the outer diameter of a wire of the power transmission line, so that the inlet and the wire can be conveniently clamped. The inlet penetrates through the cylindrical outer side wall of the shell and the two end faces of the shell. The improved foreign matter disassembling device is characterized in that a C-shaped sliding groove 21 is formed in the shell 2, the revolution driving assembly is arranged in the shell, the foreign matter disassembling unit is arranged on one end face of the shell, the revolution driving assembly drives the foreign matter disassembling unit to rotate, and the disassembling unit is in contact with a plastic film wound on a lead.
The revolution driving assembly comprises a rotor 4, a revolution motor 5 and a gear 51, a C-shaped chute 21 is arranged in the shell, a side hole 22 communicated with the chute is formed in one side of the shell, the side hole is a C-shaped hole, and the C-shaped side hole 22 is communicated with the C-shaped chute 21 in the shell. The C-shaped rotor 4 is arranged in the sliding groove, the rotor 4 rotates along the sliding groove 21, external threads meshed with the gear 51 are arranged on the side wall of the rotor 4, an output shaft of the revolution motor 5 is coaxial with the gear 51, the revolution motor 5 drives the gear 51 to rotate, and the gear rotates to drive the rotor to rotate.
The gear 51 is provided with a plurality of gears 51, as shown in fig. 3, three gears 51 are provided on the sidewall of the housing 2, a gear mounting groove 25 is provided on the sidewall of the housing 2 corresponding to each gear, an ear plate 23 is provided outside the mounting groove 25, the revolving motor 5 is provided outside the housing, the gear 51 is mounted in the mounting groove 25, and the revolving motor 5 drives the gear 51 to rotate. The number and the installation position of the gears can be set to be a plurality according to the size of the rotor 4, and each gear is provided with one revolution motor.
The foreign matter disassembling unit comprises a rotation motor 3, an adhesive roll 31 and adhesive paper 32, one end of the rotation motor 3 penetrates through the side hole 22 at one end of the shell and then is connected with the rotor 4 of the revolution driving assembly, and the rotation of the rotor 4 drives the disassembling unit to rotate, so that the disassembling unit is in contact with a plastic film on a lead; an output shaft of the rotation motor 3 is connected with the adhesion roll 31 through a shaft, the rotation motor drives the adhesion roll 31 to rotate, and the plastic film is wound on the adhesive paper 32 through the rotation of the adhesion roll.
In order to completely clean the plastic film remained on the wire, as shown in fig. 9, a blade 8 is arranged on one side of the inlet of the shell, the blade is flush with the inner wall of the inlet, and the plastic film remained on the power transmission line is cut off by the blade.
The foreign matter cleaning device for the power transmission line and the using method of the foreign matter cleaning device comprise the following steps:
(1) When the power transmission line is used, the shell is placed on the power transmission line, the conducting wire of the power transmission line is placed in the inlet of the shell, and the shell is close to the plastic film.
(2) The gear and the rotor are driven to rotate through the rotation of the revolution motor, the rotor drives the disassembling unit to rotate circumferentially along the side hole at the end part of the shell by taking the axis of the shell as the center until the adhesive paper of the disassembling unit is contacted with the plastic film wound on the lead, and then the plastic film is adhered through the adhesive paper.
(3) When the adhesion roll of the disassembling unit does circumferential movement, the automatic motor drives the adhesion winding self axis to rotate, and the plastic film is wound on the adhesion roll.
After the plastic film is wound by the adhesive roll, if the plastic film still remains on the lead, in order to thoroughly clean the plastic film wound on the lead, the lead of the power transmission line is kept in close contact with the inner wall of the inlet, then the shell is moved along the direction of the lead of the power transmission line, and the plastic film remaining on the power transmission line is cut off by the blade.
The foreign matter cleaning device is simple and reasonable in structure and low in production cost, can conveniently and efficiently clean foreign matters wound on the transmission wire, reduces labor intensity, improves cleaning efficiency and ensures safe use of the transmission line.

Claims (9)
1.
