A hysteroscope operation liquid inlet and outlet amount monitoring system is characterized by comprising a uterus swelling liquid bag (1), a uterus swelling pump (4), a hysteroscope (5), a liquid accumulation bag (6), a liquid barrel (10), a liquid inlet flow meter (3), a liquid outlet flow meter (7) and an intelligent monitor;
the liquid outlet of the uterus expanding liquid bag (1) is connected with the liquid inlet of the uterus expanding pump (4) through a hysteroscope liquid inlet pipe (2), the liquid outlet of the uterus expanding pump (4) is connected with the water inlet of the hysteroscope (5), and the water outlet of the hysteroscope (5) is connected with the collection port of the effusion bag (6) through a hysteroscope liquid outlet pipe;
the liquid outlet of the liquid accumulation bag (6) is connected with at least one liquid barrel (10) through a liquid outlet pipe of the liquid accumulation bag;
the liquid inlet flowmeter (3) is arranged on the hysteroscope liquid inlet pipe (2), and the liquid outlet flowmeter (7) is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe of the liquid accumulation bag;
the liquid inlet flow meter (3), the liquid outlet flow meter (7) and the uterus expanding pump (4) are all connected with the intelligent monitor.
2. The hysteroscopic operation fluid inlet and outlet amount monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the uterus swelling liquid bag (1) is used for containing uterus swelling liquid required by the hysteroscopic operation of the patient;
the uterus swelling pump (4) is used for filling uterus swelling liquid with set flushing pressure, flow rate and flow into a uterus cavity through the hysteroscope (5) according to the control of the intelligent monitor;
the hysteroscope (5) is used as an instrument for completing the hysteroscope operation of the patient;
the liquid accumulation bag (6) is matched with the liquid barrel (10) for use and is used for collecting waste liquid discharged by a patient in the hysteroscope operation process;
the liquid inlet flow meter (3) and the liquid outlet flow meter (7) are in communication connection with the intelligent monitor through WIFI or Bluetooth, and are used for recording the amount of uterus swelling liquid flowing through the hysteroscope liquid inlet pipe (2) and the liquid outlet pipe of the liquid accumulation bag and transmitting the amount of uterus swelling liquid to the intelligent monitor;
the intelligent monitor is used for calculating the liquid amount entering the uterine cavity of the patient in real time according to the uterine swelling liquid amount uploaded by the flowmeter, and further controlling the work of the uterine swelling pump (4) to keep the liquid in the uterine cavity balanced.
3. The hysteroscopic surgery fluid inlet and outlet amount monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein a detachable waste liquid filtering tube is arranged between the liquid outlet of the liquid accumulation bag (6) and the liquid outlet pipe of the liquid accumulation bag;
the waste liquid filter pipe comprises an upper hose (11) and a lower hose (12);
the edge of the upper end of the upper hose (11) is in integral sealing connection with the edge of the liquid outlet end of the liquid accumulation bag (6), the lower end of the upper hose (11) is detachably connected with the upper end of the lower hose (12), and the lower end of the lower hose (12) is in integral sealing connection with the liquid inlet of the liquid accumulation bag liquid outlet pipe;
the inner side edge of the upper end of the lower hose (12) is evenly provided with a plurality of buckles (14), and a layer of filter screen (13) is paved on the buckles (14).
4. The hysteroscope surgical fluid output monitoring system according to claim 3, wherein a layer of sealing ring (15) is arranged at the joint of the inner side edge of the lower end of the upper hose (11) and the lower hose (12).

The hysteroscopic operation fluid inlet and outlet amount monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the fluid accumulation bag liquid outlet pipe comprises a main liquid outlet pipe (8) and at least two branch liquid outlet pipes (9), one end of the main liquid outlet pipe (8) is connected with a fluid outlet of the fluid accumulation bag (6), the other end of the main liquid outlet pipe (8) is respectively connected with one end of each branch liquid outlet pipe (9), and the other end of each branch liquid outlet pipe (9) is connected with a fluid inlet of a fluid barrel (10);
the liquid outlet flow meter (7) is arranged on the main liquid outlet pipe (8).
6. The hysteroscopic operation fluid input and output amount monitoring system according to claim 5, wherein each of the branch fluid pipes (9) is provided with a fluid discharge valve (16).
7. The hysteroscopic surgery fluid output monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent monitor comprises a fluid amount calculating unit, a fluid amount early warning unit and a uterus expansion pump control unit;
the liquid volume calculating unit is used for calculating the liquid volume in the uterine cavity of the patient according to the flow data uploaded by the flowmeter;
the liquid volume early warning unit is used for sending an early warning signal to medical staff when the liquid volume in the uterine cavity exceeds a set threshold value, and the set threshold value comprises a liquid volume too small threshold value and a liquid volume too large threshold value;
the uterus swelling pump control unit is used for adjusting working parameters of uterus swelling liquid poured into the uterine cavity according to the calculated liquid amount, and the working parameters comprise flushing pressure, flow speed and flow.
8. A hysteroscopic operation fluid inlet and outlet amount monitoring method based on the hysteroscopic operation fluid inlet and outlet amount monitoring system of claims 1-7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, fixing the effusion bag at a required position;
s2, before hysteroscopy, determining the amount of liquid to be kept balanced in the uterine cavity of the patient;
s3, in the hysteroscopic operation process, injecting uterus swelling liquid into the uterine cavity according to default working parameters through a uterus swelling pump, recording the flow rate of the uterus swelling liquid flowing through the two flow meters in real time and uploading the uterus swelling liquid to an intelligent monitor;
s4, in the process of the hysteroscope operation, calculating the current liquid amount in the uterine cavity based on the uterine distention liquid flow information received by the intelligent monitor, and judging whether the current liquid amount meets the requirement of keeping the balance of the liquid amount;
if yes, go to step S7;
if not, go to step S5;
s5, based on the current liquid amount in the uterine cavity, working parameters of the uterine expansion pump are adjusted through intelligent control, the uterine expansion pump is enabled to continuously fill the uterine expansion liquid into the uterine cavity according to the adjusted working parameters, the liquid amount in the uterine cavity is adjusted to be in a balanced state, and the step S7 is entered;
s6, repeating the steps S3-S5, and controlling the uterus expansion pump to fill uterus expansion liquid into the uterine cavity according to the set working parameters through the intelligent controller until the hysteroscopy operation is completed;
s7, continuously filling the uterus expanding liquid into the uterine cavity through the uterus expanding pump until the hysteroscopic operation is completed.
9. The hysteroscopic surgery fluid inlet and outlet amount monitoring method according to claim 8, wherein the working parameters of the uterine expansion pump in the step S3 include flushing pressure, flow rate and flow rate;
