Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A base 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1-7.
Fig. 1 shows a top view of a base 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the base 100 is provided with a roll brush support region 10 for supporting a roll brush 201 of a cleaning device 200, the roll brush support region 10 being provided with a plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 spaced apart from each other, ends of the cleaning protrusions 20 being adapted to interfere with an outer circumferential surface of the roll brush 201.
Illustratively, the base 100 of the present embodiment may be used to house the cleaning device 200. The upper surface of the base 100 is used to support the cleaning device 200, and the rolling brush support region 10 is formed at a region of the upper surface of the base 100 corresponding to the position of the rolling brush 201, so that the rolling brush 201 of the cleaning device 200 is supported at the rolling brush support region 10 in a state that the cleaning device 200 is placed on the base 100. The cleaning protrusion 20 and the base 100 may be formed as an integral member or may be formed as separate members detachably connected. For example, in the example shown in fig. 1, the cleaning protrusion 20 is integrally formed with the base 100, and the cleaning protrusion 20 is formed by upwardly protruding upper surfaces of the roll brush support region 10. Therefore, the cleaning protrusion 20 does not need to be separately processed, the processing difficulty of the cleaning protrusion 20 can be reduced, and the strength of the overall structure of the cleaning protrusion 20 and the base 100 can be ensured.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the fact that the end portions of the cleaning protrusions 20 are adapted to interfere with the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 means that, in the case where the rolling brush 201 is supported in the rolling brush support region 10, the end portions of the cleaning protrusions 20 abut against the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201, and the end portions of the cleaning protrusions 20 apply a force to the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 so that the rolling brush 201 receives resistance from the cleaning protrusions 20 during rotation. It is understood that the outer portion of the rolling brush 201 is generally provided with bristles made of a flexible material, and thus the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 can be understood as an outer circumferential surface formed by the bristles on the outer portion of the rolling brush 201. In the case where the end of the cleaning protrusion 20 interferes with the outer circumferential surface of the roll brush 201, the bristles outside the roll brush 201 are elastically deformed accordingly by the interference of the cleaning protrusion 20, and the roll brush 201 can still rotate.
Illustratively, the height of the cleaning protrusions 20 may be specifically set according to the magnitude of the force applied by the cleaning protrusions 20 to the outer circumferential surface of the drum brush 201. Specifically, the height of the cleaning protrusion 20 may be specifically set according to the distance between the outer circumferential surface of the drum brush 201 and the support region and the height of the bristles outside the drum brush 201, and the force applied to the outer circumferential surface of the drum brush 201 by the cleaning protrusion 20 is related to the interference distance of the cleaning protrusion 20 with respect to the outer circumferential surface of the drum brush 201. Thus, in the case where the force that the cleaning protrusions 20 need to apply to the outer circumferential surface of the drum brush 201 is large, the height of the cleaning protrusions 20 can be increased appropriately; in the case where it is necessary that the force applied to the outer circumferential surface of the drum brush 201 by the cleaning protrusions 20 is small, the height of the cleaning protrusions 20 can be appropriately reduced.
For example, the cleaning device 200 may be provided with a driving part for driving the roller brush 201 to rotate, so that the driving part drives the roller brush 201 to rotate relative to the cleaning protrusion 20 in a state where the cleaning device 200 is supported on the base 100.
In one example, a plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 may be provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the roll brush 201, and an end portion of each cleaning protrusion 20 interferes with the outer circumferential surface of the roll brush 201. In other examples of the present application, the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 may be provided at intervals in the axial direction of the roller brush 201, and an end portion of each cleaning protrusion 20 interferes with the outer circumferential surface of the roller brush 201.
According to the base 100 of the embodiment of the application, a plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 are arranged in the rolling brush supporting area 10 of the base 100, the end portions of the cleaning protrusions 20 are suitable for being placed on the base 100 under the cleaning device 200 and interfering with the rolling brush 201 of the cleaning device 200, therefore, in the process of self-rotation of the rolling brush 201, the cleaning protrusions 20 can exert acting force on bristles outside the rolling brush 201, the bristles are deformed and are scratched, dirty objects adhered to the bristles are scratched, and the cleaning protrusions 20 can clean the rolling brush 201. Furthermore, by providing a plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 spaced apart from each other, the contact area between the cleaning protrusions 20 and the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 can be increased, thereby improving the interference effect of the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 on the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 and further improving the cleaning effect on the rolling brush 201.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the support area is configured as a groove, and the cleaning protrusion 20 is formed by a bottom wall of the groove protruding in a direction toward the roll brush 201.
Optionally, the groove is an arcuate slot. In other words, the bottom wall of the groove may be configured as an arc-shaped wall that fits the outer circumferential surface of the roll brush 201, and the distance between the arc-shaped wall and the outer circumferential surface of the roll brush 201 is equal everywhere. In this way, the roll brush 201 interferes only with the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 with the support of the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20, and the roll brush 201 is spaced apart from the bottom wall of the groove. From this, can avoid the diapire of recess and round brush 201 to take place to interfere, guarantee that round brush 201 can be at the rotation under the interference of clean arch 20 to at the in-process of round brush 201 rotation, sewage and partial rubbish attached to on the brush hair can be got rid of to the diapire of recess under centrifugal action, so that the recess plays the effect of holding sewage and rubbish.
Further, the heights of the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 with respect to the bottom wall of the groove are all the same, so that the ends of the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rolling brush 201, and the interference distances of the ends of the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 with respect to the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 are all the same, thereby ensuring that the interference effects of the ends of the respective cleaning protrusions 20 with respect to the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 are all the same.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning protrusions 20 are configured in a long shape, and a plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the drum brush 201. Here, the circumferential direction of the rolling brush 201 may be understood as a direction of a circular motion performed during the rotation of the rolling brush 201.
For example, the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 may be arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the rolling brush 201, and the distance between the end of each cleaning protrusion 20 and the central axis of the rolling brush 201 is equal to ensure that the interference distance of each cleaning protrusion 20 with respect to the outer circumferential surface of the rolling brush 201 is equal. Thereby, it is ensured that the interference effect of each cleaning protrusion 20 to the roll brush 201 is the same,
illustratively, the length direction of the cleaning protrusions 20 may be disposed at a small angle with respect to the axial direction of the roller brush 201, wherein the angle may range from 0 to 15 degrees. Moreover, the length of the cleaning protrusion 20 in the direction parallel to the axial direction of the rolling brush 201 is not less than the axial length of the rolling brush 201, so that in the rotation process of the rolling brush 201, it can be ensured that each area on the outer peripheral surface of the rolling brush 201 can interfere with the cleaning protrusion 20, that is, the cleaning protrusion 20 can scrape each area on the outer peripheral surface of the rolling brush 201, thereby ensuring that each area of the rolling brush 201 can be cleaned by the cleaning protrusion 20.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the lengthwise direction of the cleaning protrusions 20 is disposed parallel to the axial direction of the roll brush 201. In other words, an angle between the length direction of the cleaning protrusions 20 and the axial direction of the drum brush 201 is 0 degree.
When the brush of the roll brush 201 and the cleaning protrusion 20 interfere with each other for a long time, the brush of the roll brush 201 may be plastically deformed. Through setting up the length direction of cleaning arch 20 in parallel with the axial of round brush 201, compare in the mode that sets up the length direction of cleaning arch 20 for the axial slope of round brush 201, can avoid the brush hair of round brush 201 because of interfering for a long time with cleaning arch 20 and lead to the slant to warp to avoid leading to the circumstances of the cleaning ability variation of round brush 201 because of brush hair slant.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 7, the cleaning protrusions 20 are convexly formed in a direction toward the drum brush 201, and a protrusion direction of the cleaning protrusions 20 is obliquely arranged with respect to a radial direction of the drum brush 201.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the cleaning protrusion 20 has a first cleaning surface 20a and a second cleaning surface 20b meeting at the top end, and the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b have an included angle therebetween. The projection direction of the cleaning projection 20 can be understood as the direction of extension of the bisector L of the angle formed by the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b in the cross-sectional projection of the cleaning projection 20. The radial direction of the roller brush 201 is understood to be the direction of the connecting line between the connecting point of the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b and the center point of the cross-sectional projection of the roller brush 201. In other words, the projection direction of the cleaning projection 20 is inclined relative to the radial direction of the roller brush 201, and it can be understood that an angle is formed between a bisector L of an angle formed by the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b and a connecting line between a connecting point of the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b and a central point of the cross-sectional projection of the roller brush 201, and the angle is not zero.
More specifically, the direction of the projection of the cleaning projection 20 may be inclined with respect to the radial direction of the drum brush 201 in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction toward the drum brush 201. For example, in the example shown in fig. 3, an angular bisector L of an angle between the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b may be located on one side in the clockwise direction of a line connecting a connecting point of the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b and a center point of a cross-sectional projection of the roll brush 201. For another example, an angular bisector L of an included angle between the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b may be located on a counterclockwise side of a connecting line between a connecting point of the first cleaning surface 20a and the second cleaning surface 20b and a center point of a cross-sectional projection of the roll brush 201.
Preferably, the protrusion direction of the cleaning protrusions 20 may be set in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the roll brush 201 with respect to the inclination direction of the radial direction of the roll brush 201. For example, in the example shown in fig. 3, in the case where the rotation direction of the roller brush 201 is the counterclockwise direction, the projection directions of the plurality of cleaning projections 20 are the same in the inclination direction with respect to the radial direction of the roller brush 201, and the projection directions of the plurality of cleaning projections 20 may be each arranged in the inclination direction toward the clockwise rotation direction of the roller brush 201 with respect to the radial direction of the roller brush 201. On the contrary, in the case where the rotation direction of the drum brush 201 is the clockwise direction, the projection directions of the plurality of cleaning projections 20 are the same in the inclination direction with respect to the radial direction of the drum brush 201, and the projection directions of the plurality of cleaning projections 20 may be each arranged in the inclination direction toward the counterclockwise rotation direction of the drum brush 201 with respect to the radial direction of the drum brush 201.
From this, at the in-process of round brush 201 along certain direction rotation, can improve the interference effect of cleaning arch 20 to round brush 201 to improve the effect of scraping of cleaning arch 20 to round brush 201, in order to improve the clearance effect to round brush 201.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 includes a first cleaning protrusion 21 and a second cleaning protrusion 22, a protrusion direction of the first cleaning protrusion 21 is inclined with respect to a radial direction of the roller brush 201 in a clockwise rotation direction toward the roller brush 201, and a protrusion direction of the second cleaning protrusion 22 is inclined with respect to the radial direction of the roller brush 201 in a counterclockwise rotation direction toward the roller brush 201.
Accordingly, the rolling brush 201 may rotate in a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction alternately under the driving of the driving part, and when the rolling brush 201 rotates in the counterclockwise direction, the plurality of first cleaning protrusions 21 may have a good interference effect on the rolling brush 201; the plurality of second cleaning protrusions 22 may provide a better interference effect to the roll brush 201 when the roll brush 201 rotates in the clockwise direction. Therefore, by arranging the first cleaning protrusions 21 and the second cleaning protrusions 22 with opposite inclination directions, under the condition that the rolling brush 201 rotates along the counterclockwise direction and the clockwise direction alternately, on one hand, the bristles of the rolling brush 201 can be repeatedly deformed, the interference effect of the cleaning protrusions 20 on the rolling brush 201 is further improved, and the cleaning effect on the rolling brush 201 is further improved; on the other hand, compared to the case where the rolling brush 201 rotates in the same direction for a long time and is interfered by the cleaning protrusion 20, by controlling the rotation direction of the rolling brush 201 to change alternately, the probability that the bristles of the rolling brush 201 are plastically deformed in the rotation direction of the rolling brush 201 can be reduced, the stability of the shape of the bristles can be ensured, and the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 201 can be maintained.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, the plurality of first cleaning protrusions 21 are disposed adjacent and side by side, the plurality of second cleaning protrusions 22 are disposed adjacent and side by side, and the plurality of first cleaning protrusions 21 are located at opposite sides of the plurality of second cleaning protrusions 22.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the plurality of first cleaning protrusions 21 and the plurality of second cleaning protrusions 22 are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction of the drum brush 201. Therefore, the roughness of the area formed by the first cleaning protrusions 21 and the second cleaning protrusions 22 is relatively large, and the interference effect on the brush bristles is better in the rotation process of the roller brush 201, so that the dirt attached to the brush bristles can be scraped off more favorably.
In one embodiment, the cleaning protrusions 20 are configured in a cylindrical shape, and a plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 are arranged in a circumferential array along the drum brush 201.
For example, the cleaning protrusions 20 may be configured in a cylindrical shape or a polygonal column shape. The plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 are closely arranged, the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 are arranged in a plurality of groups in the circumferential direction of the rolling brush 201, and the plurality of cleaning protrusions 20 in each group are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the rolling brush 201. Therefore, in the rotation process of the rolling brush 201, the bristles of the rolling brush 201 can be combed, so that the dirt adhered to the bristles is combed, and the cleaning effect of the bristles is improved.
A cleaning apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 2, 4, and 6.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the cleaning apparatus 1 includes a cleaning device 200 and a base 100. Specifically, the cleaning device 200 is provided with a rolling brush 201, the cleaning device 200 is adapted to be supported on the base 100, and the rolling brush 201 is adapted to be supported on the rolling brush support area 10.
According to the cleaning device 1 of this application embodiment, through adopting the cleaning device 200 according to this application above-mentioned embodiment, through placing the round brush 201 in base 100 and control the rotation of round brush 201, not only can make the dirty water and some filth on the round brush 201 throw off through centrifugal force effect, can also be through the cleaning protrusion 20 of round brush supporting area 10 to the interference effect of brush hair, the filth that will adhere to on the brush hair is scraped. Therefore, the cleaning device 1 according to the embodiment of the application can realize the self-cleaning effect on the rolling brush 201, and the cleaning effect is good.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the cleaning device 200 further includes a driving portion (not shown). Wherein, the driving part is in driving connection with the rolling brush 201 and is used for driving the rolling brush 201 to rotate along the clockwise direction or the anticlockwise direction.
Illustratively, the driving part may be a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is in driving connection with a rotating shaft of the rolling brush 201. Preferably, the driving part drives the rolling brush 201 to rotate alternately in the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction, so that on one hand, the bristles of the rolling brush 201 can be repeatedly deformed, and the interference effect of the cleaning protrusions 20 on the rolling brush 201 is further improved, thereby improving the cleaning effect on the rolling brush 201; on the other hand, compared to the case where the rolling brush 201 rotates in the same direction for a long time and is interfered by the cleaning protrusion 20, by controlling the rotation direction of the rolling brush 201 to change alternately, the probability that the bristles of the rolling brush 201 are plastically deformed in the rotation direction of the rolling brush 201 can be reduced, the stability of the shape of the bristles can be ensured, and the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 201 can be maintained.
In one embodiment, the cleaning device 200 is a hand-held cleaning device 200.
Illustratively, the hand-held cleaning device 200 can be a hand-held mopping machine, a hand-held scrubbing machine, a hand-held vacuum cleaner, a wet and dry floor machine, a carpet extractor, or other cleaning device 200 that can be hand-held.
