Abstract

本发明涉及衣物纺织技术领域,具体为一种保暖西服及西服面料的制备方法。
背景技术
西服又称“西装”、“洋装”,西装是一种“舶来文化”,在中国,人们多把有翻领和驳头,三个衣兜,衣长在臀围线以下的上衣称作“西服”,这显然是中国人民对于来自西方的服装的称谓;西服广义指西式服装,是相对于“中式服装”而言的欧系服装。狭义指西式上装或西式套装;西服通常是公司企业从业人员、政府机关从业人员在较为正式的场合男士着装的一个首选。西服之所以长盛不衰,很重要的原因是它拥有深厚的文化内涵,主流的西装文化常常被人们打上“有文化、有教养、有绅士风度、有权威感”等标签;西服一直是男性服装王国的宠物,“西装革履”常用来形容文质彬彬的绅士俊男;西装的主要特点是外观挺括、线条流畅、穿着舒适。若配上领带或领结后,则更显得高雅典朴。另外,在日益开放的现代社会,西服作为一种衣着款式也进入到女性服装的行列,体现女性和男士一样的独立、自信,也有人称西服为女人的千变外套。
西服是现代社交场合最为常见的一种社交服饰,穿着西服不仅能够显得正式,同样也能给人带来更多的自信,但现有西服相对较为单薄,在冬天使用时,通常还需要在西服外面套上其他的大衣或其他防寒衣服,单独穿西服无法更好的御寒保暖,因此在冬季穿西服出席活动时会给人们带来一定的困扰,为此,我们研发出了新的一种保暖西服及西服面料的制备方法。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种保暖西服及西服面料的制备方法,解决了现有西服相对较为单薄,在冬天使用时,通常还需要在西服外面套上其他的大衣或其他防寒衣服,单独穿西服无法更好的御寒保暖,因此在冬季穿西服出席活动时会给人们带来一定的困扰的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种保暖西服,包括外表层,所述外表层的内侧设置有内一层,所述内一层远离外表层的一侧设置有内二层,所述内二层远离内一层的一侧设置有内里层。
优选的,所述外表层是由纯羊毛粗纺面料纺织而成。
优选的,所述内一层是由牛奶蛋白纤维纺织而成。
优选的,所述内二层是由桑蚕丝纺织而成。
优选的,所述内里层是由保暖抓绒材质纺织而成。
一种保暖西服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下具体内容:
S1.将经过处理后的羊毛结合其他纱线进行纺织,并将纺织好的纯羊毛粗纺面料清洗整理后备用;
S2.将牛奶蛋白纤维丝进行纺织,纺织加工成牛奶蛋白纤维布料备用;
S3.将处理好的桑蚕丝线利用纺织设备进行纺织,从而得到表面平整光滑的桑蚕丝面料备用;
S4.以棉、羊毛、羊绒以及抓绒为原料,并将其利用纺织设备纺织成抓绒面料备用;
S5.将S1-S4中制备好的纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料利用粘合衬工艺,通过高温将化学纤维融化,将纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料进行分层粘合在一起。
优选的,所述S1中羊毛与其他纱线的比例为9:1。
优选的,所述S4中棉、羊毛、羊绒以及抓绒的配置比例为0.1:2:2.9:5。
优选的,所述S5中在利用高温将化学纤维融化,将纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料进行分层粘合在一起之后需要利用熨烫机对其进行反复熨烫。
优选的,所述熨烫机的熨烫时间至少控制在20分钟以上。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种保暖西服及西服面料的制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、该种保暖西服及西服面料的制备方法,通过设计简单的复合式面料结构,在冬季使用时既可以起到更好的保暖作用,同时也具有更好的手感,整体的平整度以及抗皱性能也的得到了大大提高。
2、该种保暖西服及西服面料的制备方法,通过采用多层式的保暖面料复合结构设计,可以使该西服面料以及制成的保暖西服不仅具有更好的保暖效果,同时通过采用保暖抓绒作为内里层,可以防止静电的产生,在配合衬衫时不会因静电而对使用者产生困扰,从而使其整体的工作效率大大提高,值得大力推广。

实施例:
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种保暖西服,包括外表层100,所述外表层100的内侧设置有内一层200,所述内一层200远离外表层100的一侧设置有内二层300,所述内二层300远离内一层200的一侧设置有内里层400。
外表层100是由纯羊毛粗纺面料纺织而成,纯羊毛粗纺面料纺织而成的外表层100不仅质地厚实,呢面丰满,色光柔和而漂光足,而且呢面和绒面类不露纹底,纹面类织纹清晰而丰富,手感温和,挺括而富有弹性,纯羊毛粗纺面料作为外表层100,从而使西服具有更好的手感,同时也会显得更有质感。
内一层200是由牛奶蛋白纤维纺织而成,由牛奶蛋白纤维纺织而成的内一层200是绿色环保纤维,手感舒适、吸湿导湿性好、吸热放热性强,柔软性、亲肤性等同或优于羊绒;而且透气、导湿性好、爽身;保暖性接近羊绒、保暖性好;牛奶绒的耐磨性、抗起球性、着色性、强力均优于羊绒;由于牛奶蛋白中含有氨基酸,皮肤不会排斥这种面料,相当于人的一层皮肤一样,而对皮肤有养护作用。
内二层300是由桑蚕丝纺织而成,由桑蚕丝纺织而成的内二层300手感柔软而有弹性,精炼脱胶后的练丝,表面平滑均匀,光洁雅致,而且蚕丝是多孔性蛋白质纤维,具有良好的吸湿、散湿性能和含气、透气性能。
内里层400是由保暖抓绒材质纺织而成,由保暖抓绒材质纺织而成的内里层400在同样重量下的保暖效果,是棉的4-5倍、羊毛的2-3倍、比羊绒也更好一些,保暖抓绒材质纺织而成的内里层400可保持肩膀手臂和平常衣物同样灵活自如,不会有掣肘感,同时也可以防止静电的产生,在配合衬衫时不会因静电而对使用者产生困扰。
一种保暖西服面料的制备方法,包括以下具体内容:
S1.将经过处理后的羊毛结合其他纱线进行纺织,并将纺织好的纯羊毛粗纺面料清洗整理后备用;

S5.将S1-S4中制备好的纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料利用粘合衬工艺,通过高温将化学纤维融化,将纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料进行分层粘合在一起。
S1中羊毛与其他纱线的比例为9:1,羊毛与其他纱线按9:1的比例纺织加工,不仅更加均匀,同时也不会造成断裂,从而使加工出来的纯羊毛粗纺面料手感更好,而且不会出现起球的情况。
S4中棉、羊毛、羊绒以及抓绒的配置比例为0.1:2:2.9:5,棉、羊毛、羊绒以及抓绒按0.1:2:2.9:5的配置比例进行纺织生产,既具有更好的保暖作用,同时也不会产生臃肿的情况。
S5中在利用高温将化学纤维融化,将纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料进行分层粘合在一起之后需要利用熨烫机对其进行反复熨烫,经过反复熨烫的纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料,不仅粘结更加牢固稳定,同时也更加平整均匀,从而使面料具有更好的手感,抗皱性能也得到了大大提高。
熨烫机的熨烫时间至少控制在20分钟以上,经20分钟以上熨烫,可以使化学纤维能够更加均匀的分布在纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料之间,不会出现剥离的情况。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种保暖西服,包括外表层(100),其特征在于:所述外表层(100)的内侧设置有内一层(200),所述内一层(200)远离外表层(100)的一侧设置有内二层(300),所述内二层(300)远离内一层(200)的一侧设置有内里层(400)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖西服,其特征在于:所述外表层(100)是由纯羊毛粗纺面料纺织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖西服,其特征在于:所述内一层(200)是由牛奶蛋白纤维纺织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖西服,其特征在于:所述内二层(300)是由桑蚕丝纺织而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖西服,其特征在于:所述内里层(400)是由保暖抓绒材质纺织而成。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的一种保暖西服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下具体内容:
S1.将经过处理后的羊毛结合其他纱线进行纺织,并将纺织好的纯羊毛粗纺面料清洗整理后备用;
S2.将牛奶蛋白纤维丝进行纺织,纺织加工成牛奶蛋白纤维布料备用;
S3.将处理好的桑蚕丝线利用纺织设备进行纺织,从而得到表面平整光滑的桑蚕丝面料备用;
S4.以棉、羊毛、羊绒以及抓绒为原料,并将其利用纺织设备纺织成抓绒面料备用;
S5.将S1-S4中制备好的纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料利用粘合衬工艺,通过高温将化学纤维融化,将纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料进行分层粘合在一起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种保暖西服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S1中羊毛与其他纱线的比例为9:1。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种保暖西服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中棉、羊毛、羊绒以及抓绒的配置比例为0.1:2:2.9:5。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种保暖西服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S5中在利用高温将化学纤维融化,将纯羊毛粗纺面料、牛奶蛋白纤维、桑蚕丝面料以及抓绒面料进行分层粘合在一起之后需要利用熨烫机对其进行反复熨烫。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种保暖西服面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述熨烫机的熨烫时间至少控制在20分钟以上。
