Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合保暖面料,包括:保暖层、中间层和面层,所述保暖层和所述中间层通过针法缝合在一起,所述面层压合在所述中间层上,所述保暖层由60%-65%的羊毛纤维、20%-25%的兔毛纤维和10%-20%的竹纤维混纺成纱后、通过经纬编织再经过拉绒处理的绒布,所述中间层为100%聚酯纤维制成的无纺布,所述面层为聚氨酯微孔面层。通过上述方式,本发明的面料里层呈丰润的绒毛状,外层呈光滑的皮革状,具有良好的保暖效果,同时具有良好的耐磨性,适合作为严寒地带户外作业用的工作服面料推广。

一种复合保暖面料
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别是涉及一种复合保暖面料。
背景技术
面料是用来制作服装的材料,它不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。 
在严寒的冬季然仍需要在户外工作的人,尤其是在夜间户外工作,是件非常痛苦的事情,针对这些特殊岗位,一种舒适的保暖服装是迫切需求,因此,作为保暖服装最主要的材料——保暖服装面料对保暖服的性能具有极其重要的影响作用,现在市面上的保暖服装面料为了起到良好的保暖作用,主要是对保暖层进行加厚处理,使得制成的保暖服装穿着臃肿、降低了舒适度,随着科技的发展,保暖面料和材质也不断地进步,一种结构合理,同时具有保暖性和良好耐磨性的保暖面料成了人们追逐的趋势。
发明内容
 本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种保健型珊瑚绒面料,面料里层呈丰润的绒毛状,外层呈光滑的皮革状,具有良好的保暖效果,同时具有良好的耐磨性,适合作为严寒地带户外作业用的工作服面料推广。
 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种复合保暖面料,包括:保暖层、位于所述保暖层上表面的中间层和成型于所述中间层上表面的面层,所述保暖层和所述中间层通过针法缝合在一起,所述面层通过真空喷涂工艺成型于所述中间层上;所述保暖层为纺织物再经过拉绒处理的绒布,由经纱和纬纱交织而成的,所述经纱是由羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维混纺而成的,所述纬纱是由竹纤维纺纱而成的,按占所述保暖层质量的百分数计算,所述各纤维含量分别为:羊毛纤维60%-65%、兔毛纤维20%-25%和竹纤维10%-20%;所述中间层为100%聚酯纤维制成的无纺布,所述面层为聚氨酯微孔面层,所述面层的厚度为5-6μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述保暖层采用平纹组织结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述包暖层是采用针孔抓绒工艺制成的。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述聚氨酯微孔面层是由PU发泡加工制作而成的。
本发明的有益效果是:本面料是由保暖层、中间层和面层复合而成的,其中包暖层是由多种具有良好保暖性的纤维混纺成纱后、在经编织和拉绒处理的绒布,具有极佳的保暖性和舒适性,并且保暖层和中间层使用针法连接在一起;中间层为聚酯纤维无纺布,适合聚氨酯微孔面层涂覆其上,使得面层与中间层具有良好的结合度;通过上述方式复合的面料,该面料里层呈丰润的绒毛状,外层呈光滑的皮革状,具有良好的保暖效果,同时具有良好的耐磨性,适合作为严寒地带户外作业用的工作服面料推广。

一种复合保暖面料,包括:保暖层1、位于所述保暖层1上表面的中间层2和成型于所述中间层2上表面的面层3,所述保暖层1和所述中间层2通过针法缝合在一起,所述面层3通过真空喷涂工艺成型于所述中间层2上;所述保暖层1为纺织物再经过拉绒处理的绒布,由经纱和纬纱交织而成的,所述经纱是由羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维混纺而成的,所述纬纱是由竹纤维纺纱而成的,按占所述保暖层质量的百分数计算,所述各纤维含量分别为:羊毛纤维60%-65%、兔毛纤维20%-25%和竹纤维10%-20%;所述中间层2为100%聚酯纤维制成的无纺布,所述面层3为聚氨酯微孔面层,所述面层3的厚度为5-6μm。
其中,所述保暖层1采用平纹组织结构,使保暖层具有良好的柔软性、舒适性和较好的保暖性。
所述包暖层1是采用针孔抓绒工艺制成的,能够产生较多绒毛,增强立体感,具有光泽度高、摸起来柔软厚实的特点。
所述聚氨酯微孔面层是由PU发泡加工制作而成的,使得面层具有光滑、平整的外观,并且能增加耐磨性,延长面料的使用寿命。
此外,羊毛纤维的性能为:具有柔软性好、吸湿性强、保暖性好的特点。
兔毛纤维的性能为:表面光滑、光泽度好,具有良好的保暖性和舒适性。
竹纤维的性能为:具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,同时又具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。
实施例一:
一种复合保暖面料,包括:保暖层1、位于所述保暖层1上表面的中间层2和成型于所述中间层2上表面的面层3,所述保暖层1和所述中间层2通过针法缝合在一起,所述面层3通过真空喷涂工艺成型于所述中间层2上;所述保暖层1为纺织物再经过拉绒处理的绒布,由经纱和纬纱交织而成的,所述经纱是由羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维混纺而成的,所述纬纱是由竹纤维纺纱而成的,按占所述保暖层质量的百分数计算,所述各纤维含量分别为:羊毛纤维60%、兔毛纤维20%和竹纤维20%;所述中间层2为100%聚酯纤维制成的无纺布,所述面层3为聚氨酯微孔面层,所述面层3的厚度为5μm。

本发明揭示了一种复合保暖面料,是由保暖层、中间层和面层复合而成的,其中包暖层是由多种具有良好保暖性的纤维混纺成纱后、在经编织和拉绒处理的绒布,具有极佳的保暖性和舒适性,并且保暖层和中间层使用针法连接在一起;中间层为聚酯纤维无纺布,适合聚氨酯微孔面层涂覆其上,使得面层与中间层具有良好的结合度;通过上述方式复合的面料,该面料里层呈丰润的绒毛状,外层呈光滑的皮革状,具有良好的保暖效果,同时具有良好的耐磨性,适合作为严寒地带户外作业用的工作服面料推广。

1.一种复合保暖面料,其特征在于,包括:保暖层、位于所述保暖层上表面的中间层和成型于所述中间层上表面的面层,所述保暖层和所述中间层通过针法缝合在一起,所述面层通过真空喷涂工艺成型于所述中间层上;所述保暖层为纺织物再经过拉绒处理的绒布,由经纱和纬纱交织而成的,所述经纱是由羊毛纤维和兔毛纤维混纺而成的,所述纬纱是由竹纤维纺纱而成的,按占所述保暖层质量的百分数计算,所述各纤维含量分别为:羊毛纤维60%-65%、兔毛纤维20%-25%和竹纤维10%-20%;所述中间层为100%聚酯纤维制成的无纺布,所述面层为聚氨酯微孔面层,所述面层的厚度为5-6μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合保暖面料,其特征在于,所述保暖层采用平纹组织结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合保暖面料,其特征在于,所述包暖层是采用针孔抓绒工艺制成的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合保暖面料,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯微孔面层是由PU发泡加工制作而成的。
