Claims (3)

1. A method for improving the germination rate of cyclocarya paliurus seeds is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: seed collection: selecting seeds with plump seeds, golden surface color and no black spots, and drying for 1-2 days for later use;
s2: seed treatment: the method comprises the following steps:
t1: firstly, operating support adjusting components (2) which are sequentially positioned on the same plane, rotating a connecting rod (213) to enable a positioning block (29) to correspond to a rectangular hole (210), popping a supporting column (23), and then placing a placing plate (31) on the supporting column (23);
t2: then, seeds are sprinkled on the placing plate (31), the position of the vibration device (5) is adjusted through the handle (510), the positioning pin (59) is inserted into the positioning hole (212) in the connecting plate (211), the motor (54) is started, the vibration device (5) drives the placing plate to vibrate, the seeds are uniformly rolled into the placing hole (32), are positioned in the sponge placing frame (33), and are placed on the multiple layers of placing plates (31) in a similar manner, and the seeds are uniformly sprinkled in the placing hole (32) through the vibration device;
t3: dripping 1N NaOH solution into 1000ml of clear water to adjust the pH value of the solution to 8.2-8.6 at the temperature of 30 ℃, adding an alkaline solution into the soaking box (1), soaking the pretreated seeds for 6-8h by using the alkaline solution, and then cleaning the surfaces of the seeds;
t4: soaking in 60 deg.C warm water for 10-12 hr, naturally cooling, discharging warm water, adding into 0.02% gibberellin solution, soaking for 20-24 hr, taking out seed, and draining to obtain seed;
the equipment for seed treatment in S2 comprises a soaking tank (1), wherein both sides of the soaking tank (1) are provided with supporting and adjusting components (2), a placing device (3) is arranged on the supporting and adjusting component (2), a vibration device (5) is arranged on one side of the soaking box (1), a flow guide component (6) is arranged on the other side of the soaking tank (1), a tank cover (8) is arranged on the top of the soaking tank (1), the placing device (3) comprises a placing plate (31), a plurality of placing holes (32) are arranged on the placing plate (31), a sponge placing frame (33) is bonded inside the placing holes (32), a vertical guide plate (34) and a horizontal guide plate (35) are respectively arranged on the top of the placing plate (31) and between the placing holes (32), the side of the top of the placing plate (31) is fixedly connected with a positioning frame (36);
the supporting and adjusting assembly (2) comprises an installation cavity (21), a piston block (22) is arranged in the installation cavity (21), a supporting column (23) is fixedly connected to one side of the piston block (22), a positioning shaft (24) is fixedly connected to one side of the top of the supporting column (23), and a rubber ring (25) is sleeved on the surface of the supporting column (23);
the surface of the rubber ring (25) is fixedly connected with a sealing cover (27), the inner surface of the mounting cavity (21) is provided with an annular groove (26), and the side of the sealing cover (27) is fixedly connected with the inside of the annular groove (26);
