referring to the attached drawings 1-7 of the specification, through carrying out sterilization treatment on seeds, intelligently monitoring the seed soaking environment by using a first temperature sensor 27, a second temperature sensor 28 and a humidity sensor 29, displaying the environment data on a touch display screen 30, intelligently controlling the first heater 7, the second heater 16 and a pressure pump 22 to work through a single chip microcomputer 39, regulating and controlling the optimum temperature for seed growth, having high intelligent degree, and simultaneously, in the process of slow soaking, using an induced fan 35 and an exhaust fan 36 to work in a matching manner, realizing the circulation of air inside the second seed soaking box 3 and ensuring the air required by seed germination.
