When the case sidewall 13 is formed by surrounding the first, second, third and fourth sidewalls 131, 133, 135 and 137, the first, second, third and fourth sidewalls 131, 133, 135 and 137 are each provided with at least one rib to support the edge of the second case 30. It will be appreciated that two or more ribs may be provided on each of the first, second, third and fourth side walls 131, 133, 135 and 137 to further ensure the effectiveness of the connection to the second housing 30.
The second housing 30 may be attached and fixed to the housing sidewall 13 of the first housing 10 by welding and pasting. When the shell side wall 13 is provided with the protruding ribs, the edge of the second shell 30 can be firstly overlapped with the protruding ribs along the circumferential direction, and then the edge of the second shell 30 is welded to the shell side wall 13 or stuck to the shell side wall 13, so that the convenience of operation of an operator is improved, and the accuracy of the connection position of the second shell 30 is improved.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the first shell 10, the sounding unit 40 and the second shell 30 are enclosed to form the rear acoustic cavity 70, the second shell 30 is provided with the leakage channel 535 communicated with the rear acoustic cavity 70, the second shell 30 is also provided with the damping piece 31, and the damping piece 31 seals the leakage channel 535. The venting channel 535 can play a role in balancing static pressure on the rear acoustic cavity 70, and the second housing 30 may further be provided with a filling hole, where the filling hole is communicated with the rear acoustic cavity 70, and can fill the sound-absorbing material into the rear acoustic cavity 70, and the filling hole and the venting channel 535 may have the same structure or different structures, i.e., the sound-absorbing material may be filled into the rear acoustic cavity 70 through the venting channel 535. Damping member 31 may be used to block venting channel 535.
The invention also provides an electronic device, which comprises the speaker module 100, and the specific structure of the speaker module 100 refers to the above embodiment, and since the electronic device adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and will not be described in detail herein.
The electronic equipment comprises a shell, wherein the loudspeaker module 100 is accommodated in the shell, the electronic equipment is further provided with a main control board, and the sounding monomer 40 in the loudspeaker module 100 is electrically connected with the main control board through a circuit board.
The electronic device may include a sound hole, and the sound outlet 5311 of the speaker module 100 may be disposed corresponding to the sound hole, so that the sound emitted by the speaker module 100 can be transmitted to the outside through the sound outlet 535 and the sound hole for receiving by the user.
The electronic device may further include a display screen and/or a key electrically connected to the main control board, where a user can implement functional control of the speaker module 100 by touching the display screen and/or the key.

Claims (8)

1. A speaker module, comprising:
the first shell is a metal piece and comprises a shell bottom wall and a shell side wall, and the shell side wall is circumferentially combined with the shell bottom wall;
the second shell is a metal piece and is connected to one side of the shell side wall, which is away from the shell bottom wall, in the circumferential direction, so that the second shell covers the first shell to form a containing cavity; and
the sound generating device comprises a third shell and a sound generating unit, wherein the third shell is a plastic piece and comprises a containing part and a sound generating part which are connected;
the shell side wall of the first shell is provided with a mounting hole communicated with the accommodating cavity, the accommodating part is accommodated in the accommodating cavity through the mounting hole and is connected with the shell bottom wall, the sounding monomer is connected with the accommodating part in the accommodating cavity, the sounding monomer, the accommodating part and the shell bottom wall are enclosed to form a front sound cavity, and the sounding part is at least partially positioned on one side of the shell side wall away from the accommodating cavity and is provided with sound channels communicated with the front sound cavity and the outside;
the sound outlet part is provided with a first mounting surface which is away from the side wall of the shell, the first mounting surface is provided with a sound outlet, the sound channel is communicated with the front sound cavity and the sound outlet, the sound outlet part is provided with a second mounting surface which is away from the first mounting surface, and the second mounting surface is abutted against the surface of the side wall of the shell which is away from the accommodating cavity;
the mounting hole and the second mounting surface are configured to insert the accommodating part of the third shell through the mounting hole when the third shell is mounted, so that the accommodating part can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity, and the second mounting surface on the sound outlet part is stopped on the outer surface of the side wall of the shell, so that the mounting alignment is facilitated, and the mounting position of the third shell and the first shell is accurate.
2. The speaker module of claim 1, wherein the sound outlet is located in a middle portion of the first mounting surface, and the sound channel gradually approaches the bottom wall of the housing during a process of extending from the sound outlet to the receiving cavity.
3. The speaker module of claim 1, wherein the housing sidewall includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall disposed opposite to each other, and a third sidewall and a fourth sidewall disposed opposite to each other, the first sidewall, the third sidewall, the second sidewall, and the fourth sidewall being connected end to end in sequence, the mounting hole being provided in the first sidewall, the second mounting surface being in abutment with the first sidewall outside the mounting hole.
4. A loudspeaker module according to claim 3, wherein the first mounting surface is disposed at an angle to the first side wall.
5. The loudspeaker module of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein two ends of the accommodating portion are connected with the sound emitting portion and are enclosed to form a ring shape, the accommodating portion is connected with the bottom wall of the shell in a sealing manner along the circumferential direction, a lap joint table is formed on one side of the accommodating portion, which faces away from the bottom wall of the shell, along the circumferential direction, and a stop table is convexly arranged on the outer side of the lap joint table, the sound emitting unit is lapped on the lap joint table along the circumferential direction, and the stop table is enclosed on the outer side of the sound emitting unit.
6. The speaker module as recited in claim 5, wherein a gap is formed between a surface of the sound generating unit facing the stopper table and the stopper table, and an adhesive is filled in the gap.
7. The speaker module of claim 1, wherein the second housing is welded or glued to the housing sidewall.
8. An electronic device comprising a speaker module according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
