In this embodiment, the first connecting portion 112 is a plurality of positioning protrusions, the second connecting portion 122 is a plurality of positioning grooves, and each positioning protrusion is welded and fixed to a groove wall of the corresponding positioning groove, so as to fix the first housing 11 and the second housing 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the first connecting portion 112 is a positioning groove, and the second connecting portion 122 is a positioning protrusion, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, by arranging the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 122 as a positioning protrusion and a positioning groove structure, a positioning fit clamping is realized by using the positioning protrusion and the positioning groove, so as to realize the positioning assembly of the first housing 11 and the second housing 12.
Alternatively, the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 may be welded together by welding the positioning protrusions and the groove walls of the corresponding positioning grooves. fourthly, placing the speaker monomer 4 on the plastic support 2, buckling the first shell 11 on the second shell 12 to define a closed installation space 1a, wherein the first shell 11 is provided with a positioning bulge, the second shell is provided with a positioning groove, the positioning bulge extends into the corresponding positioning groove, and the outer periphery of the first shell 11 and the inner peripheral wall of the second shell 12 define a gluing groove 115;
fifthly, the groove walls of the positioning grooves corresponding to the positioning protrusions are welded to connect the first shell 11 and the second shell 12, then the gluing grooves 115 are filled with sealing glue, a sealing element is formed after the sealing glue is solidified, the sealing element can further seal the gap between the first shell 11 and the second shell 12, and the sealing performance of the loudspeaker module 100 is improved.
It should be noted that the assembling process of the speaker module 100 is only exemplary, and is not a specific limitation to the assembling process of the speaker module 100 of the present invention. the plastic support is arranged in the mounting space and is fixed on the bottom wall of the second shell, and the plastic support is provided with an avoidance hole which is opposite to the sound outlet;
the sealing ring is respectively connected with the inner wall of the avoidance hole and the bottom wall of the second shell, and the sealing ring is arranged around the sound outlet; and
the loudspeaker monomer is arranged in the installation space and supported on the plastic support, and the vibrating diaphragm of the loudspeaker monomer and the sound outlet are arranged right opposite to each other.
2. The speaker module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing ring extends obliquely toward the plastic frame along the direction from the sound outlet to the speaker unit.
3. The speaker module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the speaker unit and the inner peripheral wall of the plastic frame are spaced apart to define a glue-coated space, and the glue-coated space is filled with a sealant.

The speaker module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plastic bracket includes a vertically extending body portion, a portion of the body portion extending relative to the body portion in a direction approaching the speaker unit to form a first support portion, and the speaker unit is fixedly sealed to the first support portion.
5. The speaker module as claimed in claim 4, wherein the body portion has a second support portion at an end thereof adjacent to the first housing, the speaker module further comprising a spacer mesh fixed to the second support portion;
and/or a supporting table is arranged at one end of the body part close to the first shell, a positioning column is arranged on the supporting table, a positioning hole is formed in a flexible circuit board of the loudspeaker module, and the positioning column extends into the positioning hole.

The speaker module as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the speaker unit, wherein the flexible circuit board has an inner pad located in the mounting space, and an insulating spacer is disposed on the inner peripheral wall of the second housing corresponding to the inner pad.

The speaker module according to claim 1, wherein a glue coating area is defined by the inner wall of the avoiding hole and the bottom wall of the second housing together around the sound outlet, the glue coating area is filled with sealing glue, and the sealing glue forms the sealing ring after being solidified.

The speaker module as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the enclosure further comprises a sealing member, the first housing is welded to the second housing, and the sealing member surrounds a periphery of a joint of the first housing and the second housing to hermetically connect the first housing and the second housing.

The speaker module as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first housing has a first connecting portion, the second housing has a second connecting portion, the second connecting portion is connected to the first connecting portion in an aligned manner, one of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is a positioning protrusion, the other of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion is a positioning groove, and the positioning protrusion is welded and fixed to a groove wall of the corresponding positioning groove.

The speaker module as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first housing includes a central portion and an edge portion disposed on an outer periphery of the central portion, the edge portion is connected to the second housing, the edge portion is bent and extended toward a direction close to the speaker unit relative to the central portion to define a glue groove with the second housing, the glue groove is filled with a sealing glue, and the sealing glue is solidified to form the sealing member.
