Compared with the prior art, in the loudspeaker box and the assembling method thereof provided by the invention, the sound generating monomer is fixed on the supporting wall, one side of the sound generating monomer, which is close to the sound guide channel, is abutted against the extending wall, the abutting part is provided with the glue layer, and the glue layer is simultaneously arranged on the surface of the sound generating monomer, which faces the upper cover, and the surface of the extending wall, which faces the upper cover, so that the waterproof sealing between the sound generating monomer and the abutting wall is realized, the structure is simple, the waterproof effect is good, the supporting structure for supporting the sound generating monomer, which is close to one side of the sound guide channel, is omitted, the sound emitting height of the sound guide channel is greatly increased, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker box is better.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention provides a speaker box 100, which includes an upper cover 1, a lower cover 2, a sound generating unit 3, a sound guiding channel 4, an extending wall 5 and a glue layer 6.
The lower cover 2 covers the upper cover 1 and jointly forms an accommodating space 10. The upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 can be of an integral structure or a split structure.
Specifically, the upper cover 1 is provided with a support wall 11 extending towards the lower cover 2, a through hole 12 penetrating through the support wall, and a cover plate 13 completely covering the through hole 12.
The support wall 11 has a ring-shaped structure, such as a rectangular shape, and is used for supporting the sound-generating unit 3. Therefore, the shape thereof may be matched to the sound emission unit 3.
A fracture 111 is formed on one side of the supporting wall 11 close to the sound guide channel 4.
The sound generating unit 3 is accommodated and fixed in the accommodating space 10. Specifically, the sound-emitting unit 3 is fixed to the supporting wall 11 to form a fixed seal, for example, by gluing to form a fixed seal with the supporting wall 11. The through hole 12 is opposite to the sounding monomer 3.
The sound generating unit 3 divides the accommodating space 10 into a front sound cavity 7 and a rear cavity 101.
That is, the sound generating unit 3 and the upper cover 1 are arranged at intervals and jointly enclose the front sound cavity 7; the sounding monomer 3, the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 jointly enclose the rear cavity 101.
The sound guiding channel 4 is formed in the receiving space 10. Specifically, the sound guide channel 4 is formed in the upper cover 1, and may be an integrally formed structure with the upper cover 1.
The sound guide channel 4 and the front sound cavity 7 together form a front cavity 102, and the front sound cavity 7 is communicated with the outside.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the sounding unit 3 is supported by the supporting wall 11 and surrounds the front acoustic cavity 7 with the upper cover 1 at an interval, and the front acoustic cavity 7 is communicated with the sound guide channel 4 through the fracture 111.
The extension wall 5 is formed by extending a side of the sound guide channel 4 close to the lower cover 2 to the sound generating unit 3. One side of the sound generating unit 3 close to the sound guide channel 4 abuts against the extension wall 5.
Preferably, the surface of the sounding unit 3 facing the upper cover 1 and the surface of the extension wall 5 facing the upper cover 1 are flush.
The glue layer 6 is strip-shaped and is arranged at the butt joint of the sounding monomer 3 and the extension wall 5 and is arranged at the same time towards the sounding monomer 3 and the upper cover 1 and the extension wall 5.
The structure enables the sound generating monomer 3 and the upper cover 1 to form the front sound cavity 7 and then the periphery of the front sound cavity to completely form fixed sealing, so that the waterproof sealing of the front cavity 102 is realized, the structure is simple, and the waterproof effect is good; and a supporting structure for supporting the sounding monomer 3 close to one side of the sound guide channel 4 is omitted, so that the sound outlet height of the sound guide channel 4 is increased to a great extent, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker box 100 is better.
In this embodiment, the outer surface of the glue layer 6 is arc-shaped. The structure can reduce the occupation of the sound outlet height of the sound guide channel 4 as much as possible on one hand, and the arc surface can reduce the resistance to the air flow and utilize the sound production on the other hand.
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention further provides a method for assembling a speaker box, which provides the speaker box 100 of the present invention, the method includes the following steps:
step S1, assembling the sounding monomer:
the sound generating side of the sound generating unit 3 faces the supporting wall 11 and is assembled and fixed on the supporting wall 11, and one side, close to the sound guide channel 4, of the sound generating unit 3 is abutted against the extending wall.
In this step, the sound generating unit 3 and the supporting wall 11 are fixed by gluing, that is, the other sides of the sound generating unit 3 except the side surface close to the sound guide channel 4 are fixed and sealed.
Step S2, setting a glue layer: the through hole 12 is glued to the abutting position of the sound generating single body 3 and the extension wall 5, and the glue is simultaneously arranged on the surface of the sound generating single body 3 facing the upper cover 1 and the surface of the extension wall 5 facing the upper cover 1.
After the step is finished, the periphery of the sounding monomer 3 is completely fixed and sealed, so that the waterproof sealing of the front cavity 102 is realized, the structure is simple, and the waterproof effect is good; and a supporting structure for supporting the sounding monomer 3 close to one side of the sound guide channel 4 is omitted, so that the sound outlet height of the sound guide channel 4 is increased to a great extent, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker box 100 is better. Preferably, the abutting part (the position of the glue layer 6) of the sounding single body 3 and the extension wall 5 is opposite to the through hole 12, so that glue is conveniently applied.
Step S3, assembling a lower cover and a cover plate:
the lower cover 2 is fitted to the upper cover 1 and the cover plate 13 is completely covered on the through hole 12, respectively.
It should be noted that, in this step, the process of assembling the lower cover 2 to the upper cover 1 may be performed after step S1 and before step S2, which is also possible.
Compared with the prior art, in the loudspeaker box and the assembling method thereof provided by the invention, the sound generating monomer is fixed on the supporting wall, one side of the sound generating monomer, which is close to the sound guide channel, is abutted against the extending wall, the abutting part is provided with the glue layer, and the glue layer is simultaneously arranged on the surface of the sound generating monomer, which faces the upper cover, and the surface of the extending wall, which faces the upper cover, so that the waterproof sealing between the sound generating monomer and the abutting wall is realized, the structure is simple, the waterproof effect is good, the supporting structure for supporting the sound generating monomer, which is close to one side of the sound guide channel, is omitted, the sound emitting height of the sound guide channel is greatly increased, and the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker box is better.

assembling a sounding monomer: assembling and fixing the sound generating side of the sound generating unit to the supporting wall towards the supporting wall, and enabling one side, close to the sound guide channel, of the sound generating unit to abut against the extending wall;
setting a glue layer: the upper cover is provided with a through hole penetrating through the upper cover and a cover plate completely covering the through hole, glue is applied to the abutting position of the sound generating single body and the extension wall through the through hole, and the glue is simultaneously arranged on the surface of the sound generating single body facing the upper cover and the surface of the extension wall facing the upper cover;
assembling a lower cover and a cover plate: and respectively assembling the lower cover on the upper cover and completely covering the cover plate on the through hole.
