As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a speaker module 100, which includes a housing 1, a cover plate 2 enclosing with the housing 1 to form an accommodation space, and a speaker unit 3 having a diaphragm 31 accommodated in the accommodation space. The speaker unit 3 divides the housing space into a front chamber 101 and a rear chamber 102.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a cover plate 2 of the speaker module of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the housing 1 of the speaker module according to the present invention.
The housing 1 includes a sidewall 12 and a bottom wall 11 enclosing a receiving space, wherein the sidewall 12 is formed by bending and extending from the bottom wall 11. The bottom wall 11 is provided with a unit fixing hole 110 for fixing the speaker unit 3. The sidewall 12 is disposed around the cell fixing hole 110. The sidewall 12 is recessed toward the top of the cover plate 2 to form a step 121, and the step 121 is in a closed ring shape. The sidewall 12 includes a first sidewall 122, a second sidewall 123 disposed opposite the first sidewall 122, and a third sidewall 124 connecting the first sidewall 122 and the second sidewall 123. The first sidewall 122 is provided with a sound outlet 120. The top of the first sidewall 122 forms the step portion 121, and the bottom of the first sidewall 122 forms the first welding portion 15 opposite to the step portion 121. The housing 1 further includes a pair of second welding portions 13 formed by extending from the step portion 121 to the bottom wall 11, and in this embodiment, the second welding portions 13 are a slope structure. The pair of second welding portions 13 are respectively located on opposite sides of the sound outlet hole 120. The case 1 further includes a pair of third welding portions 14 connected to opposite end portions of the second welding portion 13 and the first welding portion 15, respectively.
The cover plate 2 specifically includes a main body portion 21, a housing portion 22 provided on the main body portion 21 for fixing the speaker unit 3, and a sound guide portion 23. The housing portion 22 includes an annular wall 222 formed by extending the body portion 21 in the direction toward the housing 1, and a housing space 221 surrounded by the annular wall 222, and the speaker unit 3 is housed in the housing space 221 and is fixed in contact with the annular wall 222. The sound guide portion 23 extends from the housing portion 22 toward the sound outlet 120 side of the housing 1, and the sound guide portion 23 has a sound guide passage 235 communicating the front chamber and the sound outlet 120.
A first welding rib 26 is formed in the body portion 21 at a position corresponding to the step portion 121 of the housing 1, and the first welding rib 26 is formed by extending the body portion 21 toward the housing 1. Accordingly, the first welding bead 26 forms a closed loop structure.
The sound guide 23 includes a bottom plate 231 located on the main body 21, a top plate 232 facing the bottom plate 231, and a side plate 233 connecting the bottom plate 231 and the top plate 232. The bottom plate 231, the top plate 232 and the side plates 233 together enclose a sound guiding channel 235 having two open ends. The sound guide channel 235 communicates with the accommodating space 221. Preferably, the sound guide 23 further includes a partition 234 inserted in the sound guide channel 235 and separating the sound guide channel into two. In alternative embodiments, the number of the partition plates 234 may be plural, and the sound guide portion 23 is divided into a plurality of sound guide channels 235. The cover plate 2 is further provided with first inclined surfaces 24 extending from the main body portion 21 on the side close to the sound outlet hole 120 toward the accommodating portion 22 on both sides of the sound guide portion 23, and first connection surfaces 27 connecting the first inclined surfaces 24 and the accommodating portion 22. The first connecting surface 27 is flush with the plane of the top plate 232. The cover plate 2 further includes a second welding rib 25 provided on the first inclined surface 24, the first connection surface 27, and the top plate 232 of the sound guide 23. The second welding rib 25 is formed by the lid plate 2 projecting toward the housing 1. The second welding rib 25 is connected to the first welding rib 26, and also forms a closed ring structure.
During assembly, the diaphragm 31 of the speaker unit 3 and the main body 21 of the cover plate 2 are spaced to form the front cavity 101, the sound guide channel 235 of the cover plate 2 communicates the front cavity 101 and the sound outlet 120, the top plate 232 abuts against the first welding part 15, and the rear cavity 102 is enclosed by the speaker unit 3, the bottom wall 11 of the housing 1, the second side wall 123 of the housing 1, the main body 21 of the cover plate 2, and the top plate 232.
In the present invention, the cover plate 2 and the housing 1 are fixed by welding, the first welding rib 26 of the main body portion 21 of the cover plate 2 is accommodated on the step portion 121 of the housing 1, and the fixing of the two is realized by the LDS technology and the accommodating space is formed so as to separate the accommodating space from the external environment. When the cover plate 2 is assembled with the housing 1, the sound guide part 23 of the cover plate 2 is abutted and fixed with the first side wall 122, so that the sound guide channel 235 in the sound guide part 23 is in butt joint communication with the sound outlet hole 120, and the front cavity is communicated with the outside through the sound outlet hole 120. Specifically, the top plate 232 of the sound guide portion 23 is accommodated between the two second inclined surfaces 13 and abuts against the first welding portion 15, the first inclined surfaces 24 on the two sides of the sound guide portion 23 abut against the second welding portion 13, the first connecting surface 27 is connected with the third welding portion 14, the second welding rib 25 of the cover plate 2 abuts against the first welding portion 13, the second welding portion 15 and the third welding portion 14, and the second welding rib 25 is hermetically fixed to the first welding portion 15, the second welding portion 13 and the third welding portion 14 by the LDS technology, so that the front cavity 101 is separated from the rear cavity 102.
The structure of the loudspeaker module can meet the LDS requirement which cannot be met by the conventional structure, and ensures that the side surface of the sound outlet and the LDS surface are on the same cover plate; and the front cavity/the rear cavity and the outside are isolated simultaneously by designing the special welding rib trend; the front cavity and the outside do not need to be additionally provided with a glue coating process, appearance problems such as glue coating and the like do not need to be considered, and the side wall of the sound outlet channel is not disassembled, so that performance consistency is facilitated.
