The loudspeaker box of the invention can be applied to portable mobile communication devices, such as electronic products of mobile phones, game machines and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the speaker box 100 of the present invention includes a sound generating unit 1 and a housing accommodating the sound generating unit 1. The housing includes a front cover 2 and a rear cover 3 covering the front cover 2.
The sounding unit 1 comprises a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system and a basin stand 13. The vibration system may vibrate in a vibration direction. In the present embodiment, the vibration system includes a diaphragm 11, and the magnetic circuit system includes a yoke 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the front cover 2 includes a support member 21 supporting one side of the sound generating unit 1 having the diaphragm 11, a sound guide channel 22 injection-molded and fixedly connected with the support member 21, and a connecting member 23 fixedly connecting the support member 21 and the rear cover 3.
The rear cover 3 includes a base wall 31, a plurality of side walls extending from an edge of the base wall 31, and a receiving groove 30 formed by the base wall 31 and the plurality of side walls, the sound generating unit 1 is received in the receiving groove 30, one of the plurality of side walls is provided with an opening 320 recessed from an edge thereof away from the base wall 31, the opening 320 is communicated with the receiving groove 30, and the sound guiding channel 22 protrudes from the opening 320. In the present embodiment, the base wall 31 has a rectangular shape, and the plurality of side walls include a first side wall 32, a second side wall 33, a third side wall 3, and a fourth side wall 35, which extend perpendicularly from both edges of the base wall 31 located on the major axis, and which extend perpendicularly from both edges of the base wall 31 located on the minor axis. The opening 320 is disposed on the first sidewall 32 and has a trapezoidal shape.
In the present embodiment, the support member 21, the connecting member 23, and the rear cover 3 are made of a metal material, and the connecting member 23 and the rear cover 3 are fixed together by laser welding.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the support member 21 and the sound guide channel 22 are integrally formed by injection molding, but in other embodiments, the support member 21 and the sound guide channel 22 may be separately injection molded and then welded together.
The supporting member 21 includes a bottom wall 211 opposite to the diaphragm 11 and spaced apart from the diaphragm, a supporting wall 212 extending from the bottom wall 211 to a direction close to the sound generating unit 1 and supporting the sound generating unit 1, and a blocking wall 213 extending from the supporting wall 212 to the rear cover 3 and surrounding the sound generating unit 1.
The support wall 212 includes a fixing plate 2121 fixed to the diaphragm 11 of the sound generating unit 1 and a connecting plate 2122 connecting the bottom wall 211 and the fixing plate 2121. The connecting plate 2122 extends in a bent manner and includes a step 2123 abutting against the connecting member 23. In this embodiment, the blocking walls 213 include four walls and extend from the outer periphery of the fixed plate 2121. The blocking wall 213 is fixed on the frame 13 of the sound generating unit 1, and can be fixed by gluing or welding. By providing the blocking wall 213, the fixed connection strength of the front cover 2 and the sound generating unit 1 is improved.
The connector 23 includes a flat plate 231 surrounding the bottom wall 211 and opposing the fixing plate 2121 at an interval, a fixing portion 232 protruding from an outer peripheral edge of the flat plate 231 in a direction approaching the sound emitting unit 1, and fixing legs 233 protruding from both ends of the flat plate 231. The fixing portion 232 is fixed to the rear cover 3, and the fixing legs 233 are fixed to the sound guide passage 22. The inner periphery of the flat plate 231 is fixed to the step 2123 of the connecting plate 2122.
The sound guide channel 22 includes a first wall 221 abutting against the frame 13 of the sound generating unit 1, a second wall 222 connecting the first wall 221 and protruding from the opening 320, and a channel 220 penetrating the first wall 221 and the second wall 222. The first wall 221 further includes fixing blocks 2211 located at two ends thereof and abutting against the first side wall 32 of the rear cover 3, and the fixing blocks 2211 are wedge-shaped and include a pair of step portions 2212 located at one end thereof close to the bottom wall 211 and receiving the fixing legs 233 of the connecting member 23. The second wall 222 is located outside the housing and includes a stop 2221 at an end thereof away from the base plate 211, and the stop 2221 abuts against the first side wall 32, and can be fixed by gluing or welding at the abutting position.
The fixing portions 232 of the connecting member 23 are fixed to the plurality of side walls of the rear cover 3 by laser welding.
The sound generating unit 1, the supporting member 21 and the connecting member 23 jointly enclose a front cavity 41, the front cavity 41 is communicated with the outside through a channel 220 of the sound guide channel 22, and the sound generating unit 1, the front cover 2 and the rear cover 3 jointly form a closed rear cavity 42.
The support member 21 of the front cover 2 made of a metal material can directly support the sound generating unit 1, so that the volume of a support structure for supporting the sound generating unit in the prior art is saved, and the volume of the rear cavity is increased.

s4, the rear cover 3 is assembled to the front cover 2 and fixed by laser welding.

After the loudspeaker 100 is assembled, the space of the rear cavity 42 is enlarged through the arrangement of the support piece 21 and the sound guide channel 22, so that the rear cavity is maximized, and the acoustic performance is improved. Compared with the prior injection molding shell, the connecting piece 23 and the rear cover 3 made of metal materials can reduce the thickness while ensuring the structural strength, and meet the requirement of product miniaturization.
