Abstract

本发明异型曲柄对置式柴油内燃机,是一个四冲程对置式内燃机,与常规四冲程内燃机最大不同的是主轴旋转一周,对置式两缸各完成一个工作循环(常规四冲程内燃机主轴旋转两周完成一个工作)设;6对缸内燃机(一左一右为一对缸),以0°、30°、60°、90°、120°、150°的位置上各有一对缸做功,主轴旋转一周,共有12个缸均布连续做功。这样的小机型,大功率柴油内燃机,可用与货轮、舰艇、坦克上。

Description

异型曲柄对置式柴油内燃机
一、技术领域、本发明异型曲柄对置式柴油内燃机,尚属四冲程内燃机系列领 P域。
二、背景技术、目前国内外四冲程内燃机曲柄旋转两周完成一个工作循环,而异型曲柄四冲程对置式内燃机,主轴旋转一周,对置两缸各完成一个工作循环,尚属领先地位。
三、发明内容、本发明技术由:主轴、异型曲柄、大滚轮、滚道轨、直杆活塞、缸套、缸盖及配气机构、对开缸体、轴承盘座、轴承(111000型)、紧定衬套、内外轴承盖。由异型曲柄传动机构及大滚轮驱动对置活塞左右往返运动。主轴、异型曲柄、大滚轮组成成一个独立体(A),滚道轨与左右直杆活塞组成一个独立体(B);独立体(A)的大滚轮装配到独立体(B)的滚道轨的接触面上,呈微隙配合。主轴嵌装着半圆键与异型曲柄为固配合,为增加主轴的抗弯强度,中间设置数道COOPER剖分轴承支撑。对开缸体将左右两侧活塞固定在往返运动的轨道上,对开缸体接触面两侧对角各安装一个定位销定位,螺丝紧固。直杆活塞与滚道轨由30°的齿槽吻合链接和定位销定位,螺丝紧固(见图3)。
主轴穿过缸体两侧加工的圆孔(轴承盘座内装有111000型轴承由内外轴承盖紧固,使轴承定位)将全套轴承盘座,套在主轴两侧各由六条对丝固定在两侧缸壁上,内轴承盖卡槽装有扁头螺栓,防止螺栓转动,卡槽末端穿有开口销,防止螺栓脱出(见图4)。打开外轴承盖,(将大滚轮中心线对准滚道轨中心线)将紧定衬套螺母锁紧,装上油密封
轴承盖,螺丝紧固。也可采取常规式轴瓦结构,对开缸体的一侧缸体设有数道轴瓦支架,其中有一道翻边止推瓦(参考康明斯止推瓦结构)由轴瓦盖将主轴固定在对开缸体的一侧缸体上,主轴端装有阻油封。

一、具体实施方式
图中1主轴、2异型曲柄、3大滚轮(内装轴承)、4滚道轨、5 直杆活塞、6缸套、7缸盖8轴承盘座、9内外轴承盖、10轴承、 11紧定承套 12对开缸体。
实施例一

可做成1、2、3、4、5、6、8对缸内燃机,设:六对缸haoshi内燃机,以0°、30°、60°、90°、120°、150°的位置上各有一对缸做功,主轴旋转一周,共有12个缸均布连续做功。四对缸haoshi内燃机,以0°、45°、90°、135°的位置上各有一对缸做功,主轴旋转一周,共有8个缸均布连续做功。
柴油内燃机匹配增压器有两种方式,(1)排气涡轮增压,(2)主轴前端设置一个大涡轮供各缸增压。
实施例二
多对缸内燃机,一侧所有缸数同时并列做功(这是内燃机的一大特点)。即X对缸内燃机,一侧X缸数同时并列做功,主轴旋转一周共有2X缸在做功。
例:2对缸机(一左一右为一对缸),左侧两个缸同时并列做功,
主轴旋转一周共有四个缸在做功,
同理,3对缸机主轴旋转一周,共有6个缸在做功。
设:6对缸内燃机(实施例一) 升程140mm
缸径选择100-135mm 转速选择2000-2200r/min
功率可达1000数百ps。
这样的小机型大功率柴油内燃机可用于货轮、舰艇、坦克上。

Claims (4)

1.本发明异型曲柄对置式四冲程柴油内燃机,主轴旋转一周对置两缸各完成一个工作循环。其结构由:主轴、异型曲柄、大滚轮、滚道轨、直杆活塞、缸套、缸盖、对开缸体等组成内燃机。
2.连接异型曲柄的三个大滚轮(内装轴承)取代了飞轮之动平衡的作用,又是一个大扭矩蓄能器。
3.可做成由直柄连接主轴与大滚轮(见图7),形成无曲柄内燃机。
4.多对缸内燃机,一侧所有缸数同时并列做功。即X对缸内燃机,一侧X缸数同时并列做功,主轴旋转一周就有2X缸在做功。
