Abstract
本发明涉及灭火弹技术领域,提供一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具及灭火弹身成型方法。本发明实施例的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,通过在芯模的周面设置一字槽,并于一字槽中插接插板,使得芯模的周面被隔开,使得于芯模的周面覆设预浸料时,使得预浸料的径向纤维断裂,使得灭火弹容易爆破。

技术领域
本发明涉及灭火弹技术领域,具体地涉及一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具及灭火弹身成型方法。
背景技术
现有灭火弹结构,多为分段结构,装填干粉对密封性要求比较高;整体式非金属的灭火弹结构形式,难以满足爆破要求。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具及灭火弹身成型方法。具体技术方案如下:
本发明实施例的第一方面提供一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,包括芯模,所述芯模的周面设有至少一对一字槽,所述一字槽沿芯模轴向设置,所述一字槽中插接有插板。
进一步地,每对所述一字槽之间的连线经过芯模的轴线。
进一步地,相邻对所述一字槽之间的距离相同。
进一步地,所述芯模的外周侧设有可对芯模外周加压的加压装置。
进一步地,所述加压装置为可充放气的环形气囊,所述环形气囊绕所述芯模设置。
进一步地,所述环形气囊中填充有软质衬垫。
进一步地,所述软质衬垫为泡沫。
进一步地,所述一字槽的宽度介于3-6mm。
本发明实施例的第二方面提供一种根据第一方面所述的灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具制造灭火弹身的方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将所述插板插接于所述芯模的一字槽中;
第二步、将预浸料铺设于所述芯模的外表形成预浸料铺层,所述预浸料铺层位于插板之间;
第三步、将所述插板从一字槽中抽离,所述预浸料铺层之间形成沟槽;
第四步、对所述预浸料铺层进行加热;
第五步、用所述加压装置对预浸料铺层进行加压,预浸料中多余的树脂流动到原有插板位置,形成整体结构;
第六步、对固化后的预浸料铺层脱模。
本发明实施例的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,通过在芯模的周面设置一字槽,并于一字槽中插接插板,使得芯模的周面被隔开,使得于芯模的周面覆设预浸料时,使得预浸料的径向纤维断裂,使得灭火弹容易爆破。

这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。
如图1所示,本发明实施例的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,包括芯模1,芯模1的周面设有至少一对一字槽,一字槽沿芯模轴向设置,一字槽中插接有插板2。
其中,每对一字槽之间的连线经过芯模的轴线。
其中,相邻对一字槽之间的距离相同。
其中,一字槽的宽度介于3-6mm。
其中,芯模1的外周侧设有可对芯模外周加压的加压装置;加压装置为可充放气的环形气囊,环形气囊绕所述芯模设置。
其中,环形气囊中填充有软质衬垫,软质衬垫为泡沫。
本实施例的一字槽以及插板为三对,相邻对夹角60°,一字槽宽度5mm。
本实施例的灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具使用时如下:
将预浸料覆设于芯模的外周的插板之间,铺完后将插板从一字槽中抽出,当预浸料固化过程中,给环形气囊加压,使得气囊膨胀接触预浸料,将预浸料挤压使得预浸料将一字槽的空隙用树脂填充,待预浸料固化后,预浸料的径向纤维为隔断,并且确保预浸料的径向强度。本实施例的灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具为非分段式设计,使得灭火剂的填充密封性提高。
本发明实施例的提供灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具制造灭火弹身的方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将插板插接于芯模的一字槽中;
第二步、将预浸料铺设于芯模的外表形成预浸料铺层,预浸料铺层位于插板之间;
第三步、将插板从一字槽中抽离,预浸料铺层之间形成沟槽;
第四步、对预浸料铺层进行加热;
第五步、用加压装置对预浸料铺层进行加压,预浸料中多余的树脂流动到原有插板位置,形成整体结构;
第六步、对固化后的预浸料铺层脱模。
应当理解的是,本发明实施例中的结构之间的安装,可以是指焊接、螺栓连接、螺钉连接、嵌接、以及粘接;管路之间的连接可以是指连通;电器之间的连接可以是指电连接。本发明并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本发明的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。
Claims (9)
1.一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,包括筒体型芯模,所述芯模的周面设有至少一对一字槽,所述一字槽沿芯模轴向设置,所述一字槽中插接有插板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,每对所述一字槽之间的连线经过芯模的轴线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,相邻对所述一字槽之间的距离相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,所述芯模的外周侧设有可对芯模外周加压的加压装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,所述加压装置为可充放气的环形气囊,所述环形气囊绕所述芯模设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,所述环形气囊中填充有软质衬垫。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,所述软质衬垫为泡沫。
8.根据权利要求1-7所述的一种灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具,其特征在于,所述一字槽的宽度介于3-6mm。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的灭火弹弹身结构的成型模具制造灭火弹身的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将所述插板插接于所述芯模的一字槽中;
第二步、将预浸料铺设于所述芯模的外表形成预浸料铺层,所述预浸料铺层位于插板之间;
第三步、将所述插板从一字槽中抽离,所述预浸料铺层之间形成沟槽;
第四步、对所述预浸料铺层进行加热;
第五步、用所述加压装置对预浸料铺层进行加压,预浸料中多余的树脂流动到原有插板位置,形成整体结构;
第六步、对固化后的预浸料铺层脱模。
