背景技术:
现有的切菜机体积大,处理量大,不太适合小餐饮店和家庭使用,而且切丝的不能破碎蔬菜,功能不够全面,同时刀片没有缓冲,影响使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术不能破碎蔬菜,功能不够全面,同时刀片没有缓冲,影响使用寿命的缺陷,提供一种小型多功能切菜机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种小型多功能切菜机,
该装置包含:
壳体,所述壳体为圆柱形,所述壳体的顶部为开口,壳体的开口沿边向内凸起形成环台;
分切刀,所述壳体内焊接固定分切刀;
推料装置,所述推料装置包括支撑杆、横板、第一气缸杆和压板,所述壳体的开口对称安装支撑杆,所述支撑杆的顶部固定安装横板,所述横板上固定安装第一气缸杆,所述第一气缸杆的内杆端部固定安装压板;
切丝装置,所述切丝装置包括电机、转轴、第一刀条、调节杆、第二刀条和弹簧,所述壳体的底部固定安装电机,所述电机的转轴端部固定安装第一刀条,所述转轴内开设矩形槽孔,所述矩形槽孔内安装调节杆,所述调节杆的上端固定第二刀条,所述第二刀条抵压在分切刀上,所述转轴外部的调节杆上套设弹簧;
调节载料装置,所述调节载料装置包括载料板和第二气缸杆,所述转轴上套设载料板,所述壳体的底部固定安装第二气缸杆,所述第二气缸杆的内杆与载料板固定连接;
出料装置,所述出料装置包括出料口和密封门,所述壳体的右侧开设出料口,所述出料口外侧铰接密封门。
进一步的,所述分切刀为十字刀或者米字刀。

本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:
第一、机器体积小,使用效率高,适合小餐饮企业和家庭使用;
第二、通过控制载料板的位置,可以对蔬菜进行切丝或者切碎,满足多种需求;
第三、刀条工作时具有缓冲能力,不易受损。

该装置包含:
壳体1,所述壳体1为圆柱形,所述壳体1的顶部为开口,壳体1的开口沿边向内凸起形成环台2;
分切刀3,所述壳体1内焊接固定分切刀3;
推料装置,所述推料装置包括支撑杆4、横板5、第一气缸杆6和压板7,所述壳体1的开口对称安装支撑杆4,所述支撑杆4的顶部固定安装横板5,所述横板5上固定安装第一气缸杆6,所述第一气缸杆6的内杆端部固定安装压板7;
切丝装置,所述切丝装置包括电机8、转轴9、第一刀条10、调节杆11、第二刀条12和弹簧13,所述壳体1的底部固定安装电机8,所述电机8的转轴9端部固定安装第一刀条10,所述转轴9内开设矩形槽孔,所述矩形槽孔内安装调节杆11,所述调节杆11的上端固定第二刀条12,所述第二刀条12抵压在分切刀3上,所述转轴9外部的调节杆11上套设弹簧13;
调节载料装置,所述调节载料装置包括载料板14和第二气缸杆15,所述转轴9上套设载料板14,所述壳体1的底部固定安装第二气缸杆15,所述第二气缸杆15的内杆与载料板14固定连接;
出料装置,所述出料装置包括出料口16和密封门17,所述壳体1的右侧开设出料口16,所述出料口16外侧铰接密封门17。
所述分切刀3为十字刀或者米字刀,能够控制切丝的长度。
所述调节杆11为矩形杆,能够随着转轴9转动。
所述出料口16的上沿口位于分切刀3的上方,方便清洁。
本发明的原理及优点:首先将大白菜这样的蔬菜放在分切刀3上,然后第一气缸杆6驱动压板7下压白菜,白菜被分切刀3均匀垂直分切,此时电机8的转轴9旋转,带动第一刀条10和第二刀条12同向旋转,第二刀条12将分切下来的白菜切丝,受弹簧13的作用,第二刀条12永远紧贴着白菜且具有缓冲能力,第二气缸杆15的内杆带着载料板14下降,载料板14将白菜丝接住,让白菜丝与第一刀条10尽量减少接触,以免再次切割,如果是为了包饺子等要对白菜切碎,则第二气缸杆15驱动载料板14往复上下移动,让白菜丝被第一刀条10来回切碎,打开密封门17倒出白菜即可。

切丝装置,所述切丝装置包括电机(8)、转轴(9)、第一刀条(10)、调节杆(11)、第二刀条(12)和弹簧(13),所述壳体(1)的底部固定安装电机(8),所述电机(8)的转轴(9)端部固定安装第一刀条(10),所述转轴(9)内开设矩形槽孔,所述矩形槽孔内安装调节杆(11),所述调节杆(11)的上端固定第二刀条(12),所述第二刀条(12)抵压在分切刀(3)上,所述转轴(9)外部的调节杆(11)上套设弹簧(13);
调节载料装置,所述调节载料装置包括载料板(14)和第二气缸杆(15),所述转轴(9)上套设载料板(14),所述壳体(1)的底部固定安装第二气缸杆(15),所述第二气缸杆(15)的内杆与载料板(14)固定连接;
出料装置,所述出料装置包括出料口(16)和密封门(17),所述壳体(1)的右侧开设出料口(16),所述出料口(16)外侧铰接密封门(17)。
