firstly, weighing 25-30 parts of Chinese yam, 15-20 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae, 10-20 parts of medlar, 40-50 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 5-8 parts of corn stigma, 20-30 parts of pumpkin, 20-30 parts of bitter gourd, 10-12 parts of apple residue powder, 10-15 parts of oat powder, 10-15 parts of buckwheat powder, 40-60 parts of flour, 2-5 parts of yeast, 5-10 parts of eggs and 600 parts of 400 parts of water;
