Abstract

When the selected article file generation mode is the automatic generation file generation mode, the article information in the invoice data can be automatically added to the article file to serve as new article information, or the article information in the invoice data can be matched with the existing article information in the article file, for example, when mineral water with the specification of 1.25L is not contained in the article file, the article file can be added into the article file, or the article file can be matched with the article information of 1L or more mineral water in the article file. By updating the article file and recording new article information as second-name article data, or recording the existing article information in the file as second article data after the article information in the invoice data establishes a matching relationship with the existing article information in the article file, all the article information in the invoice data can be recorded in the purchase and sale receipt, and the accuracy of the data is ensured.
And merging and recording the first article data and the second article data into second matching data for generating purchase and sale receipts.
In step 106, for the article in the second matching data, a pre-established main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file is called, the main metering unit of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file is matched with the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data, and third matching data of the purchase and sale receipt is generated.
Preferably, for the items in the second matching data, a pre-established master and slave metering unit conversion file is called, the master metering unit of the items in the master and slave metering unit conversion file is matched with the corresponding unit of the items in the invoice data, and the third matching data for generating the purchase and sale receipt includes:
when the main metering unit of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file is matched with the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data, recording the article unit in the invoice data, wherein the article quantity and the tax-free unit price are first main metering data;
when the main metering unit of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file is not matched with the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data, if the conversion relation between the main metering unit of the article and the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data exists in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, calculating and determining the main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price in the purchase and sale bill according to the quantity of the article and the tax-free unit price in the invoice data according to the conversion relation, and taking the main metering unit of the article, the calculated and determined main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data; if the conversion relation between the main metering unit of the article and the corresponding unit of the article in the invoice data does not exist in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, updating the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, increasing the conversion relation between the main metering unit and the metering unit in the invoice data, calculating and determining the main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price in the purchase and sale bill according to the increased conversion relation and the quantity of the article and the tax-free unit price in the invoice data, and taking the main metering unit of the article, the calculated and determined main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data;
and combining and recording the first main metering data and the second main metering data into third matching data for generating the purchase and sale documents.
In step 107, according to a preset document value-taking rule, fourth matching data for generating purchase and sale documents is extracted from the invoice data.
And step 108, combining the first matching data, the second matching data, the third matching data and the fourth matching data in sequence to generate a purchase and sale receipt.
Table 1 is an example table of values of main document items in the method for generating purchase and sale documents by using value-added tax invoices as data sources according to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 2, the system 200 for generating a purchase and sale document using a value-added tax invoice as a data source according to the preferred embodiment includes:
a file generation unit 201 for collecting the client/provider name and tax number in the value-added tax invoice history data to establish a client/provider file; collecting the article name and specification model in the value-added tax invoice historical data to establish an article file; collecting article information and measurement units in the value-added tax invoice historical data to establish a main and auxiliary measurement unit conversion file, wherein the main and auxiliary measurement unit conversion file comprises the article information, the main measurement unit and the conversion relation between the main measurement unit and the auxiliary measurement unit, the article information comprises an article name and a specification model, and the auxiliary measurement unit is a measurement unit of the article in the value-added tax invoice historical data except the main measurement unit;
the system comprises an initial setting unit 202, which is used for setting an article matching scale parameter and an article archive generation mode, and setting a receipt dereferencing rule, wherein the article matching scale parameter comprises an article name scale and an article name plus specification model scale, the article archive generation mode comprises an automatic archive generation mode and a manual archive generation mode, and the receipt dereferencing rule is that the dereferencing of receipt items except receipt items corresponding to first matching data, second matching data and third matching data in a purchase and sale receipt is equal to the dereferencing of corresponding items in the receipt data.
A first matching data unit 203, configured to call a pre-established supplier/customer file according to a service request for generating an income/sales bill based on income/sales item value-added tax invoice data with detailed line information, match the supplier/customer information in the file with the sales/purchase party information in the invoice data, and generate first matching data of a purchase and sales bill;
a parameter mode selection unit 204 for selecting an item matching scale parameter and an item archive generation mode;
a second matching data unit 205, configured to invoke a pre-established article file according to the selected article matching scale parameter and the article file generation mode, match the article information of the article file with the article information in the invoice data, and generate second matching data of the purchase and sale receipt;
a third matching data unit 206, configured to invoke a pre-established primary and secondary metering unit conversion file for an article in the second matching data, match the primary metering unit of the article in the primary and secondary metering unit conversion file with the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data, and generate third matching data of a purchase and sale receipt;
a fourth matching data unit 207, configured to extract fourth matching data for generating a purchase and sale receipt from the invoice data according to a preset receipt dereferencing rule;
and a purchase and sale document generating unit 208 for combining the first matching data, the second matching data, the third matching data and the fourth matching data in order to generate a purchase and sale document.
Preferably, the first matching data unit 203 comprises:
a first name data unit 232 for recording a supplier/customer name in a supplier/customer profile as first name data when the sales/purchase party information in the invoice data matches the supplier/customer information in the supplier/customer profile, wherein the supplier/customer information includes the name and tax number of the supplier/customer, and the sales/purchase party information includes the name and tax number of the sales/purchase party;
a second name data unit 232 for automatically updating the supplier/customer profile when the seller/buyer information in the invoice data does not match any one of the supplier/customer information in the profile, adding the seller/buyer information in the invoice data as new supplier/customer information in the supplier/customer profile, and recording the new supplier/customer name as second name data;
and a name data merging unit 233 for merging and recording the first name data and the second name data as first matching data for generating a purchase and sale document.
Preferably, the second matching data unit 205 comprises:
a first item data unit 251, configured to record item information in an item archive as first item data when item information in the item archive matches item information in the invoice data according to the selected item matching scale parameter, where the item information includes an item name and a specification model;
a second item data unit 252, configured to update an item file according to a selected item file generation mode when the item information of the item file is not matched with the item information in the invoice data according to a selected item matching scale parameter, add the item information in the invoice data as new item information in the item file, or match the item information in the invoice data with existing item information in the item file, and after a matching relationship is generated, record new item information, or use existing item information in the item file corresponding to the matching relationship as second item data;
and an item data merging unit 253 for merging and recording the first item data and the second item data into second matching data for generating purchase and sale orders.
Preferably, the third matching data unit 206 comprises:
a first main measurement data unit 261 for recording the item unit in the invoice data when the main measurement unit of the item in the main and auxiliary measurement unit conversion file matches the unit of the corresponding item in the invoice data, the item amount and the tax free unit price being the first main measurement data;
a second main metering data unit 262, configured to, when the main metering unit of the item in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file does not match the unit of the corresponding item in the invoice data, if a conversion relationship exists between the main metering unit of the item and the unit of the corresponding item in the invoice data in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, calculate and determine the main metering amount of the item and the main metering tax-free unit price in the purchase and sale bill according to the conversion relationship and the number of the item and the tax-free unit price in the invoice data, and use the main metering unit of the item, the calculated and determined main metering amount of the item and the main metering tax-free unit price in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data; if the conversion relation between the main metering unit of the article and the corresponding unit of the article in the invoice data does not exist in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, updating the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, increasing the conversion relation between the main metering unit and the metering unit in the invoice data, calculating and determining the main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price in the purchase and sale bill according to the increased conversion relation and the quantity of the article and the tax-free unit price in the invoice data, and taking the main metering unit of the article, the calculated and determined main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data;
and a master metering data merging unit 263, configured to merge and record the first master metering data and the second master metering data as third matching data for generating the purchase and sale document.
The steps of the system for generating the purchase and sale receipt by taking the value-added tax invoice as the data source to manufacture the purchase and sale receipt are the same as the steps adopted by the method for generating the purchase and sale receipt by taking the value-added tax invoice as the data source, the technical effect is the same, and the details are not repeated.

Claims (10)
1. A method for generating purchase and sale documents by taking value-added tax invoices as a data source is characterized by comprising the following steps:
based on the income/sales item value-added tax invoice data with detailed information, calling a pre-established supplier/customer file according to a service request for generating an income/sales bill, and matching the supplier/customer information in the file with the selling/purchasing party information in the invoice data to generate first matching data of a purchase and sales bill;
selecting an article matching scale parameter and an article archive generation mode;
calling a pre-established article file according to the selected article matching scale parameter and the article file generation mode, matching the article information of the article file with the article information in the invoice data, and generating second matching data of the purchase and sale receipt;
calling a pre-established main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file for the articles in the second matching data, matching the main metering unit of the articles in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file with the unit of the corresponding articles in the invoice data, and generating third matching data of purchase and sale receipts;
according to a preset bill value-taking rule, extracting fourth matching data for generating purchase-sale bills from the invoice data;
and combining the first matching data, the second matching data, the third matching data and the fourth matching data in sequence to generate a purchase and sale receipt.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein, before generating the first matching data of the purchase and sale bill, the method further comprises, based on the value-added tax invoice data of the purchase and sale item with detailed information, calling a pre-established customer/supplier profile for customer/supplier matching according to the service request for generating the purchase and sale bill:
collecting the name and the tax number of a client/supplier in the historical data of the value-added tax invoice to establish a client/supplier file;
collecting the article name and specification model in the value-added tax invoice historical data to establish an article file;
setting an article matching scale parameter and an article file generation mode, wherein the article matching scale parameter comprises an article name scale and an article name plus specification model scale, and the article file generation mode comprises an automatic file generation mode and a manual file generation mode;
collecting article information and measurement units in the value-added tax invoice historical data to establish a main and auxiliary measurement unit conversion file, wherein the main and auxiliary measurement unit conversion file comprises the article information, the main measurement unit and the conversion relation between the main measurement unit and the auxiliary measurement unit, the article information comprises an article name and a specification model, and the auxiliary measurement unit is a measurement unit of the article in the value-added tax invoice historical data except the main measurement unit;
and setting a bill dereferencing rule, wherein the bill dereferencing rule is that the dereferencing of the bill items except the bill items corresponding to the first matching data, the second matching data and the third matching data in the purchase and sale bill is equal to the dereferencing of the corresponding items in the invoice data.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of calling a pre-established supplier/customer profile according to a service request for generating an income/sales slip based on the income/sales item value-added tax invoice data with detailed line information, matching the supplier/customer information in the profile with the sales/purchase party information in the invoice data, and generating first matching data of an expense purchase slip comprises the following steps:
recording a supplier/customer name in a supplier/customer profile as first name data when the seller/buyer information in the invoice data matches the supplier/customer information in the supplier/customer profile, wherein the supplier/customer information includes the name and tax number of the supplier/customer and the seller/buyer information includes the name and tax number of the seller/buyer;
when the information of the seller/buyer in the invoice data does not match any item of the information of the seller/client in the archive, automatically updating the archive of the seller/client, adding the information of the seller/buyer in the invoice data as new information of the seller/client in the archive of the seller/client, and recording the new name of the seller/client as second name data;
and merging and recording the first name data and the second name data into first matching data for generating the purchase and sale bill.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of calling a pre-established item profile according to the selected item matching scale parameter and the item profile generation mode to match the item information of the item profile with the item information in the invoice data, and the step of generating second matching data of the purchase and sale receipt comprises the steps of:
when the item information of the item file is matched with the item information in the invoice data according to the selected item matching scale parameter, recording the item information in the item file as first item data, wherein the item information comprises an item name and a specification model;
when the article information of the article file is not matched with the article information in the invoice data according to the selected article matching scale parameter, updating the article file according to a selected article file generation mode, adding the article information in the invoice data as new article information in the article file, or matching the article information in the invoice data with the existing article information in the article file, and after generating a matching relationship, recording the new article information, or using the existing article information in the article file corresponding to the matching relationship as second article data;
and merging and recording the first article data and the second article data into second matching data for generating purchase and sale receipts.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein for the item in the second matching data, a pre-established primary and secondary metering unit conversion file is called, the primary metering unit of the item in the primary and secondary metering unit conversion file is matched with the corresponding item unit in the invoice data, and the third matching data for generating the purchase and sale receipt comprises:
when the main metering unit of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file is matched with the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data, recording the article unit in the invoice data, wherein the article quantity and the tax-free unit price are first main metering data;
when the main metering unit of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file is not matched with the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data, if the conversion relation between the main metering unit of the article and the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data exists in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, calculating and determining the main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price in the purchase and sale bill according to the quantity of the article and the tax-free unit price in the invoice data according to the conversion relation, and taking the main metering unit of the article, the calculated and determined main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data; if the conversion relation between the main metering unit of the article and the corresponding unit of the article in the invoice data does not exist in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, updating the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, increasing the conversion relation between the main metering unit and the metering unit in the invoice data, calculating and determining the main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price in the purchase and sale bill according to the increased conversion relation and the quantity of the article and the tax-free unit price in the invoice data, and taking the main metering unit of the article, the calculated and determined main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data;
and combining and recording the first main metering data and the second main metering data into third matching data for generating the purchase and sale documents.
6. A system for generating purchase and sale documents by taking value-added tax invoices as a data source is characterized by comprising:
the first matching data unit is used for calling a pre-established supplier/customer file according to a service request for generating an incoming/outgoing bill based on incoming/outgoing item value-added tax invoice data with detailed line information, matching the supplier/customer information in the file with the selling/purchasing party information in the invoice data, and generating first matching data of a purchase and outgoing bill;
a parameter mode selection unit for selecting an item matching scale parameter and an item archive generation mode;
the second matching data unit is used for calling a pre-established article file according to the selected article matching scale parameter and the article file generation mode, matching the article information of the article file with the article information in the invoice data and generating second matching data of the purchase and sale receipt;
a third matching data unit, configured to invoke a pre-established primary and secondary metering unit conversion file for an article in second matching data, match the primary metering unit of the article in the primary and secondary metering unit conversion file with the unit of the corresponding article in the invoice data, and generate third matching data of a purchase and sale receipt;
the fourth matching data unit is used for extracting and generating fourth matching data of the purchase and sale bill from the invoice data according to a preset bill dereferencing rule;
and the purchase and sale bill generating unit is used for combining the first matching data, the second matching data, the third matching data and the fourth matching data in sequence to generate a purchase and sale bill.
7. The system of claim 6, further comprising:
the file generation unit is used for collecting the client/provider name and the tax number in the value-added tax invoice historical data to establish a client/provider file; collecting the article name and specification model in the value-added tax invoice historical data to establish an article file; collecting article information and measurement units in the value-added tax invoice historical data to establish a main and auxiliary measurement unit conversion file, wherein the main and auxiliary measurement unit conversion file comprises the article information, the main measurement unit and the conversion relation between the main measurement unit and the auxiliary measurement unit, the article information comprises an article name and a specification model, and the auxiliary measurement unit is a measurement unit of the article in the value-added tax invoice historical data except the main measurement unit;
the system comprises an initial setting unit and a receipt dereferencing rule, wherein the initial setting unit is used for setting an article matching scale parameter and an article archive generation mode, and setting a receipt dereferencing rule, the article matching scale parameter comprises an article name scale and an article name plus specification model scale, the article archive generation mode comprises an automatic archive generation mode and a manual archive generation mode, and the receipt dereferencing rule is that the dereferencing of receipt items except receipt items corresponding to first matching data, second matching data and third matching data in a purchase and sale receipt is equal to the dereferencing of corresponding items in the receipt data.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the first match data unit comprises:
a first name data unit for recording a supplier/customer name in a supplier/customer profile as first name data when the seller/buyer information in the invoice data matches the supplier/customer information in the supplier/customer profile, wherein the supplier/customer information includes the name and tax number of the supplier/customer, and the seller/buyer information includes the name and tax number of the seller/buyer;
a second name data unit for automatically updating the supplier/customer profile when the seller/buyer information in the invoice data does not match any one of the supplier/customer information in the profile, adding the seller/buyer information in the invoice data as new supplier/customer information in the supplier/customer profile, and recording the new supplier/customer name as second name data;
and the name data merging unit is used for merging and recording the first name data and the second name data into first matching data for generating purchase and sale documents.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the second match data unit comprises:
a first item data unit, configured to record item information in an item archive as first item data when item information in the item archive matches item information in the invoice data according to the selected item matching scale parameter, where the item information includes an item name and a specification model;
a second item data unit, configured to update an item file according to a selected item file generation mode when item information of the item file is not matched with item information in the invoice data according to a selected item matching scale parameter, add the item information in the invoice data as new item information in the item file, or match the item information in the invoice data with existing item information in the item file, and after a matching relationship is generated, record new item information, or use the existing item information in the item file corresponding to the matching relationship as second item data;
and the article data merging unit is used for merging and recording the first article data and the second article data into second matching data for generating purchase and sale receipts.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the third matching data unit comprises:
a first main metering data unit, which is used for recording the item unit in the invoice data when the main metering unit of the item in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file is matched with the unit of the corresponding item in the invoice data, wherein the item quantity and the tax-free unit price are the first main metering data;
a second main metering data unit, configured to, when the main metering unit of the item in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file does not match the unit of the corresponding item in the invoice data, if a conversion relationship exists between the main metering unit of the item and the unit of the corresponding item in the invoice data in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, calculate and determine, according to the conversion relationship, the main metering amount of the item and the main non-tax unit price of the item in the purchase and sale receipt according to the amount of the item and the non-tax unit price in the invoice data, and use the main metering unit of the item, the calculated and determined main metering amount of the item and the main non-tax unit price of the item in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data; if the conversion relation between the main metering unit of the article and the corresponding unit of the article in the invoice data does not exist in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, updating the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file, increasing the conversion relation between the main metering unit and the metering unit in the invoice data, calculating and determining the main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price in the purchase and sale bill according to the increased conversion relation and the quantity of the article and the tax-free unit price in the invoice data, and taking the main metering unit of the article, the calculated and determined main metering quantity of the article and the main metering tax-free unit price of the article in the main and auxiliary metering unit conversion file as second main metering data;
and the master metering data merging unit is used for merging and recording the first master metering data and the second master metering data into third matching data for generating purchase and sale documents.
