s2: the manufacturer (10) uploads the enterprise information, the raw material information and the name of the next-level processing user to a source tracing platform (51) in a P2P network (50);
s3: a processing user in the multi-stage processing user (20) receives and processes the agricultural products transported by the previous-stage processing user, the agricultural products enter a traceability platform (51) in a P2P network (50) by scanning traceability two-dimensional codes transported by the previous-stage processing user, and raw material information, processed raw material information and enterprise information when received are input in a position interface belonging to the processing user in the stage in the traceability platform (51);
s4: the processing user of the level in the step S3 records raw material processing information in a traceability platform (51) in a P2P network (50), and the processing user of the level records evaluation on the product quality and the service quality of the processing user of the previous level in an evaluation module (52) in the P2P network (50);

s6: after multi-stage processing, a final-stage processing user receives and processes agricultural products transported by a previous-stage processing user, a traceability two-dimensional code transported by the previous-stage processing user is scanned, the agricultural products enter a traceability platform (51) in a P2P network (50), and raw material information, processed raw material information and enterprise information when received are input in a position interface belonging to the processing user in the traceability platform (51), the processing user in the stage inputs raw material processing information in the traceability platform (51) in the P2P network (50), and the processing user in the stage inputs and evaluates the product quality and service quality of the previous-stage processing user in an evaluation module (52) in the P2P network (50);
s7: the finished product processed in the step S6 is issued with a tracing two-dimensional code and a tracing code with an anti-counterfeiting layer again through a supervision department (40) according to the corresponding tracing two-dimensional code, and is finally sold to a consumer (30) through a processing user in the step S6;
s8: a consumer (30) scans the tracing two-dimensional code by using electronic equipment and enters a tracing platform (51) in a P2P network (50), information of each processing link of the agricultural product is accessed and traced back to the whole supply chain, the consumer (30) scrapes the anti-counterfeiting layer and inputs the tracing code into a tracing code frame for authenticity query.

The method and process of claim 4, wherein the agricultural product tracing method and process based on the blockchain technology comprises: the business information in the steps S2, S3, and S6 each include a business name, a business address, and a contact phone, wherein the business address and the contact phone are visible only to the next-level process user.

The method and process of claim 4, wherein the agricultural product tracing method and process based on the blockchain technology comprises: in the steps S1 to S8, a certain processing user can only edit the information of the processing user at the stage, and cannot modify the information of the processing user at the previous stage or the processing user at the next stage, and the raw material processing information is in a confidential state and can be checked only by the processing user at the stage corresponding to the raw material processing information and the monitoring department (40).
