Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of education informatization, the number of digital education resource copyright transactions and the transaction scale are rapidly expanded. By 1 quarter in 2018, the related transaction scale of the copyright of the domestic Internet education market reaches 682 million yuan RMB, the commensurately increases by 48.9%, and the transaction scale of the digital resource copyright in China in 2018 is predicted to break through 3000 million yuan. At present, the problems of complicated reading right and ownership confirmation, non-real-time property, frequent infringement and the like still exist in digital education resources. Copyright protection of digital educational resources is to provide protective measures for resource usage and management to prevent unauthorized use and ensure the integrity of digital content. The traditional education resource platform still has the following problems for protecting the rights of digital education resources: (1) when copyright infringement occurs, a person responsible for disclosing the copyright cannot be tracked and locked, and the behavior of infringing the copyright lacks real investigation; (2) the definition of the rights is unclear and the classification and protection of the rights with fine granularity are lacked. For example, copyright protection is limited to only protecting digital resource ownership, and protection of reading rights is ignored, the reading rights refer to rights for resources to be viewed and downloaded, and producers of digital education resources can bring knowledge back through selling of the reading rights, so that value is created for the producers, and knowledge innovation is promoted.
The multi-source digital education resources aim at digital resources under multiple platforms, resource information among different education resource platforms is not intercommunicated currently, high-quality education resources can only be shared in a single resource platform, in the resource transmission process of different platforms, a lot of time is consumed in the traditional authorization links such as application, registration and review, the problem of difficulty in real-time authorization exists, due to the lack of protection of resources, the legal rights of right owners cannot be powerfully guaranteed, and numerous resource owners are unwilling to share and exchange data without compensation, so that the integration and sharing of resources are seriously hindered. The digital education resource right confirmation is a copyright protection for resources, and the key problems are that the problems of right confirmation and right protection for the education resources are solved, a resource copyright protection and transaction mechanism is established, the right confirmation and protection for copyright resources in a classified mode are determined, free circulation of the education resources among different platforms and quick change of high-quality resources can be well achieved by using a block chain system, and meanwhile real-time right confirmation in the resource transmission process is guaranteed.
The intelligent contract is essentially code running on the blockchain, the intelligent contract coding realizes business logic and can automatically run on the blockchain, and once the contract is validated on the blockchain, the corresponding business logic automatically runs. Meanwhile, the cryptology characteristic of the block chain and the multi-party backup mechanism ensure that the intelligent contract can be tracked and cannot be tampered, and any transaction participant can not change the transaction logic any more, so that the fairness of the transaction is ensured. Specifically, compared with the traditional contract, the intelligent contract has the characteristics and advantages that the problem of credit is solved, the resources on the blockchain are real and transparent, the contract content cannot be changed after being determined, the execution is not dependent on any additional operation, and the privacy and the safety of the resources on the blockchain are ensured. The block chain has the characteristics of self, is very suitable for copyright confirmation, and copyright transaction can reduce the cost of a copyright confirmation link through an intelligent contract.
The traditional copyright transaction is generally carried out on line, and both parties realize resource right confirmation by signing a copyright transaction protocol, but the mode has the characteristics of no standard, low transparency and difficult right maintenance, and the existing traditional copyright protection mode can hardly meet the protection requirement of digital resources. Currently, there is a method for applying blockchain to copyright protection, which uses the technical feature of blockchain "decentralized" to embed 16-ary password into original digital education resource, and this password will be stored in the blockchain system of decentralized structure at the same time, and this method is used to achieve the security of resource authorization and copyright transaction, however, this method still has the following problems: (1) the exercise and tracing process of all rights of the digital resource cannot be normalized; (2) settlement and right confirmation in the copyright transaction process cannot be solved in real time; (3) the real-time right confirmation of the educational resources under multiple platforms cannot be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of real-time authorization of educational resources in the process of educational resource flow under multiple platforms, the invention provides a multi-source digital educational resource authorization method based on an intelligent contract, which divides the digital educational resource authorization into ownership and reading authorization in a fine-grained manner, adopts Hyperhedger Fabric as a bottom framework of a development block chain, develops the intelligent contract based on the Hyperhedger Complex, and establishes the intelligent contract mainly aiming at the ownership and the reading authorization of the digital educational resources. In the process of digital resource transaction, the invention calls the intelligent contract in real time to change the resource information on the block chain, records the change of the ownership of the resource, and records the change of the ownership by adopting an expansion mode of an ownership transfer chain; if only the reading right of the digital resource is purchased, only the reading right of the resource by the purchaser needs to be confirmed.
A multi-source digital education resource right confirming method based on an intelligent contract is realized through a block chain system and an education resource platform, so that the problem of real-time right confirmation in the flowing process of multi-source digital education resources is solved, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) making an educational resource intelligent contract in the block chain system;
(2) submitting the digital education resource information to the block chain by using the education resource intelligent contract;
(3) the trading and the right confirmation of the digital education resource reading right among multiple platforms are realized by using the education resource intelligent contract;
(4) the trading and the right confirming of digital education resource ownership among multiple platforms are realized by using the intelligent contract of the education resources, and meanwhile, the related information of the resource ownership change is recorded by using the ownership transfer chain.
Further, the educational resource intelligent contract is realized by the following functional modules:
the resource submitting module is used for submitting the digital education resource information uploaded by the user to the block chain;
the resource display module is used for calling the recorded corresponding digital resource thumbnail data from the block chain when a user requires to view the resource information;
the resource reading right purchasing module is used for recording the change of the resource reading right in real time when a user purchases the resource reading right across platforms;
the resource reading right checking module is used for checking whether the user has the reading right of the resource when the user looks up or downloads the resource across platforms, if the checking is successful, the user can be approved to look up or download the resource, otherwise, the user cannot look up or download the resource;
a resource ownership purchasing module for recording the change of resource ownership in real time when the user purchases the ownership of the resource across platforms, and simultaneously inserting the generated record into the ownership transfer chain;
and the resource ownership verification module is used for verifying whether the user owns the ownership of the resource when the user sells or edits the resource, and if the verification is successful, the user can be approved to sell or edit the resource, otherwise, the user cannot sell or edit the resource.
Further, the specific implementation manner of the step (2) is as follows: the user uploads the digital education resources created by the user to an education resource platform, and simultaneously inputs related information of the resources, including Id, title, reading right price and ownership price, and the platform calls a resource submission module of an intelligent contract of the education resources to submit and link the resource information; and if the user needs to check the uploaded resource information, calling the digital resource abbreviated data recorded on the block chain by the platform through calling a resource display module of the intelligent contract of the educational resources.
Further, the specific implementation manner of the step (3) is as follows: for cross-platform resource purchasing reading right, namely when a user of an education resource platform A wants to purchase a certain resource reading right of an education resource platform B, the change of the resource reading right is recorded in real time by calling a resource reading right purchasing module of an education resource intelligent contract; for the cross-platform resource lookup or download, namely when the user of the education resource platform A requires to lookup or download a certain resource of the education resource platform B, whether the user has the reading right of the resource is checked by calling a resource reading right checking module of the education resource intelligent contract, if the checking is successful, the user can be approved to lookup or download the resource, otherwise, the user cannot lookup or download the resource.
Further, the specific implementation manner of the step (4) is as follows: firstly, adding an Owner attribute to digital education resource information of each uplink so as to record ownership change in the resource transaction process; for resource selling or editing, namely when a user wants to sell or edit (modify the ownership price or the reading right price of a resource) the owned resource, the platform verifies whether the user owns the ownership of the resource by calling a resource ownership verification module of the intelligent contract of the educational resource, if the verification succeeds, the user can be approved to sell or edit the resource, otherwise, the user cannot sell or edit the resource; for cross-platform purchase of resource ownership, i.e., when a user of an educational resource platform a wants to purchase some resource ownership of an educational resource platform B, a change in resource ownership is recorded in real time by calling a resource ownership purchasing module of an educational resource intelligent contract, while inserting the generated record into an ownership transfer chain.
Furthermore, the Owner attribute of the digital education resource information is represented as the Owner of the resource, and the Owner attribute is specifically set to be in a website name-user name form, namely, the website platform and the user name where the Owner of the resource is located are represented; and when the Owner of the resource changes, updating the Owner attribute value in the resource information in real time.
Further, the blockchain system is used as a carrier of an intelligent contract and is used for recording the transaction process of the resource copyright; the education resource platform is used as a carrier of digital education resources and is used for providing environments for users to create resources, look up resources and trade resources.
Furthermore, the user uploads and refers to the resources through the education resource platform, and meanwhile, the trade of the reading right and ownership of the resources can be conducted; and the education resource platform calls an education resource intelligent contract to record corresponding transactions in real time through interaction with the block chain system.
The invention utilizes the associativity of intelligent contracts of block chains and the nature of copyright to solve the problems of traditional centralized copyright validation, transaction and right maintenance, fills up the shortage of the current method based on the problem through the intelligent contracts on the block chains, and simultaneously utilizes the intelligent contracts to solve the problems of high cost, strict program and long period of the validation mode in the traditional mode, and better guarantees the rights and interests of copyright owners due to the trackability and the non-falsification of the intelligent contracts, thereby being beneficial to individuals, bringing greater economic value to educational resource platforms and having the following specific beneficial technical effects:
(1) the invention solves the real-time right-confirming problem in the process of educational resource flowing under multiple platforms, and provides guarantee for resource intercommunication among different platforms.
(2) The intelligent contract has the characteristics of being required to be executed, different tampering and traceable, and the combination of the intelligent contract and the copyright overcomes the defects of high cost, strict program and long period of the traditional resource right.
(3) The invention provides the right and protection of digital resource ownership and reading right through fine-grained right classification, and guarantees the legal rights and interests of resource owners.

Detailed Description
In order to more specifically describe the present invention, the following detailed description is provided for the technical solution of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.
The multi-source digital education resource right confirming method based on the intelligent contract is mainly realized by a block chain system and an education resource platform, and the flow is shown in figure 1. The block chain system is used as a carrier of the intelligent contract and is used for recording the transaction process of the resource copyright; the education resource platform is used as a carrier of digital education resources and is used for providing environments for users to create resources, look up resources and trade resources.
As shown in fig. 2, the user uploads and refers to the resource through the educational resource platform, and can trade the reading right and ownership of the resource; and the educational resource platform calls the intelligent contract to record the corresponding transaction in real time through the interaction with the block chain system.
The resource right determining method of the embodiment is realized based on a block chain intelligent contract, and in order to solve the real-time right determination in the flowing process of multi-source digital education resources, the architecture of the resource right determining method is shown in fig. 3, and the concrete implementation process is as follows:
(1) the intelligent contract of the educational resources is formulated in the blockchain system, which comprises the following functional modules: the system comprises a resource submission module (submitResourceInfoTransaction), a resource exhibition module (ShowResourceInfoTransaction), a resource purchase module and a resource verification module, wherein the resource purchase module is divided into a purchase resource reading right (BuyReadRightTransaction) and a purchase resource ownership (BuyOwnerShipTransaction), and the resource verification module is divided into a check resource reading right (CheckReadRightTransaction) and a check resource ownership (CheckOwnerShipTransaction).
(2) Digital educational resource information is submitted onto the blockchain.
When a user uploads resources to an educational resource platform, resource information is linked up by calling a block chain intelligent contract submitResourceInfoTransaction, as shown in Table 1, the resource information includes a resource Id, a title, a reading right price, an ownership price and the like.

When a user wants to view the uploaded resource information, as shown in fig. 3, when the user of the resource website a views resource information of other websites, the user needs to call the intelligent contract showreurceinfotransaction number 1 in the block chain system, and call out specific information of the resource through the intelligent contract.
(3) The digital education resource reading right is traded and confirmed among multiple platforms.
When a user of a resource website C wants to purchase a reading right of a certain resource across sites, the user needs to call a No. 3 intelligent contract BuyReadRight transaction in a block chain system, and the resource reading right transaction is recorded through the intelligent contract.
When a user needs to look up and download resource information in a cross-site mode, and when a user needs to look up and download resources in a resource website B, the user needs to call a block chain No. 2 intelligent contract checkReadRight transaction to check whether the resource reading right exists, if the check is successful, the user can look up or download the resource, otherwise, the user cannot look up or download the resource.
(4) Digital educational resource ownership trading and validation between multiple platforms.
When a user of a resource website D wants to purchase ownership of a certain resource across sites, the user needs to call a No. 3 intelligent contract BuyOwnerShipTransaction in a block chain system, record resource ownership transaction through the intelligent contract, and generate an ownership transfer chain in the resource transaction process.
When the user sells the resource or edits the resource information, the block chain intelligent contract checkOwnerShipTransaction needs to be called to check whether the resource ownership exists, if the check is successful, the resource can be sold or the resource information can be edited, otherwise, the resource cannot be sold or the resource information cannot be edited.
